Rooms are clean and good size with a kitchenette. Very comfortable stay. The kitchenette could be supplemented better. Induction didn’t work with some pans that were provided. Kitchen wipes and towels with salt, oil etc would be a big help.

The property offers a beautiful beach setting, complemented by a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. The food was also a highlight—fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying, adding to the overall experience. Overall, a well-managed property with a strong service culture—highly recommended for a relaxing getaway for a couple or for families.

- Laura (7/5): Great spot but not good value for money - Location - it’s on a stunning beach with a floating tiki bar and beach bar. The staff are lovely. Paid £420 for one night and breakfast wasn’t included. Rooms were dark and need to be updated. There was a very odd sewerage smell wafting over from the lake out front. The rooms had coffee pods but no coffee machines which made no sense.

- lisadigirolamo (8/5): Lovely stay - We had a lovely stay at siboney with our family. We have young kids and the beach was absolutely perfect for them to swim in. The beach was clean and the beach guys are truly the best!! So attentive and nice. Location was perfect. We rented a car and went to many different restaurants in the area. The staff at the restaurants are great too and the food came out quickly. The maid service was wonderful. My only criticism would be that the rooms could use some upgrading - especially black out curtains in the living area of the one bedroom. Some fresh new decor would go a long way!
- Squash04 (8/5): Overall a wonderful place to stay. - The location was great. The restaurant for dinner was very good; their lunch menu was amazing. It was extremely convenient having your own little sandbar, which is basically what Buccaneer beach is, right in front of the hotel. Perfect for little ones to play safely in the ocean with little to no worry of them washing away. The beach staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which absolutely made up for any shortcomings of this hotel. Christopher, the staff manager was also incredibly nice and attentive. Free water was a HUGE plus, during a hot vacation and was very much appreciated. Parking was free and plentiful, if you rent a car. They use RFID cards to get in and out of the hotel; very secure. I would definitely recommend this place. The restaurant staff was God awful. They would forget if we received parts of our order, and not a smile on one of them; you can't make people enjoy their jobs I guess. Our air conditioners would blow cool air well, but not dehumidify well, resulting in some cold damp sheet on some nights. The shower curtains are ridiculously too small to cover the entrance of the shower, resulting in outward splash, but hot water was consistent all day. Our bedroom TV didn't work, they tried but failed to fix it; but at least our main lviing room TV was a smart TV allowing for Netflix/Prime Video use. Our beds were very firm, which the wife was ok with, but my back suffered (this is always an unpredictable gamble with any hotel). The sofa bed was even harder, which was not pleasant for on of our kids. The cleaning staff should be advised to keep the doors closed during cleaning; they inadvertently let mosquitoes in. They could definitely improve their WiFi, it would cut out at the beach, which was only 20 feet away from our garden level room.

- 338barbarai (10/5): A gem of Antigua! - I have been to this lovely hotel a number of times. It is a small, attractive resort with comfortable rooms, a gorgeous beach, a delicious informal cafe and a seaside restaurant. It merits mentioning that the breakfast is delicious with an abundance of options. The most important aspect is the staff. The people at reception greet you with the warmest welcome. The kindness and hospitality across the board is exceptional-the waitstaff, the beach staff, the maintenance staff. I can’t name them all but I must say that they make this lovely hotel extra special. Thank you again!

Overall for the price an excellent stay. Always plenty of sun loungers too Nothing, everyone is friendly and relaxed. Would definitely come back. The pool is small and nothing special but it doesn’t matter as the beach is stunning.

Not the hotels fault but when cruise ships in they use the next door part of beach so lot of people wandering around and restaurants get busy but staff managed it well

The staff there is friendly and attentive and ensured we had a very positive experience. Special shout out to Christopher (food and beverage Manager) who communicated with us prior to our visit and helped confirm all arrangements. Also to Marlon who set us up with beach chairs and umbrellas and took great care of us throughout the day.

- tina (5/5): Friendly staff- great beach- but chose another hotel and restaurant - Location was right on a lovely beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests. All of the staff - reception, security, beach, restaurant, housekeeping were extremely friendly except the Manager! Room was a good size 3 days during our stay there were water supply problems- one day NO water at all in the room plus 2 days NO warm/hot water just cold. For a Hotel of this standard that is completely unacceptable. We spoke to the Hotel Manager but unfortunately she was extremely rude and said if we didn't like it we could check out! When we did leave we were offered 50% room rate discount for the no water day and 20% for the cold water days! The standard of the food in Salt Plage is 5/10 but unfortunately there are not many other local restaurants without a 20 minute taxi ride.

Small gym. Good beach chairs, towels, friendly staff. BUT. in 7 days only had hot water in our room once. Management sent a letter saying they use solar to heat water so there are times when hot water isn’t available and thanking us for our patience. Basically admitting that their system isn’t sufficient to supply the needs of guests. Sorry—no patience for a property that doesn’t have a backup plan other than thanking for patience. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t stay here again. Do better.

- Irena (7/5): Stay here if you want decent value for money, especially during holidays, being steps from the beach, good rooms and don - Proximity to the beach, nice rooms, kept clean, nice service at the reception, nice service at the restaurant from ladies who are the servers. Great service from taxi drivers servicing the hotel, in particular Sam, highly recommended! Decent food. It was hard to understand how the restaurant and bar service worked: when one place stopped the service and the other one would take over. People are sent from one place to another without clarity about how they can get service. It felt like a game. The bar service in particular was unpredictable: it felt like you were not supposed to get service at the bar, you would wait forever without the person at the bar acknowledging you while other folks, who are mostly the local clientele, were served. Interestingly, it felt that preference is given not to the guests of the hotel but to the visitors from outside. If one is not supposed to be served at the bar, the staff should make it clear to the customer or if they are busy, they should be able to, at least, acknowledge that they see you and they will serve you eventually, instead of giving you an attitude. At times, it felt that they ignore the customer on purpose, which is unacceptable.

Rooms need some serious updating. Some improved basic amenities in the bathrooms would be nice. Other than breakfast, the food in the restaurants was almost inedible. The beach is beautiful but small and gets overrun by people who aren’t hotel guests partying in the afternoons.

Some of the staff were abrupt and rude, didn’t give us beach towels despite multiple requests and favoured cruise ship guests over paying hotel residents - waited over an hour and a half for our lunch, food was average and was very rarely served hot! Room was a lovely but bathroom door was warped, creaky and didn’t shut easily - needs replacing.
- evat08 (10/5): Nice hotel - Good hotel, spacious room and on a small area of private beach in dickenson bay. The atmosphere was coastal and modern but it was clean. The food would take forever in the restaurant, I do NOT recommend eating there. Good room cleaning service but bad restaurant service. One of the days we waited 40 mins for juice at breakfast.

- Liliana (8/5): Wonderful & quaint ! - Perfect location ! On a nice but short stretch of beach. Room size was excellent....comfortable bed. Nice rain shower, Although low pressure. Patio facing the garden and sunset views was a special bonus. Breakfast ended at 10 am which I felt was a bit too early.
- Tre (7/5): A good stay but not worth what was ultimately paid including taxes. - Location to the beach is unmatched. Close to a pond/swamp so a large number of mosquitoes to fend off. Booking pricing is confusing as it highlights the cost without taxes so where we thought we had a good deal, it wasn’t by comparison.
- Damien (8/5): Brilliant Location just a little noisey - Beachside location. Spotless clean. Very friendly staff. Nice pool area and good gym. Reasonable value beach at. Nice modern apartment. Our apartment was overlooking the beach but above the restaurant which has very noisy kitchen operating from 6am to 11pm and could be heard clearly in the apartment. It made sleeping quite difficult... Bring your ear plugs!

- Emily (8/5): Would recommend!! - Location great - right on the beach which is stunning! Very relaxed vibe. Reception staff and beach attendants were really lovely. A two- three night stay here is perfect. Hotel rooms are basic and could do with a re-fresh but spacious and comfortable still! Food in the restaurants was mixed - we ate there a few times and some dishes great, some not so much! Only thing I would say about this hotel is it isn't really near anything so without a car, the evenings you only have the hotel bar/ restaurant.

Exceptionally busy beach full of 1000’s of people brought there on Day trips from cruise ships. The worst beach I’ve been to on the Caribbean. Also zero restaurants or bars open in the evening nearby

- Alix (8/5): Beautiful location, great staff and good restaurant - The location was excellent. The staff were great. We stayed in the 2 bed apartment above the restaurant. Which is beautiful and has fabulous views but if you don’t like noise then it’s not the place for you (it is quiet between the hours of 10.30-06.30/7am though).

- MikeP168 (10/5): Just a quick/lovely visit to the bar - Didn’t actually stay here but we did come for a drink in the bar, from the corporate monstrosity next door. TJ the bar guy was great, friendly and chatty and reminded us why we like coming to the Caribbean. We met the manager who showed us around the place as we expressed an interest in coming back - but not pushy at all. The bar was great, the restuarant next door looked very nice. Beautiful locatikon.
- Natis (1/5): Cash stolen from suitcase in the room. Not cool. - Staff friendliness. Good views. Comfortable beds. I got cash stolen from my suitcase, from inside a pouch under my packed clothes while at the beach. It was not nice at all, I was staying for one night only, to think that I chose the place for safety, paying 250 usd for one night without breakfast. The staff at the front desk did apologize for the inconvenience and asked me to fill in a form to file a complaint. Didn't hear back from management.

- Bournes (7/5): It is comfortable, so I will stay again and recommend to others - The location was lovely and the room was spacious. I had to move my suitcase down three flights of stairs (though I appreciated the assistance in taking care of it upstairs from the staff), and through booking with a third party, but breakfast was not included, given the price of the stay.

- Resort20498952156 (10/5): Total relaxation in a beautiful location - Friendly, welcoming team. Relaxing environment, clean and well kept resort. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay 20th - 27th Sept 25. Felt very welcomed and looked after from the moment we arrived to our departure. All at Siboney were very helpful, and courteous. Thankyou so much Siboney, for a wonderful holiday. Would definitely reccommend and hope to revisit. My only regret - one week wasn't enough...! David & Val.

Paid $300 for one night and was told breakfast wasn’t included. The pool had no depth markers or safety rails, which felt unsafe—especially with kids. The bathroom wasn’t child-friendly either. Traveling with a baby and toddler, we expected better accommodations and safety features.
- LMTs-World (6/5): Nice Beach, Clean Rooms, Picturesque Setting - But The Restaurant service is continually shockingly slow! - Clean Rooms, Nice Beach, Great housekeeping/Reception staff (would have give that 4.5 rating) . But the service in the restaurants Salt Plage and the beach bar/restaurant was so so poor and slow even by Caribbean standards, 2 hour waiting time for just a main course and it wasn't a one off. You could see the restaurants were overrun and poorly managed. 50 mins to serve drinks on multiple other days. We saw/heard at least 5 other parties complaining during the week we were there. And it sadly affected our stay too. The food itself was fine (when it arrived). Decent beachside location, picturesque, but there's a lack of decent local restaurants within walking distance (3 decent ones for an evening meal within 1.5km). Sadly due to the poor restaurant service (on a continual basis) we wouldn't return, as there was a lack of options for breakfast and dinner externally close by as mentioned. So we felt we stuck between a rock and a hard place and had the choice of a Taxi out for breakfast/dinner, or put up with the service on offer.
