• victor (2/5): PAS DE LA CASA PRECIOSO - Siempre es mejor dormir ahí que en la calle a temperaturas bajo cero,muebles rotos y viejos,apartamento maloliente y lleno de polvo,colchón perfecto para desencajar columnas vertebrales, bañeras sin tapón y con mango de ducha a la altura del culo, sin calefacción en el baño y el de mantenimiento acude al día siguiente y le hace un puente al interruptor que dura 1 hora,puerta de entrada forzada que genera confianza para dejar tus cosas dentro cuando te vas,te cobran 150€ de fianza siempre aunque en la reserva indique lo contrario (quieren renovar mobiliario a costa del cliente,recomendable hacer video nada mas entrar),zona imposible de estacionar y el hotel te cobra 30€ por día si eres capaz de meter el coche en el garaje de lado a menos que tengas un smart. Las vistas muy bonitas y el chico de recepción argentino muy simpático.

However the noise at night in the common areas and the bar at street level was really bad and went on until 4am. People running around and screaming and shouting and banging doors. Not only was it impossible to sleep but it felt dangerous.

• Ana Laura (2/5): Una catástrofe - Fue desastroso llegamos y nos dijeron q ustedes no Gabina hecho ninguna reserva, y q como no la encontraron no teníamos donde dormir es un lugar alejado en la montaña. La encargada se fue a una cena y nos dejó sin lugar donde dormir, aunque le mostramos la reserva y el pago . Estuve hablando con uno de la empresa hoteles esa noche y no me resolvió nada . Ante esta pregunta por parte de la empresa aparentemente ustedes sin darse por enterados

• Verified traveler (2/5): - el apartamento viejo, sucio y con una falta total de mantenimiento, la ducha sin soporte, la cocina sin extractor, etc... los pasillos olían a tabaco. por el mismo precio en andorra he estado en bastante mejores. en cuanto a pas de la casa, esta lejos de todo en tiempo, excepto si vas a esquiar en sus pistas que las tienes en la puerta. muy poco aparcamiento y todo de pago, coches MAL aparcados encima de las aceras, ya que debido a la nieve todavía había menos plazas, se los llevaba la grua sin miramientos, en vez de dedicarse ha echar sal por las calles que estaban todas con hielo.
• joaquin (6/5): Creo que la amplitud no es mala - Esta demasiado lejos de andorra y los alrededores cobran de mas a los españoles cosa certificada y muy mala para los viajeros el apartamento no esta mal pero es todo muy viejo y los aseos un 0 igual que los productos para asearse 0 por lo demas pasable pero vergonzosa la experiencia en todos los alrededores.

Dommage que les lits n’étaient pas fait à notre arrivée, mais des sacs avec couette et draps-housses fournis pour le nombre de personnes. Le canapé/lit n’était pas propre, il y avait des miettes et chips en le dépliant. Mais ensemble quand meme satisfaite de l’accueil et du prix :) Il serait bien qu’en hiver aussi votre salle de jeux (billards, baby-foot) soit ouvert.

• nico (6/5): Attention méfiance - Personnel accueillant ! Propreté des chambres affreuses. Lit tout tacheté, chambre et salle de bain plein de poussière. Sur les portes les poignées sont cassés et on est obligé de fermer la porte d’entrée à clés car elle ne se ferme pas et s’ouvre toutes seuls. Hôtel très bruyant ! Attention pour le restaurant, il ouvre que l’hiver et l’été il est fermé. Aucune machine à café, obligé de faire 1 Km pour boire un café. Pour les places, ne vous faites pas avoir, il y a aucun parking et on est obligé de mettre des sous dans l’horodateur.

• AleksiE15 (2/5): Covered in mold - We were on a snowboarding trip and stayed here for 7 nights. When we arrived at 10 p.m the room was dark and cold because the radiators and lights weren’t working. After 4 new lightbulbs and an hour of waiting the staff got the radiators and lights to work. At that time we didn’t yet notice the mold because it was partly covered with paint. During the second and third day 4/5 of us got breathing difficulties and one had a severe rash/skin reaction so we investigated the room more closely and found mold on the sealing in both bathroom and livingspace. There was also water dripping from one corner of the sealing and a some part of the piping in the bathroom leaked and caused a constant pool of water on the floor. There was also a bloodstain on the matress. Fortunately we were able to negotiate a room change to a less moldy room. Kitchen was ok and the staff was somewhat friendly. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone.

• Jeremy (8/5): Hôtel pratique - Hôtel sympa sur la partie haute du pas de la case avec une belle vue à l étage G , qui permet à moindre frais d être autonome , dés appartement équipe pour cuisine qui permette l indépendance et la tranquillité . Tout est mis à disposition pour cuisine / manger / ce laver (juste penser à regarder que le ballon d eau chaude soit allumer ) ,les lit sont des simple couchage ( au moin votre femme prend sa couette lol ) les studios sont en bon état malgré qu elle est subit les dégâts de gents irrespectueux y a meme la possibilité d avoir une place au garage sous terrain ferme (pratique quand on peut charger et décharger au sec sa voiture pour 15€) mais au moin pas à réfléchir en cas timings croise avec les horodateur du pas de la case et dès nombreuse patrouille en ville qui dresse les PV à tours de bras ( 60.10€ le stationnement ) . Bref nous y reviendrons pour notre prochain séjours
• ellyrie (10/5): Absolutely delightful stay - highly recommend - Visited Andorra with friends for a couple of days while driving to Barcelona from France. It was the week before the chair lifts opened so the town was very quiet (but still very cold). Location - Apartment is relatively far from landmarks within the town, however, the town is very small and everything is within walking distance. Don't worry too much about this. Price - Absolutely phenomenal price. Our room cost the equivalent of £10 each per night which was an absolute bargain. Room - The room was incredible. We had paid for a basic room, however, on check-in the hotel owner upgraded us to the two story duplex which was extremely spacious and had a wonderful balcony. This was a very kind gesture and was indicative of the local people and customs who were always very nice. I highly recommend you stay here.

• teresap2016 (6/5): Basic but works - Very basic apartment in Andorra, Pas de la Casa area. We visited in August 2017 and styed here last minute for 1 night. We took a cheap x4 single bed apartment which did the job, clean, good working order but very basic. Free parking on the road in front of the apartment over night, would have needed a ticket by 9am. The beds you have to make up yourself using the clean linen packages. Helpful receptionist spoke English. Short walk to restaurants/bars. Fabulous mountain views.
• 557mareem (2/5): 1 night I wouldn't like to repeat - On arriving at the reception after seeing the sofas well worn and almost torn I wanted to run but the accommodation was already paid for. While the receptionist was very pleasant I was filled with dread as to what was in store. The place is really tired and seriously dated with handles missing off presses, squeaky bed and cracked sink. The shower was alot to be desired and you would hit your head off the hot water tank. We were only booked in for one night thank God so we had to suck it up. The only good thing was the location. We will not be returning here again!

• 57grege (2/5): Downmarket and shabby - We were put here for a week through work so had no choice in where we stayed. The apartment block is in a very inaccessible part of town at the top of a very steep hill making it very difficult to access the town centre without a strenuous uphill slog to get back. The apartment itself was of poor quality , dirty an ill equipped. There was no plug for the kitchen or bath sinks, no washing up bowl and the cutlery and crockery was mismatched and dirty. Some lights in the apartment didn't work and the decor was dark and poorly maintained. The tiled floor was freezing cold and shoes inside was a must to keep feet off the floor. There was no cover on the electrical control box which could pose a danger to children. No dishwasher but there was a two burner hob and a microwave as well as a kettle and (very dirty) coffee machine. On a positive note the shower was powerful and the water was hot. As I had not booked and paid for the apartment I had little recompense but I do not recommend this block. There are much better apartments in Pas than this block.

The apartment itself was actually better than expected, I guess we had already dropped our expectations quite a lot, although the beds were BY FAR the worst beds I've ever slept on. In any country. And if you wanna sleep you DO need earplugs. Or stay up until 4am partying, up to you. It's cheap and fits the purpose but you must know what you are signing for. The fact that the rooms are cleaned by the previous guests doesn't help either, our was dirty when we got there. Proximity to the slopes and the nice staff working there probably the best out of it.
• CaptainJ0 (2/5): TopFlight-BottomAccommodation - Really disappointed with the apartment my friend and I stayed in for a week, nothing like the brochure description. It's more like a hostel, blue wall paint drifted onto the white ceiling and windows in multiple points, basic beds and furniture, basic kitchen utensils, not a set of any thing for 4 people. Lucky there were only 2 of us, would hate to have been max. 4 friends in here. No kettle or toaster in a self catering apartment is unbelievable from our travel company and a bath and sink with no plugs! Watch out for the hot water taps, if your not careful they will scald you and if you are a male over 5'6" you will bang your head on the hot water tank fitted above the toilet. Also you have to make your own bed when you arrive, get one roll of toilet paper, no foot towel for shower then you have to clean the apartment before you go with the dirtiest brush, mop and bucket you ever seen. If it's any consolation to the next victims, we washed the cleaning gear! Ski holidays are cold outside so it doesn't help when you come back from skiing and half the heaters work, they look like they are from the 50's. Oh and hard luck if you are a light sleeper because there will be plenty of noise late at night till early in the morning. Should have looked up Tripadvisor first before booking, our accommodation was the only thing that let down a great resort and skiing experience with the best snow in Europe at that moment in time. PS. Tour operator reps were great, and a joy to know, they did their part best they could....shame on the travel company.
• laner666 (2/5): Very basic, dirty - STayed here in January 2017. It's located well, around 120m from the lifts. Other than the location, it has a bar and restaurant. Only used the restaurant for the buffet breakfast once, as it was very basic non-perishable food, and some ancient apples. The rooms are very very basic. Our room slept 8, in tiny tiny beds crammed into a space suitable for 4. The rooms weren't very clean, and featured lots of cobwebs and dust. Hairs in the bed. You have to hold the shower head as there's no holder on the wall. No locks on bathroom doors. Kitchen is tiny and ill-equipped. Basically, it has the feel of a hostel rather than apartments or hotel. Cheap, well located, but basically a dump.

Only possible to have a hot shower if you are first in! Had one hot shower out of the week I was there. Only given one toilet roll and have to pay after this. Basic needs not even there! Unusual stain coming from next-door ceiling towards end of stay. We believe it was piss!! Asked for kettle and was informed they don't have any! Less than basic kitchenette. Have to pay extra surcharge for the room to be cleaned last day, so we were forced to clean room before we leave for airport. Good games room with pool but needs to be updated badly! Holes and stains everywhere in hotel. Could ski down from slopes to here one of the days which was amazing but would be possible for any other hotel/apartment too. Had a beautiful corner view of the slopes.

• David (4/5): Studio propre, mais qui a bien vécu, garage cher. - A l'arrivée, il fallait téléphoner à la réceptionniste qui est arrivée très rapidement (non présente à la réception, mais basée à côté de l'hôtel). Studio vétuste: poignée de fenêtre, pommeau de douche, mitigeur de douche qui ne tiennent pas, fenêtres qui ferment mal (les rideaux bougeaient avec le vent extérieur malgré les fenêtres fermées. Pas gênant en été, mais surement plus désagréable en hiver, surtout avec des radiateurs "grille-pain" ! Impossible de se connecter au wifi. Emplacement de garage très cher.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Buen sitio calidad-precio - Bastante bien, En relació calidad-precio. La habitación estaba limpia, tenía muebles necesarios y en general muy bien. La única pega que encuentro es el mantenimiento, ya que el mobiliario era un poco viejo y se notaba desgastado. Excelente si quieres pasar unos días en família.

• Ocell (6/5): Only teenagers in winter. - We have been there in summer, so we didn't have problems with noise, but we could see that everything is ready to host young people: bunk beds, rusty tables and chairs, broken lights, burnt curtains,... On the other hand, we must say that the apartment was spotless and the staff was really helpful and nice. Some advice: If you come from the tunnel, you must face to the Pas the la Casa. There are no signs to the apartments, so it was difficult to find them.
• Christophe (8/5): Rapport qualité prix imbattable. - Un rapport qualité prix imbattable pour un séjour en famille. Il s'agit en fait d'un appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner et dormir. Alors c'est un peu vieux, un peu kitch, un peu en mauvais état, il faut faire soi même son lit mais la propreté est plus que satisfaisante et le confort correct. (draps et serviettes fournis dans des sacs hermétiques individuels) La réception est souvent fermée, mais il y a un numéro de téléphone joignable sur la porte de l'Hôtel. A 10 minutes du centre ville à pied. Contrairement au descriptif, il y a des stationnements gratuits derrière l'hôtel en été. Probablement pas en hiver.
• anita (8/5): Bon rapport qualite prix ... Tres propre - Tout d abord impossible de joindre l hotel ni par telephone ni par mail ni par fax . Donc on s est touner vers expedia . Et la miracle on a eu des infos comme le numero appartement l etge et comment recupere la cle en cas d arrivee tardive. Heureusement que nous avons insister avant notre depart sinon nous n aurions pas eu la cle .... En ce qui concerne l appartement c etais tres propre tres grand par rapport au petit prix 50e pour 7 couchages !!
• yvon (8/5): tres bien - de passage au pas de la case nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour une nuit nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes tous motards nous venions du grand prix de moto a barcelonne en espagne tous avons apprécié le confort des chambres de cet hôtel et l'efficacité du personnel
