Carol (5/5): Okay place for a couple of days. - There was an issue with the ‘kitchen’. The 2 burner cooktop tripped the power to the whole 3rd floor so we could only use one of the burners. All of the 3rd floor was like that. It wasn’t stocked at all so they had to take stuff from other rooms to make up for the lack of utensils. We were there for 2 weeks so the kitchen was important. Breakfast wasn’t breakfast. A couple of stale croissants and a packaged granola bar.

El estacionamiento también se cobraba aparte. Las camas incomodas. El personal atendió de muy mala forma. No volvería por ningún motivo

El servicio de desayuno es hasta las 10:30. Llegamos a las 10:25 y ya estaban retirando los alimentos de los mesones. Marcelo (garzón) de mala manera nos indica "estas no son horas de bajar a desayunar"... estuvimos tres noches y vimos actitudes parecidas con otros pasajeros cuando llegaban al filo de la hora. Recomiendo verificar el tipo de habitación que elijan, nosotros reservamos dos habitaciones (special class) de un mismo valor y en la realidad eran super distintas en espacio y tipo de cama. Días antes envíe correo al hotel para reservar estacionamiento y aproveché de preguntar por las habitaciones reservadas y me dijeron que eran casi lo mismos que las habitaciones con balcón...pero...tenían mucha diferencia.

Gla (4/5): - Se supone que en un apart debe haber una cocina o por lo menos una pava eléctrica pues éste no cuenta con ninguna de las dos, en cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear, la cochera la cobran adicional y está en malas condiciones, la utilizan para guardar cosas de mantenimiento y todo lo que deberían guardar en un galpón de cosas en desuso. Patricio Leonardo (6/5): esperaba más del Hotel - en un viaje familiar... el lugar está cerca del centro...el departamento era bastante cómodo, deben mejorar el sistema de ducha ya que dos noches de 3 me tuve que bañar con agua fría y viaje con dos niños... la recepción es muy lenta, no podes esperar 20 minutos que tomen una reservación telefónica para que te puedan entregar la llave del departamento..y el sistema de ingreso en auto demoran mucho en abrirte o cerrar el portón deberían colocar cámaras para saber cuando hay un vehículo esperando y por ultimo las puertas del ascensor quedan un poco abiertas. el resto fue una estadía cómoda.

Amy (4/5): Not recommend - Firstly I must say the staff are lovely.... But that's where it ends.... The hotel is in shambles... The glass doors at the front are all smashed in and it is really run down. The area is not safe for a solo traveller.... It is right next to a freeway bridge where long term homeless live... There is nothing near by and to get to the nice areas you have to walk under the bridge and through the bus station. I really do not recommend this hotel. Also there is no tour booking facilities so you Ned to go to hostels or another hotel to book anything.

Noisy area with stupid worker at nearby garage playing loud music all day & night long. Hotel staff didn't want to take any action to stop noise. Good breakfast. Kitchen in room is below average. Pillows are tired. Neighborhood not trendy as around Plaza Independence. Far from tourist area but very closed to terminal de omnibus. So stay away from this hotel.
Angel Luis (6/5): Hotel mediocre y en zona regular. - La zona está cerca de la estación de autobuses pero poco más no rrstaurantes ni servicios, hay que tomar taxi para el centro o resturantes cercanos. Por el precio es un hotel mediocre aunque en Mendoza es miy mala relación calidad/precio con respecto otras ciudades. Hotel viejo y necesit teforma, además el restaurante tiene una carta muy simple para cenar solo y que en el medio día no está abierto.

Stephen (8/5): - Very good hotel--helpful staff, clean place, secure parking, good breakfast--rooms were clean and spacious.
Emilio (8/5): Convenient, comfortable, helpful, and economical - Apart Hotel Maué very convenient to the bus station. I arrived early and the desk clerk kindly make arrangements for me to get into a room before the official checkin time. The breakfast options were very good. The room was comfortable and I was able to work and rest very well. Two of the three staff I interacted with spoke good English, which was helpful.
Fayecair (2/5): Should not be on hotels.com - Don't stay here - Front desk staff were rude, unwelcoming and unhelpful. A customer behind me was served first when checking in. The heating didn't work the first night. When I asked for another room, they said they were full, but they obviously were not. This hotel is extremely old and worn down. This hotel offers no information or tour bookings as stated, they referred me to the info centre in town. This hotel is far from the centre. Breakfast is terrible, hardly any choice, poorly prepared and tiny portions. The cleaning staff was wheeling the housekeeping cart through the area people were having breakfast. Very poor customer service and hotel quality. Not worth any price.
Jeff and Audrey (8/5): - We were arriving from Santiago by bus and wanted a place close to the bus station for our first night. The location worked well enough that we stayed rest for the remainder of our visit to Mendoza. The apart hotel has a true front desk and a full restaurant. Breakfast was excellent (including eggs, meats, etc not just pastries and jam.) The room included a microwave and stovetop, but the refrigerator is actually a minibar. Also, despite the listing as having air conditioning, the apartments do not. As we were there in early May, just opening the window provided sufficient cooling. FYI - The staff speaks spanish only. Google translator helped us a lot. Wifi service is present, but was very slow. There is nothing really to see or do around the hotel, but it is only a block from the bus station, so it was an easy base to visit downtown, Maipu by bus and we were right there for our overnight bus to Buenos Aires. If the bus plan works for you this is a great option. If you want the feel on being in Mendoza, this is not a good choice.
Linda (8/5): Ok Value for Price - Bit off the path of popular parts of town so be prepared to walk, as 2 woman after dark didn't feel comfortable doing so. Okay hotel, staff okay . . . Gustavo who manages dining room is outstanding.
Adrian (6/5): Comfortable room - Excellent service and very accommodating personnel. The pictures online don't represent all the hotel, but the people working there is very kind and helpful.
