• Raffaella (8/5): Ottimo - Posizione ottimale, molto vicino alla fermata del tram da cui passano molte linee per raggiungere sia il centro che zone più dislocate. Sono presenti tanti locali e ristoranti, così come supermercati e negozi per la cura della persona. Personale super disponibile e gentile. I bagni sono un po' datati ma perfettamente funzionanti

After a long Eurovision week I really needed it. I filtered rooms by one filter - bath tub. Made sure this room specifically had it included. And according to the description and photos - it was supposed to have a bath tub. Unfortunately it did not. Staff said there were no other rooms available with a bathtub. Kinda disappointing when it was the only criteria I was considering.

Juna, metro ja ratikka kulki ihan hotellin läheltä, sijainniltaan muutenkin ihan hyvä, pääsi kävellen n. puolessa tunnissa keskustaan. Huone siivottiin päivittäin ja oli muutenkin oikein siistissä kunnossa. Sängyssä mukava nukkua. Ehkä kaipailee jo pintaremppaa, tyynyt voisi päivittää, suihkun viemäri ei vetäny hyvin ja vesi jäi hetkeksi seisomaan. Kadulta ja käytävältä jonkin verran ääntä, itseäni ei lainkaan häirinnyt mutta todella uniherkälle suosittelen korvatulppia :)

• Harald (1/5): Hotel des Grauens - Hotel des Grauens. War noch nie in so einem grauenvollen Hotel. Schlafen unmöglich. Lift so laut als ob die Straßenbahn durchs Zimmer fahren würde. Wenn die oberen Gäste duschen waren hat man gemeint ein Wasserfall fließt durch das Zimmer. Bin selbst Installateur aber habe mir nie gedacht dass dies möglich ist alles so brutal zu hören. Zimmer dreckig und Haare vom Vorgast is Dusche. Schimmel im Bad. Und ich übertreibe wirklich nicht. Einrichtung uralt und katastrophal. Top Hotel für den neuen Teil von Ghostbusters zu drehen. Null

• Bernardita (5/5): - Ubicación Desayuno Personal agradable Almohadas... jamas había dormido sobre una almohada tan incómoda La ducha... se inundaba, estaba completamente tapada y al inundarse salía suciedad y pelos de la tubería. Un asco. Me dio la impresión de que los edredones no los lavan. Cuando lo abrí para estirarlo, había un pelo entre medio y se notaba que la tela no estaba recién lavada. Si bien hay varias incomodidades que hacen que la estancia sea a ratos muy desagradable, el hotel es bastante más barato que la media de hoteles del sector. Eso lo compensa.

Çalışanları da iyi niyetli ve yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlardı. İlk gün klima sorunu vardı çalışana söyleyince hemen halletti. Dönüş uçağımız akşam 8 deydi. Sabah 10 gibi otelden çıkıp valizlerimizi otelin valiz odasına bırakıp o gün de gezme imkanımız oldu. Ücretsiz olan bu hizmet de güzel bir uygulama.

• Marion (8/5): Komfortables 3 Sterne Hotel, das den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht - Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und geräumig. Die Nähe zur U4 sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück echt gut für den geringen Preis von 15.-, besonders die Eierspeise war sensationell gut.

• Irma (8/5): Hele fijne dagen in de prachtige stad Wenen. Hotel Mozart was een prima uitgangspunt. - Prima locatie, vlakbij een tramstation met meerdere lijnen en ook dichtbij de metro. De kamer is schoon en netjes, maar is wel ietwat gedateerd. De gangen en algemene ruimtes kunnen ook een upgrade gebruiken. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

• ANDRIANA (8/5): Αρκετά ικανοποιητικά - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο, πολύ ψηλοτάβανο, αρκετά καθαρό, με ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο, όπως ήταν στις φωτογραφίες. Ενώ είχαμε κλείσει δίκλινο, μας έδωσαν τρίκλινο. Έβλεπε στο δρόμο. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό (όλοι). Η υποδοχή λειτουργούσε όλο το 24ωρο. Μας είχαν και σοκολατάκια για καλωσόρισμα. Άδειαζαν τα σκουπίδια κάθε μέρα. Ήταν δίπλα στο σταθμό του τραμ και ένα τετράγωνο μακριά από σταθμό μετρό και εξυπηρετούσε πολύ. Δίπλα έχει μικρό εμπορικό κέντρο με σούπερ μάρκετ. Το νερό στο νιπτήρα κυρίως αλλά και στη μπανιέρα αργούσε να απορροφηθεί. Και το τελευταίο βράδυ δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό. Έπρεπε να περιμένουμε 2 ώρες για να έρθει. Μας είπαν ότι συνέβη μάλλον επειδή το χρησιμοποιούσαν πολλοί ένοικοι μαζί. Οι υπάλληλοι ένιωσαν πολύ άβολα για αυτό και δεν μπορούσαν να κάνουν κάτι. Όμως ακούσαμε και άλλους ενοίκους να παραπονιούνται, οπότε έχει σίγουρα πρόβλημα η υδραυλική/ηλεκτρική εγκατάσταση.
