• Chris (10/5): - Hotel de Seze is an oasis of comfort and class for the tourist who wants to explore Paris with ease and confidence. The staff is professional yet friendly and helpful. The small size affords personalized attention to each inhabitant of the 22 rooms and pricing is not unreasonable. Itslocation near the Madeleine provides easy access to Paris delights and attractions.

The breakfast was fairly extensive and the area is very safe, with delicious places to eat (of course).....centrally located and close to the river!

I doubt you will keep him long because he surely could make more money at another hotel. As for the rooms very very small.. when I say small I mean tiny… and at $320 a night… I had to laugh when I entered our room..location was good to get around.

We walked nearly everywhere including Eiffel Tower, Trocadero and Louvre. The hotel felt luxurious and there was free tee, coffee, water in lobby. There was also an honesty bar which was cute. We loved our 2 night stay
• Anne-Marie (10/5): - A fantastic stay at the Hotel de Sèze. A great location only a few minutes walk from the metro and the Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette area. We (husband, 10 year old and me) stayed in room 61 right at the top of the hotel. The room was spcaious and comfortable (mattress a little hard but that's personal taste) with everything we need. There was a little noise from the street below but we had the fan on most of the time so didn't hear it. The design is beautiful and the most luxurious towels l've ever had in a hotel room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again on our next visit. Thank you!

• Nicolas (10/5): - With how small these city properties are, we were worried about space in the room. I’m glad we were wrong! The junior suite on the 6th floor was spacious for our family of 3. Bathroom amenities were high quality, beds were clean & comfortable, Good WiFi, and staff were great! Room for improvement? - AC kept us cool most of the week, but there were maintenance issues near the end of our stay. - Breakfast buffet was ok, but not worth 20 Euro a person. I highly recommend the Olympia cafe down the road, open 6am-2am everyday. Great place for all meals & baked goods to go!

Also they had water and chocolates in the lobby in the afternoon and the Also, had another Nespresso in the lobby. Overall, this place is great! Air conditioning worked great and it was quiet and comfortable.

• Ivan (6/5): - Great location, nice amenities in the room. No viewport or deadbolt on the door, which may matter to some guests. Staff were friendly, though I had minimal interaction with them. Main bedding, bathroom sink, and towels were always nicely clean. Unfortunately, there were lots of areas stained and in need of a deep clean, including the walls (bedroom and bathroom), window net, Bluetooth speaker, and bed skirt. The carpet had a couple of bleach stains, too. One of the cups in the bathroom had a coffee stain in it for the entire duration of my stay. I know that hotels endure wear and tear, and I generally assume surfaces in hotels are dirtier than they look; I'm just not accustomed to observing more than one stained surface in a room. I got a good price for the room, and the room defects did not present me with major difficulty. Just disappointing.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Just ok - Rooms are small, we had an executive and still was not what we expected from the website photos and description. Don’t quite understand why it is a 4 star hotel, more of a 2-3 star..
• LOUISE (6/5): - Hotel was in a good location for where we needed to get to The Olympia plus sightseeing. Clean and tidy room. Excellent shower. Only downside was the room we booked months in advance with twin beds (travelled with a friend) was not available on arrival.

• Liset (10/5): - First of all, AWESOME customer service! I was so pleased and happy to have chosen this hotel for my stay in Paris. Our flights delayed and we arrived to the hotel like at 01:00 AM tired and hungry. The gentleman who received us brought sandwiches and water to our room at no cost and was super attentive to all our needs! Also, they extended our check out to 01:00 pm at no cost either! The location is great, you can walk to different places and good restaurants. What a great place and very nice people! I will choose this hotel again every time!

A big thank you to Mr Leo too. He took much of his time helping us to book train ticket to Strasbourg. A very safe and reliable hotel. The bed is comfy and the water pressure is great. Nearby Metro Madeleine. Hotel provides complimentary daily beverages with nice chocolate! Would love to return to the hotel!

• Ellen (10/5): - This boutique hotel was very conveniently located 1 block from a metro station and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Decor was lovely, room was small but comfortable and very clean. It was also very quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful and all spoke English as well as French. The breakfast option was overpriced in our opinion but there is a Pret a Manger right across the street and several cafes within a 5 minute walk.

The staff of the hotel was very helpful and this made a difference about my overall review of the hotel. For short stays , this hotel is a good option . For longer stays I'd definitely look for more ample rooms.
