• Guilherme (4/5): O hotel tem tudo para ser incrível, mas a manhtenção das coisas é precária - O banheiro é ótimo, o chuveiro incrível Cama confortável Nosso ar-condicionado não funcionou. No primeiro dia depois de 1h para resolver, conseguiram fazer funcionar. No segundo dia ele não ligou, e ainda avisamos com antecedência, mas ninguem conseguiu ajudar. Roma estava quente, no dia estava 30 graus, e ficamos sem ar condicionado. É muito melhor gastar um pouco a mais e ficar em outro lugar.

Igual es un tema ya que está lejos de todo. Caminar con calor es complejo. La pieza perfecta con aire acondicionado. El baño era externo pero privado y estaba cerca. Tiene ascensor Mucho ruido de noche por los huéspedes. Se escucha todo .

Não tinha sabonete pra lavar mão na pia, chuveiro é fraco, os atendentes não ajudam com nada ( precisei de um colher, só fizeram nada só pq já era noite, era só uma colher). Onibus para o local são difíceis e poucos horários

Me senti muito insegura e não teve nenhum tipo de ajuda - As fotos são COMPLETAMENTE diferentes com a realidade do quarto que me colocaram. Não condiz O quarto era fedido e tinha um cheiro muito forte de mofo. Mas o pior é que me colocaram sozinha em um quarto apenas com homens e eu estava sem voz (que foi agravado devido o cheiro de mofo) e me senti muito insegura. O quarto ficava no 3 andar no fim de um corredor... se eu precisasse de qualquer tipo de ajuda, não teria como pedir. Quando falei com a recepção me falaram que se acontecesse alguma coisa eu poderia ir lá chamá-los (3 andares abaixo). Pedi para me mudarem de quarto (por questões de saúde e segurança) mas me negaram e também não me devolveram o valor quando pedi o cancelamento da minha reserva diante tudo que estava acontecendo.

• Cassia (10/5): 1000/10 amei fantástico voltarei e recomendo - A localização era óptima próxima da estação central Roma Termini, a 20/30 minutos das atrações turísticas, faz-se muito bem a pé ou de transportes públicos, o estabelecimento fica aberto 24h os recepcionistas foram fantásticos sempre disponíveis para ajudar simpáticos nota 1000, a segurança também era notável, eles tinham câmeras atentas a todos os movimentos entradas e saídas, com certeza irei recomendar e voltarei. Não gostei, mas pode ser uma mania minha, e eu sou alérgica, mas apesar das senhoras da limpeza, limparem todos os dias os cómodos,penso que deveriam aprofundar-se um bocadinho mais na limpeza e acrescentarem mais um frigorífico para que os todos hóspedes consigam guardar suas coisas com mais comodidade, porque o alojamento é grande e todos os dias recebem dezenas de pessoas, só isso do resto ou seja tudo óptimo.

• Vega (6/5): Solo una noche de paso - Solo me quede la nochd previa a tomar mi vuelo por lo que lanubicacion cercana a la estacion de tren me fue perfecto. Tambien tuve que ir anla hia del corso que esta a unos 20 min caminando. Lo mejor del hostel es el personal, muy amables y con la mejor onda para ayudar en todo lo que necesites Las camas no son muy comodas, el colochon es muy finito. La habitacion era grande y con buena ventilacion. A La instalación del baño le hace falta un sifón, sale olor por los desagües, cerrando la puerta del baño se soluciona.

• Armin (8/5): Gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis - Das Hostel liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten zum Termini und ca. 5 Gehminuten zur nächsten Metrostation. Beim Check-in wurde ich sehr freundlich empfangen, es gibt zudem eine 24 Stunden - Rezeption. Das Bad war immer sehr sauber. Das Zimmer (im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar) war gut schallisoliert. Das Bett war bei Check-in frisch bezogen. Es wird zum Frühstück kostenlosen Kaffee angeboten. :) Leider kann ich das Zimmer / Hostel für große Personen ab 186 cm eher nicht empfehlen, da die Betten klein ausfallen. Ich musste meine Füße leider hochlegen. Die Matratze war sehr unbequem oder sehr durchgelegen.

Solo tengo una crítica, que mientras estaba acostado el personal de limpieza, entro a mi cuarto sin golpear la puerta y cuando me levante para avisarles que estaba queriendo dormir, siguieron ahi sin irse haciendo la limpieza del baño. Eso me pareció un poco invasivo. Es la única crítica la verdad, aunque las chicas son super buena onda.

Era próximo a Roma Termini e ao metrô, favorecendo meu deslocamento por toda a cidade O banheiro era fora da acomodação e não tinha ventilação nenhuma, fazendo com que a umidade fosse muito alta.

Muchas cosas, para resumir creo que se debe invertir en mantención al lugar, se nota que no hay cariño, todo feo, sin gracia, un frigobar enano para muchas personas, camas feas, colchón malo, sin luz al lado de la cama, sin repisa para dejar cargando tu celu, edifico muy viejo sin mantención, muy básico.

Reserve la habitacion con baño compartido y no tuve ningun inconveniente, solo la regadera del baño que es compartido un poco chica para mi, mido 177cm y peso 93kg para que se den una idea.

The cleaning stuff was very loud in the morning and we had a couple with a child next to our room and the kids would cry and scream all day, it would wake us up all the time and the noise was annoying.

Очень располагающие работники на ресепшене. Была комната на два человека - на последнем 6 этаже, там всего две комнаты и общий санузел, и общая гостиная. Очень удобно, нет людей, можно поработать за компьютером. Утром кофе бесплатный. Есть фен. Разрешили оставить вещи до чек-ина без доплаты Для своей цены ок Матрас очень слабенький, прогнулся, на нижней койке практически на полу спишь.. тянуло ветром. Лифт два раза застревал, приходилось на 6 этаж идти пешком.
