• Renan Mauricio (10/5): DIAS TRANQUILOS COM PAISAGEM PARADISÍACA - Por uma confusão do GPS acabamos chegando pelo portão errado, mas tivemos sucesso para ingressar. O local é lindo, bem arborizado, tranquilo, silencioso, ótimo para descanso e para aproveitar um dia de sol / noite fria com uma taça de vinho. Em geral não temos queixas, o único pequeno detalhe que pode ser melhorado é não ter um saca rolhas no quarto, em se tratando de uma pousada / vinícola, no mais tudo ocorreu perfeitamente

Le parc et le domaine sont splendides, le personnel est dévoué et chaleureux, le restaurant et petit déjeuner était vraiment délicieux, nous avons adoré. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un spa à part, vu le niveau de qualité de l’hôtel.

Do fato de que a pousada não oferece transporte até a vinícola dela mesma, são 3,5 km, ou 7 km ida e volta, estrada de terra com muita pedra, e 50 dólares o dia para alugar uma bicicleta, lá não tem Uber, só táxi, e cobram bem caro.

• Francis (6/5): The guest room is comfortable however the restaurant needs more attention. - The room was comfortable and the overall setting is nice. I had dinner with a friend at the restaurant. It was raining and chilly outside so everyone was eating inside the restaurant. There were 2 groups of around 10 people eating in the restaurant and my table of 2 was the only other occupied table. The restaurant acoustics are terrible. My friend and I could barely hear each other. Regarding the food, it was average. The service was ok but there didn't seem to be anyone in charge. The restaurant needs a manager or supervisor who can communicate with the guests.

O lugar é lindo, com uma paisagem deslumbrante, instalações modernas e confortáveis. Muito bem decorada e tudo que é necessário para uma ótima estadia. Restaurante excelente. Nada. Tudo estava perfeito!
• Aloisa (8/5): Very nice stay at the Salentein property! - We had a great stay at Posada Salentein and visited the winery for a tour & tasting (at 11:30am) and had lunch and dinner at the restaurant at the posada. The staff was super helpful and friendly before & during the stay, the food was very nice and so was the wine, the tour was included. We had a very relaxing stay overall and it’s beautiful to be amongst the vines with the view of the Andes in the back! The property is very pricing and for that price, the facilities were less value for money. The pool area was nice, but there were no walking trails / areas where you could see the sunset / nice common areas to sit. Also, breakfast started rather late (8:30am). Lastly, the winery is at 4km from the posada, so you either have to drive (which is not great when you are tasting wine) or take significant time for a walk if you are going there (the hike is doable though!). The hotel can help you book a taxi if you book well in advance.

• Elba Ferrao (9/5): Surpreendente! - Dia do meu aniversário. Reservados vinicola com degustação e almoço com bebidas. Depois Posada até dia seguinte. Ao chegar para o check in, o receptivo da Vinicola Salentein nos endereçou para a Posada, alegando que não tinhamos reserva para a degustação e o almoço, feito e pago na decolar ainda no Brasil. A vinicola nos "deu" de cortesia o tour por la e na hora da degustação tivemos de ir embora pois eles falaram que o almoço seria na Posada. Nosso transfer nos deixou na Posada( 5 km de estrada de chão). A recepcionista da Posada ficou surpresa com o ocorrido e prontamente resolveu o problema ligando para a decolar e foi desfeito o mal entendido. Nos levaram de volta a vinicola para o almoço( espetacular mas caro e já pago, as 14:30 h). Nos ofertaram garrafa de espumante, outra de malbec na Posada. Descansamos à tarde e chegamos ao restaurante da Posada 5 minutos apos encerrar o serviço10 da noite... Ofereceram uma sopa típica, maravilhosa, servida no chalé. Dia seguinte, conhecemos os arredores magníficos em vegetação, passaros e parreirais carregados de uvas, a uma semana da vindima. A piscina estava sem estrutura mas não nos fez falta. Cafe da manhã perfeito e variado. Restaurante poderia funcionar até as 11 da noite pois costuma-se almoçar tarde em Mendoza e no verão faz sol até 8:30 da noite.

• Barbara (10/5): The best accommodation in our entire Argentina trip. - Everything about the room was terrific - roomy, 2 chairs + ottoman, heated floor, comfortable bed. Large bathroom, amazing rain shower. Breakfast was lovely - eggs and other things made to order, plus a buffet with the usual things. We ate dinner there, having outstanding food and wine. We did not do a tasting there. I wish we had. We had already booked one at Zuccardi, which was disappointing. The 3 nights there the wine was superb. Enter at entrance to the Bodega on 89. Don’t put the “Posada” in your maps. There will be signs to guide you to the Posada. Probably the gravely dirt road to the Posada once you enter at the Bodega entrance. It is exactly 15 minutes drive to arrive at the Posada from the entrance. We had originally planned to eat 1 dinner there and then go elsewhere the other 2 nights. But the thought of having to drive out that road and back, after a day of doing it to do tastings. We stayed in. But, I must say their dinners were wonderful. So maybe it was all for the best

La larga distancia a la bodega sin opciones de transporte por parte del hotel, como algún bus entre Posada y Bodega o al menos bicicletas a disposición de los huéspedes. Que la piscina no haya estado impecable. Opciones adicionales como fogata o explicación del viñedo que lo rodea.

The wines were excellent quality particularly the Reserva whites. The rooms are fantastic and the area is beautiful. Book a horseback ride into the ANDES. The winery tour is fabulous and the winery design is the most beautiful I've ever seen...and I've been to quite a few. Don't rent the bikes as the roads are not paved.

La atención, la posada, los distintos momentos del restaurante, la pileta, todo de excelente calidad. Se largó a llover y nos facilitaron paraguas. Se cortó la luz por la tormenta e inmediatamente comenzó a funcionar el grupo electrógeno. Al menú del restaurante le faltan verduras. Mucha proteína animal, exquisita!, pero falta el equilibrio de los vegetales.

Que tengas que contratar un servicio de transporte privado (que es costoso) para poder visitar la bodega Salentein. El hotel debería brindar el servicio de traslado ya que son sus mismas instalaciones.

• Danilo (3/5): So vale a pena o tour - A viagem foi em comemoração ao aniversário de uma amiga e eles ofereceram uma garrafa de espumante como cortesia. A diária inclui uma visitação com degustação, que faz valer a pena. O café da manhã é maravilhoso! A hospedagem fica a 3,5km de distância da bodega. Quando chegamos, a recepcionista confirmou que a visita seria no dia seguinte às 11h30, e que um transfer nos levaria. Porém, no dia seguinte, disseram que não foi agendado e que não tinha transporte disponível. Tivemos que ir a pé até a bodega, almoçar por lá e pagar muito caro para um menu de 4 tempos onde o único prato que estava bom era a sobremesa, os demais não valiam a pena, principalmente comparado aos de outras bodegas que já tínhamos experimentado. Tivemos que fazer o tour das 15h por conta do contratempo e adiar a chegada do nosso motorista que já ocasionou mais custo. O staff não fez nada para solucionar um problema que eles criaram. Precisam melhorar a estrutura do local, pois não tem nenhuma atividade para os hóspedes, nada que torne a experiência de marca encantadora. Se vocês está lendo e cogitando se hospedar aqui, considere ir para a La Azul, os locais disseram que são a melhor, que oferecem uma experiência excelente aos hóspedes.

• Shalini (9/5): We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this property. As long as you have your own car, it is a fantastic p - The property and its gardens were impeccably maintained. The rooms were spacious, with large, comfortable beds. The staff were consistently friendly and exceptionally helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the quality of the food in the restaurant was outstanding. While our stay was very enjoyable overall, the in-room amenities were somewhat limited. The towels were worn, and there was no mini fridge, slippers, or iron and ironing board available. The location is also not ideal for those without their own transportation, as the hotel is situated in the middle of a vineyard. Although the hotel can arrange taxis, they are quite expensive. Although there is a pool, it did not appear to be well maintained during our stay. The water looked murky, and there were several dead insects on the surface.

• Fabiana (7/5): Deixou a desejar - O local é lindo, calmo e tranquilo. As instalações são confortáveis e bastante agradáveis. A comida. Definitivamente muito ruim. A qualidade dos ingredientes era boa mas a preparação deixava MUITO a desejar. Além disso faltava serviço. Outro ponto ruim foi ter ficado sem Internet 2 dias e a Pousada não se preocupar em consertar ou dar satisfação aos hóspedes.

There wasn’t transportation back/for to the Salentein bodega!!! They were walking about 4km to reach under the sun. The hotel only has one internet provider and due to a storm we had no signal or tv service for more than 15 hours...

No uber allowed
• Barilochense (9/5): - El lugar, los viñedos, el paisaje. Que no cuente con servicio de traslado incluido desde La Posada hasta la bodega. Tuvimos que contratar un remise y no fue tan fácil conseguir. Por el valor que sale alojarse tendrían que incluir ese servicio dentro de su propiedad.
