- Serena (10/5): Hôtel bien placé et propre avec beaucoup d’options pratique - L’emplacement est vraiment parfait, l’hôtel est placé à côté de la gare ce qui est pratique. Ont peu y mettre ses valises à la réception pour aller faire un tour elles seront en sécurité. Il y a un centre commercial juste à côté avec bien entendu le château de Osaka très proche de l’hôtel. Il y a également des family Mart et seven à côte. Ce qui plaisant ce qu’il y a micro ondes aux étages avec laveries en bas de l’hôtel. Salle de bain un peu petite et chambre mais ça va honnêtement.

- Maša (10/5): Perfect location and amazing customer service - Amazing customer service! We made the mistake and reserved smoking room. Once we checked in we realized that and the smell bothered us. We tried to get rid of the smell but it did not get better so in the evening we asked for non-smoking room which they arranged immediately and without any additional costs. After that we really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for a stroll around the castle and the metro station is 20 meters from the hotel entrance. We would book again the same hotel. No complaints.

Breakfast buffet was fantastic and all halal. Great location next to two train lines, one that goes directly Kyoto. No elevator or ramp at the entrance of the building at least not one would could see. So had to lift luggage and a pram up the stairs at the entrance to enter the hotel.

- Albert (8/5): Good location and quality-price - Very good location 1 min away from a metro station. Friendly staff with good english level. Lots of restaurants nearby. Small room. Toilet needed to be revised as sometimes would flush non-stop when sitting.

Pillow was like a rock. Awful hotel, actually so bad I cancelled the other Keihan I had booked for later. Tiniest room I have ever been in.n

- Kristian (7/5): - Staff was helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and hotel had everything you need. No ventilation in the bathroom that caused some mold to appear. Ventilation in the room produced dust first few minutes of working and openning window was not possible.
