Everything was fine, do not anything to say that was not good. Maybe breakfast could be more varied, but it was sufficient and tasty.

- Thelma (10/5): Best location - This hotel is a hidden gem and in an alley. I loved the location is top tier with heaps of restaurants, cafes, bars, massage parlours handy. A lot of tourist attractions are within walking distance, the Street Train Cafes were 12 minutes walk, 15 minutes walk to the Opera House, St Joseph Cathedral just less than 5 minutes down the road, 12 minutes to Ngoc Son Temple and the Thang Long Water Puppet Show etc I thought the fridge was broken and not working. I told the reception on day 2 and they brought a cable and powered it up.

Cet hôtel a été notre point de chute lors de tout nos retours sur Hanoï entre nos différentes visites. Il manque une lampe de chevet dans la chambre.

Das erste Mal hatten wir die Suite im obersten Stock, dieses Mal waren wir nur im dritten Stock und hier ist der Geräuschpegel deutlich höher. Die Lage ist perfekt: super leise für old quarter. Kühlschrank kaputt. Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hellhörig.

Il posto potrebbe essere molto più carino se venissero fatti degli accorgimenti per mantenere in ordine, pulita e manutenuta la struttura. Le tende erano macchiate e piene di muffa. Muffa anche agli angoli della doccia. Gli asciugamani erano puliti, ma le lenzuola non sapevano di fresco e il cuscino aveva odore di umanità. È cose se fosse abbandonata a se stessa. Capisco la semplicità, ma se fosse tenuto potrebbe essere un gioiellino. La zona colazione ha bisogno di accorgimenti.

De schoonmaakservice was goed en we kregen elke dag nieuw water en schone handdoeken Het ontbijt was karrig ondanks wat andere mensen zeggen hebben we echt veel beter gehad. Zeker gezien de prijsklasse was het ontbijt echt matig. We weten weten waarover we praten als we 6 weken al in Vietnam reizen. De douche/bad in de junior suite is slecht.

Kein Service zu erwarten - wenn er etwas nicht versteht gibt es das einfach nicht - Treppen sind mit teils schimmeligen Matratzen versperrt bzw. eingeschränkt was bei einer Evakuierung zb wegen Brand schlecht wäre zumal das Hotel 9 Stockwerke hat und das Treppenhaus eh schon eng ist.

I didn’t like that there were huge cockroaches in my room, which was very uncomfortable. The bed sheets were not clean and seemed like they were not changed, only the room was cleaned. The location also felt a bit sketchy.

- Irina (6/5): Телевизор просто поразил! - Очень милые девушки на ресепшн, во всем помогали и проявляли заинтересованность. Местоположение в немного пугающем переулке, но все достопримечательности в центре очень близко. Было очень холодно в январе. Вилка от фена в ванной не влезала в розетку, голову высушить не удалось. Половина розеток в номере не работали. И вишенка на тортике - «деревянный» телевизор. Его экран исцарапан так, что напоминает кусок деревяшки (номер 602). Включили его для интереса - шипит, трещит, на экране «снег».
