- Abdelrahman (8/5): Great values for money and very nice and delicious breakfast - The staff were very friendly and helped me answering my inquiries during our stay in Istanbul. Nothing major really, maybe some room renovation would be required to make it better.
- Mohamed (1/5): Worst experience ever - Nothing, it is old Extremely disappointing experience and completely below the standards expected from a 5 star hotel. The hotel listing states that all rooms are equipped with air conditioning, but in reality the AC is centrally controlled by the hotel and locked at 25°C with no ability for guests to adjust the temperature. When we complained, the staff simply told us to open the window if we felt hot. We were unable to sleep comfortably and ended up checking out in less than 14 hours without even completing the first day of our stay. The most frustrating part was that this important limitation was never clearly disclosed in the hotel description. Now i am into the refund processing through Booking.com, which was disputed, creating additional frustration and wasting valuable time during our trip. Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in terms of transparency, comfort, and customer handling.

- Ich (9/5): - Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Die Verbindung war auch nicht schlecht. Mit Zimmerblick auf den Goldenen Horn, war wirklich sehr schön. Bei der nächsten nach Istanbul werden wir es wieder buchen Ist wirklich zu empfehlen Das Kleinigkeiten wie z.B. Fenstergriff - wurde mit separatem Teil gelöst. Mobiler in den Zimmern etwas abgenutzt

She was clean and cooperative and very efficient. The location of the hotel . The mini bar was out of service and also the air conditioning.

- nabila (9/5): Super rapport qualité prix - Franchement le personnel était tellement au petit soin que c’est impossible de pas apprécier le séjour. La vue depuis le balcon est top. Le petit déjeuner a un large choix. Le quartier de l’hôtel en lui mm n’a rien d’exceptionnel. Juste un park sympa en face pour se promener rapidement. C’est un peu loin des sites touristiques mais la navette gratuite convient parfaitement. Il faut juste payer un taxi au retour.

Amazing view; my room was beautiful and relaxing. The staff speak English and can help with taxis and just general knowledge of the area. I got some room service and it was exceptional. The breakfast was very busy, and they didn't have much selection for me. Maybe next time add some more options, for example, like French toast. sausages and beans, etc.

- Milena (4/5): Doesn’t justify 5 stars and the Spa title - The hotel is in a fantastic location, the breakfast was perfect, the Golden horn view from our room was amazing. Car park was easy to find.. and all the staff were kind and helpful . Thank you. The road to the hotel is an extreme downhill slope, curved and narrow - add your risk with your tires in rainy days. In the room, there was no window or extractor fan in the bathroom - the entire room was smelling drain and damp, despite the bathroom door was closed. The room was booked for two, but we have been provided with one small set of toiletries in the bathroom, so we had to go out find a store and buy shower gel, shampoo and etc ourselves.. or call the reception and ask for more ? - why -something none corresponding with 5 stars. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was kinked down, the paper was dropping down constantly on the floor. Then, the swimming pool - had been set to function only summer times, the steam room also was closed - due to “maintenance”. So we had only sauna functioning and nothing else for spa. The hotel does not justify 5 stars features, or a Spa title at all. My partner was mad on me booking this hotel unfortunately and I feel sorry too.

- Viktoriia (6/5): A bit overrated, but overall a pleasant stay. - Overall, it was fine. However, it doesn’t really feel like a 5-star hotel anymore — perhaps it was in the past. The property is a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. Pluses: a nice view from the room (I stayed on the 5th floor) and helpful staff. The hotel also has saunas, although only the dry sauna was working properly — the steam sauna was not operating at full capacity. Please note: the swimming pool is open-air, which means it operates only during the warm season. Minuses: a strong and rather unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, no Netflix on the TV, weak and unstable Wi-Fi connection, and the restaurant inside the hotel is a bit overpriced. The location is also a bit far from the city center, so a car or taxi is needed to get around.

Önbüro çalışanı arkadaşlar özellikle selman her bizi gördüğünde çocuğumuza ufak hediyeler veriyordu çok ince düşünce. Fiyat performans açısından son derece başarılı. Otel genel olarak güzeldi. Tatilimizin 3. Gününde öğleden sonra kapı kartımız çalışmadı. Resepsiyona kartın çalışmadığını söylemek için gittim gün sayısı mı eksik yapılmış diye sordum ama shiftte görevli arkadaş manyetiği bozulmuş dedi. Ben önbüro müdürüyüm ve çalıştığım otelde aynı kart sistemini kullanıyoruz o yüzden hangi sesin manyetik bozkluğu olduğunu hangi sesin kart gün sayısı dolduğunu iyi bilirim😉. Meslek icabı bazen hepimiz manyetik bozulmuş gibi cümlelerle anı geçiştiriyoruz ama bana yapmasalar iyiydi. Yine de ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim

Además, el personal de recepción hablaba buen inglés y fue profesional. En especial, quiero destacar a İlyas, quien fue increíblemente amable durante toda la estancia. Siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a ayudar, lo cual realmente marcó una diferencia en la experiencia. El gimnasio era espacioso y tenía suficientes máquinas, lo cual fue algo muy positivo durante mi estancia. En general, las instalaciones del hotel estaban bien y la experiencia fue cómoda. Parte del personal fue un poco antipático y no siempre transmitía una actitud de servicio. También hubo algunas barreras de idioma con ciertos empleados del hotel. El área del sauna, especialmente el baño de vapor, se veía algo sucia y parecía necesitar más mantenimiento, por lo que creo que la higiene en esa zona podría mejorar. En el desayuno había variedad, pero sentí que faltaban más opciones de carne. Para personas que consumen carne regularmente, sería bueno que el buffet ofreciera más alternativas en ese aspecto.

- huma (10/5): The property was clean and peaceful.The cleaning lady was very nice and professional.I like her gesture when she puts ex - It was a very good experience.Staff members were professional 10/10, I don't know the name of all but Muhammad,caver,shaker and the waitress with glassis in breakfast were so nice. Only problem is the place is far from the main area and the street is very steep to walk up and down. But the good thing is the hotel shuttle drops you to taksim square everyday at 10:30-11:30.

Resepsiyonda görevli personel her konuda guleryuzlu ve yardimseverdi onlara ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Spa birimi kesinlikle geliştirilmeli. Sauna sıcak değildi. Havuz erken kapanmisti çalışma saatleride daha esnek olunmasını öneririm. Sabah saatlerinde kahvaltı öncesi yüzme alternatifi sunulmalıdır.

My only issue was everyone pays €100 deposit when you arrive- returned if mini bar hasn’t been touched or damaged. When I checked out & went through everything the staff earlier in morning were not impressed I asked for my deposit & never cared to mention it either during check out. This is my only complaint & same staff who when I called about expensive headphones left in reception area said call back tomorrow- knowing they were in draw he looking at. Property perfect A little too warm in rooms but I survived

No greating no helping and if you will ask something they won’t be happy to help you. Example : I asked a waiter to clean table , it had bread crumbs, he looked at me like he didn’t get so I tried to explain in Turkish, he just asked me on high tone “what do you need?” After that he did cleaned but half of it was removed and half was thrown on the chair where i should be sitting, most of the employees at the restaurant are unhappy and not helpful at all. - Laura (1/5): - Nous n'avons malheureusement pas de points positifs à avancer, hormis la vue depuis la chambre. Le personnel est incroyablement désagréable, particulièrement non serviable et impoli. Personne ne dit bonjour, aucun renseignement n'est donné, aucune solution n'est apportée afin de rendre le séjour agréable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est complètement excentré, tout notre budget a filé dans les transports. La nourriture servie au restaurant et au room service est affreusement mauvaise et sans goût. Le spa quant à lui, n'est pas équipé de jacuzzi ou autre bains à bulles/chauffés. Aucun peignoir n'est disponible pour descendre jusqu'au spa, nous sommes obligées de descendre avec un petit et simple linge de douche. La chambre quant à elle, bien que spacieuse était tempérée à 27 degrés. Il n'y a de climatisation, qu'un simple ventilateur pour brasser de l'air chaud. Nous avons ouvert la fenêtre mais nous avons vite été contraintes de la fermer du à la pollution auditive de la route juste devant. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cet établissement et regrettons notre choix.
- Luiza (7/5): - I like the location, overviewing the Golden Horn. Although, it's a little distant from the centrer, free daily busses taking guests to the Taksim squre became handy. Hotel is ok, nothing fancy but it's fine. Breakfast was pretty rich in terms of amount of possibilities to pick from, but also a little sad in some cases. For example if you came half an hour prior to the end, the cheeses were completely dry already and joghurt bowls seemed that were not changed on a daily basis, so it looked all messed up after couple of days... On the top of that, the pastry was never fresh. The bathrooms in the rooms are pretty used, the tiles seems to come off, our flush was broken, so we had to struggle with it each day.
