- Jonas (6/5): - Super Nähe zum Airport. Scheinbar war unser Zimmer länger unbewohnt, weshalb schon ein paar Spinnenweben an den Wänden waren. Zudem hat der Abfluss gestunken und die ein oder andere Spinne war im Zimmer Unterwegs. An sich war die Suite groß und gut ausgestattet.

- ell152015 (4/5): I would advice choosing another hotel - We booked this hotel due to its location near the airport but now wish we had gone with one of the others around this hotel. From the outside it looks nice enough but inside is very very dated. The rooms were awful and depressing, smelt like mould. Everything that used to be white was now yellow with age. The bed was ROCK hard and so uncomfortable to the point of not being able to sleep, the air con sounded like a tornado going by constantly (albeit it works and was keeping the room freezing), the joining room was separated by a sliding door. The roof top bar was nice enough. The food was not very nice and tasted odd. The cocktails were 5 star hotel prices but the beer cheap enough. The taxi is charged by room not the journey so we had 3 rooms with 5 people so had to pay for the taxi 3 times although after questioning this they gave us discount. I would not reccomend this hotel. It was the worst night I have had in any hotel. You could argue for the price that it's not to bad but there are better hotels within waking distance to this one.

The overcharged me daily for bedsheets because of a little dirt and said it was special cleaning wanted to charge me for water bottles because i was only allowed two a day The staff dosent know how to speak english well and always miscommunication with staff. The owner dosent give you any concessions or good customer service will not be staying there again.

Not a place for light sleepers; The A/C made me think there was an earthquake, plus the airplanes flying overtop. Breakfast buffet is out of a box. The gym room is lacking and all the cardio machines are broken. Sauna is also out of order. Pool is small. Spa / Massage area is not open either.
- ExplorahT (6/5): A good option for transfer between Airports in Bangkok or when having early flight from BKK - The location is very practical to avoid traffic jams in Bangkok, which is around 15 Minutes drive to BKK Airport. I needed to switch between DMK and BKK Airports for my travels and needed a place to sleep, which is not far away from Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport for an early flight. The location of this Hotel was really perfect for that and there is also a shuttle service that can be booked together with the room. The room is quite spacious, the service is good and there is also a Rooftop Bar with view. Apart from that there are also some interesting things to discover nearby, like the flea market in the evening and Hua Takhe old market during the day, if you have time and want to see local Bangkok flair outside from the main tourist attractions.

I work in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years but have never experienced anybody who doesn’t want to welcome the guest. I would definitely not coming back to this hotel again.
- Amy (4/5): - I was disappointed with my stay as the room had a foul smell and the wifi didn't actually work in the room only in the hallway. The staff's response, or lack thereof, to my complaints was the most disappointing as they were rude and didn't offer any viable solution. They came to the room fiddled with the AC remote and left and didn't say anything until we checked out in the morning. When traveling it is essential to have wifi and the fact that this was unavailable honestly solidified my resolve to never stay here again which is sad because the location and area is great for a short term airport stay.

- Richard (8/5): - Lovely hotel and staff. Transfer from the airport needs sorting out, I had to wait almost an hour for my car and then he dropped me off at the wrong hotel, so I had to walk to the right one, I am disabled with mobility issues.
- jim (8/5): - Myself and my wife enjoy staying at the Suvarnabhumi Suite after my arrival in Bangkok and prior to my departure.We travel the short distance to and from the airport usually in around 15 minutes.We enjoy using the roof top restaurant,Sky 72,or walking to one of many good quality food shop on Lat Krabang rd.The staff are always helpful and welcoming,and respond quickly to any issues you may have.

Just minutes from the airport. Friendly, welcoming staff. Pool area is nice and we had a swim before dinner to cool down a bit. The room was a reasonable size with a balcony, clean and bed was comfortable. We had an amazing dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Sitting out there, listening to live music, watching planes land was simply magical. Prices of the dishes were so reasonable. We had breakfast included which was fairly basic but adequate. WiFi was good. The airport transfers were easy to arrange. All in all a good stay and would definitely recommend as great value for money.

- Giovanni (4/5): - I stayed in 5th floor suite which was spacious and clean. Hotel lobby staff are friendly, welcoming and eager to help. However I would not stay here again for number of reasons. 1. No amenities (soap is not provided, they only place 2 towels per room and must reuse your entire stay). 2. No shower!!!!! (Rooms are equipped with bathtub only). Speaking of bathtubs, it is approximately 3 feet high and is extremely awkward climbing in and out of without steps. Not ideal for handicap, children, or elderly. 3. AC does not work consistently. Rooms will randomly get extremely hot and AC will leak water onto floor. 4. Restuarant staff are not so friendly. They can be rude at times. Ill rate this property 4/10

- Bradley0005 (2/5): Terrible Hotel Best Avoided - The only positive with this hotel it's 10 mins to the airport. Located next to a host of bars and nightclubs there is loud music until 2am that will keep you awake. The hotel is very old and dated and smells terrible. It's hot in common areas and your room as the AC is too small. Beds are not comfortable it is like sleeping on the floor and the bedding feels itchy. Terrible hotel DO NOT STAY HERE.

- 255100Scotty68 (10/5): Really nice find - Super nice hotel, really well maintained , the rooms were great the rooftop restaurant fantastic to eat and watch the planes fly over. The grounds around the hotel lovely, the pool area great. I think the only downside would be on a Saturday night, there are a number of Thai restaurants and bars at the end of the street and they go off on a Saturday night, so best make sure your doors to the balcony are closed so you can sleep 🤓
- realss18 (6/5): Not the best but passable hotel near the airport - It's not a bad option if you need to wait some hours before your flight. In my booking airport transfer was included as well as breakfast which was quite lousy. I was promised breakfast in a box because of early checkout but staff just forgot about it which of course is unacceptable.
- Emma (8/5): - The room was nice but the shower pressure was awful and fluctuated constantly. The pool was nice and we had a nice meal on the rooftop. Shame about the construction work on the main road dividing the town into two.
- 560roxanai (4/5): Felt like a highway motel - We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, and it looked nice from the pictures. They advertise as a 4 star hotel, but the feeling we got was of a cheap highway motel. The walls in our room were dirty( footprints all over) . The soundproofing of the room was poor; we could not get any sleep as we could hear every truck, motorbike and music band in the area. They have rooftop cafeteria which is ok for drinks but they serve really bad food. All in all, a bad experience and a place to avoid.

I assumed the bathtub would be in addition to a shower, but after getting to the room, discovered that the bathtub was instead of a shower. There was a handheld personal shower in the tub but had to sit down to use it and very difficult to get in and out of the tub. Bed was also uncomfortable for sleeping.

Limited breakfast and it was always cold. If it weren’t for Santi our planner and driver these last 4 days of 16 in SE Asia would have been so disappointing.

- Kean (8/5): Very convenient for airport - Only had 5 hours sleep due to late night arrival and early start but would try again in future. A little more expensive but VERY convenient for the airport whether for an early departure or late arrival
- Beachy51 (10/5): Great rooftop bar and restaurant - Bar and restaurant redone since Covid. One of the nicest rooftops in BKK. Prices are pre-Covid and the happy hour runs to 8pm. It's a must if you are in the airport area. For example, burger, fries and a large Singha were 299 BHT. Try to match that in BKK!

- Julie (6/5): - We checked in very late to this hotel as it was a last minute booking. We stayed in the suite which the pictures were very deceiving on the size of the room. 3 adults in the room was extremely cramped with a roll in bed. The suite had two split A/C units however, one of them did not work. The room does not have a shower, only an oversized tub with a sprayer we had to use as the shower. The water temperature was not consistent and we continually got burned with the temperature difference. We were told the restaurant was open until 1:00am. We walked up at 12:20 for the girls to tell us they closed the kitchen already. This put us out on the street where there was absolutely nothing to eat. The hotel is located next to a night club which you can hear the extremally loud music from the hotel all night. The check in staff was very friendly and quick with our check in. The breakfast included with our room was good and the morning staff was excellent.
- DayTrip30433957101 (2/5): Extremely noisy bar just outside. Measured 70db on iPhone. - Hotel facilities are decent in terms of what you pay for. Staff is very helpful and nice. Sadly the hotel fails at providing it's most basic function: a place to sleep. Someone seems to recently have opened a bar just outside that blasts noise all night. When I say noise, I don't mean music, it seemed like the kind of noise you hear on a Tivoli with 15 sec bad remixes changing all the time. I measured 70db with my iPhone in the room with windows closed. Avoid at all costs if you actually need to sleep before catching an early flight.

- Changmaisausage1971 (10/5): Great close to airport!!! - Late review as we stayed here twice during the outbreak of Covid. I have no negatives to write the staff supported all of our whims. Food was very good up on the roof (many dishes with an interesting ingredient, I’ll leave that to you guys to work that out when you visit) Airport collection and drop off was arranged without fuss (a ten / fifteen minute drive) If you need a stop over whilst waiting on flights I highly recommend the hotel
- FGroenen (4/5): Test-and-Go trap - Stayed at this hotel as part of the Test&Go program. Be warned that the cost of Covid test and transportation arranged by this hotel is 6,000 THB on top of the cost of the room. Bad surprise ! The room itself is large and looks nice upon entry, but it is poorly maintained. The tiny bathroom is worse, with just a trickle from the shower and bad smell.

After we went back from work, we found that our room still the same, no cleaning no changing towel, they do nothing... and not value for money to stay here.. sorry we have to tell the true :(

- TawanRayong (4/5): complaint and impoliteness - Staying here one night to visit friends, the TV on the room was not working (only snow) , the water cooker could not be plugged in as the socket was malfunctioning and after a shower the water stayed in front of the toilet. When I wanted to complain about this at the check-in counter a supervisor used a very bad Thai word describing me. He obviously did not know that I understand Thai. The roof restaurant was exept for the noise of planes a delight with pleasant staff.
- RickyB (10/5): - The hotel is a great deal if you're flying out of BKK. The room we had was clean and quiet. The A/C worked well but we couldn't figure out how to turn it off. Our problem not theirs. The staff was very helpful. The rooftop restaurant is good but priced accordingly for the ambiance. The pool is nice. The surrounding area is like everywhere else in a Thailand suburb. The location is great for getting to the airport. The hotel arranged a shuttle for us with a 4AM pick up. No problems. This is our third different pre flight hotel and is by far better than the WAY more expensive hotels we have used before. We will stay here again.

They asked if we wanted a wake up call as we had a early flight, we agreed, never happened? The showers are big but the water goes hot cold continuously, frustrating!

- MR C (2/5): Good room, good location, lousy customer care. - 1.One of our party were woken up both by telephone and a knock on the door after midnight with a claim that one beer had not been paid for at the bar. Couldn't this have been sorted at checkout? Did it matter at that time? 2. We had booked 3 rooms with breakfast, as later confirmed at checkout, but were presented with a bill for 5 people at breakfast. 3. Confusion over who owed what continued at checkout with some monies being paid because we couldn't prove otherwise. Ie We had paid for 5 breakfasts, only 5 were taken but we had to pay for a 6th just to shut them up and to get away. 4. They still went after me for a further breakfast and only backed off when I presented the paperwork for a second time. It's easy: issue breakfast vouchers.
