Also no grab bars in bathroom to get out of tub Taxis had difficulty finding hotel. Give guests a card with location info to show drivers.

• jody262016 (10/5): Great location and Amenities - Great hotel in a fabulous location, easy walking distance to convenience stores and many bars and restaurants just go out the door and turn right into street all within 5 minutes walk, beds are firm but facilities are great and they have the public bathing available. Breakfast had lots of variety and there is also a free coffee station in foyer. Friendly staff with limited English.

• chayil (8/5): 대욕장 때문에 재방문 결정 - 대욕장이 가장 최고, 하루 피곤이 한번에 최상으로 됨, 첫번째 방문때는 객실 소음이 심해서 고민하다 가족으로 대욕장 이용 하나로 이곳으로 재방문 결정, 다 좋았지만,.. 단 한가지 대욕장 안이 너무 어두운 색톤의 인테리어가 혼자 늦은 시간에 이용시는 좀 무섭긴해서 내부를 좀 밝은 색으로 바꿔주면 좋을거 같다.

• Beverly (9/5): I’m looking forward to staying here again. - The breakfast was good but the dinner was awesome. So many choices and very reasonable prices. A robot delivered some meals. Although we declined daily cleaning, we had fresh towels everyday. Also extra amenities were available downstairs. Free coffee was good. Concierge people at front desk were helpful. My brother loved the public bath. As per our request, our room was near the elevator. Thank you. The bed and pillows were too firm for me. My brother used the pajamas provided to go to the public bath but I would have liked to have a yukata to wear.

The staff will go out of their way to assist you despite language barriers and are patient with visitors lack of understanding. Basic buffet breakfast geared for the locals rather than the tourists.

• Koji (10/5): 快適な宿泊でしたが…… - 非常に快適な宿泊でしたが、敢えて難点をあげると、浴室で部屋から履いて入ったスリッパを先に出た客に勝手に履いて出て行かれたことには、非常に不快な思いをしました。ただ、これはホテルのサービスとは別問題で、客のマナーの問題です。

• KIMIHIRO (10/5): - 清潔な印象。周辺は静かです。地下鉄の駅からはすぐ。コンビニは豊富。駐車場は近隣にいろいろありますが、休祝日は近隣に爆安駐車場がありますので、そちらで。大浴場、快適です。総じてGood。

• M (9/5): Spacious room and a big bath for a relaxing, comfortable stay - A generous room size for Tokyo standard (it even got a small sofa). I asked a quiet room and they allocated me the one at the end of the corridor, I'm grateful. All staff (reception, restaurant, housekeeping) were very pleasant and helpful. A big bath was available for long hours. As well as self-serviced coffee, there were two types of iced tea by the lobby as 'welcome drink', I love the taste!! Excellent breakfast (extra ¥1,300. for me, it was worth it). Easy 3-5 min walk to the nearest metro station, from there you can get to the central, eg. Otemachi in 9 minutes. Lots of shops nearby but it was rather quiet in the evening, definitely not like in the middle of 24-hours noisy downtown. I'd love to stay here again. I do understand it's for energy saving purpose, that when you leave the room, you take your room key, all electricity is off (except for fridge). So when you are back from the extreme weather outside, you find the room unbearably hot and humid without air conditioning. Same goes when you are away for 20 minutes for the big bath. But I know this is for a good cause, to avoid electricity waste. Also, maybe it was only my room, but the fridge door stuck and I could not open, this happened almost every once in 3 times (so it happened a lot). I tired to opened the door so hard, the fridge itself came out from the shelf (but the door kept stuck) and I could not put it back, I had to ask the reception for a help. From my second day, I put the thin plastic bag between the fridge and its door, this prevented the door getting stuck again but keep the inside cold.

• KEN (10/5): - 出張滞在で利用させていただきました。 シングルルームは1人で寛ぐのに必要な広さが確保されており快適に過ごす事ができました。 唯一残念だったのは、客室内のカードスロットからカードキーを抜くとエアコンが切れてしまうため、大浴場から戻ったあと客室で少しだけ暑さを我慢しなければならなかった事くらいですね。朝食ビュッフェもメニュー豊富かつ日替わりのお惣菜もあり連泊でも飽きずに楽しめました。今後も機会があれば是非利用させて頂きたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

• KAYOKO (10/5): 次に行くのが楽しみなホテル - 8月4日から一泊の滞在でしたが、フロントスタッフの方がみんなとても親切で部屋も広くて清潔、快適に過ごさせていただきました。美蔵と言うレストランのビール無料券で軽食と共に利用、とても美味しくこちらのスタッフも気持ちの良い対応で旅行を満喫。朝食も種類が多く美味しかったです。9月にまた予約しているのでとても楽しみです。
• Verified traveler (2/5): Miss charge - They miss charged and required me to pay the balance by wire-transfer and also required me to pay bank charge,too. The didn’t accept credit card payment on the phone. I understand I need to pay the balance but This is their fault and why customer have to pay the bank charge. They too much enforce their rule.

• Rach (8/5): Very good - Good location near subway, close to restaurants and convenience store, nice reading chair and deep bath. Very firm bed, friendly staff, big for a Japanese single room. The pillows were TERRIBLE. Even with two, not high enough. There was an unclean smell from the bathroom.
