• Jose (9/5): Agradable y relajante estancia - Excelentes vistas desde el hotel, está en la parte elevada de El Calafate (las cuestas en la ciudad son más que respetables y requieren de condiciones físicas aceptables). Piscina interior climatizada con amplio horario para su uso, es un plus que facilita la relajación tras un día de turismo. Entorno tranquilo. Personal amable que facilita la estancia. Pese a no funcionar a pleno horario el restaurante o bar, nos atendieron perfectamente con cortesía y cordialidad, por lo que les estamos muy agradecidos. La habitación para tres un poco justa. Me resulto curioso que fuera el único hotel que me he encontrado hasta ahora en el que tuviera que hacer yo mismo el check-in o registro de entrada de toda mi familia desde mi celular al llegar, lo cual me desconcertó bastante y no es muy cómodo. Incluso aunque me ofrecieron hacerlo unas horas antes mientras ya estaba viajando, no es cómodo y poco práctico.

• Susanne (7/5): Schöne Aussicht, aber abseits vom Zentrum - Die Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum ist das Beste am ganzen Hotel. Innenpool sah gut aus, haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Wenn man zu Fuss unterwegs ist, ist das Hotel zu weit weg von dort, wo etwas los ist oder auch weit weg von Laguna Nimez. Der Teppich im Zimmer sieht gefleckt und nicht so hygienisch aus. Das Frühstück war nicht nach meinem Geschmack.

Muy bien climatizados los espacios, la vista maravillosa frente al lago y desde todas las áreas una vista panorámica de verdad. Cerca de la avenida principal a pocas cuadras del centro. Excelente relación precio calidad. Recomendamos las cenas en el hotel
• Guilherme (9/5): Bom custo-benefício - Café da manhã bem bom, apenas nao variou mto durante os dias que ficamos. Piscina ótima. Visão muito boa. Cama bem boa, chuveiro quente. O atendimento tb é muito bom, chegamos cedo e deixamos a mala lá até o horário do check-in. Ir a pé para o centro demora uns 15 min. A ida é tranquila, mas a volta subir o morrinho do hotel ŕ cruel. Nós últimos dias pegamos taxi (em torno de 6 mil pesos)

Comimos 2 veces de noche en el bar, la comida muy buena a Buenos precios y con mejor vista que cualquier restaurante del centro. Desayuno muy bueno. Tenía losa radiante de calefacción No reserve este hotel por los masajes, pero influyó mucho en la decisión pensar en volver de un día cansador, utilizar la pileta y hacerse unos masajes. Me dieron vueltas y finalmente me dijeron que por un tiempo no hacían masajes. Lo cual me decepcionó un poco.

Рядом с бассейном весь вечер было шумно после 23:00, и это очень мешало спать Номер. Нормальный, зачем то с третьей кроватью. Очень жаркий, спать с открытым окном нельзя, мои окна прям над землей. Завтрак. Самый грустный в Аргентине. Позавчерашний хлеб, пахнущий скрамбл, пустые блюда под ветчину и сыр. Идти очень высоко. Тяжело после ужина, Но ради вида можно потерпеть. Но меня поселили на -1 этаж:( Нервозности добавляло отсутствие английского у персонала. Включая ресепшен.

• Catherine (7/5): - Très bel hôtel avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le lac, personnel aimable, belle chambre, prix très correct, malheureusement l'ensemble gâché par la qualité des produits du petit-déjeuner , complété par le fait de ne pas pouvoir dîner sur place, des sandwichs sont proposés mais ne remplace pas un vrai repas .... Bien dommage ! La qualité des produits du petit déjeuner, les oeufs brouillés ressemblent à des oeufs en poudre dilués à l'eau, le jus d'orange infame, le lait de la veille ressorti avec la marque sur la bouteille. Un seul mot la restaurant doit être revue dans son ensemble !

• Christopher (9/5): Phenomenal Views - The view over the lake was absolutely incredible and is reason enough to stay there. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the communication from the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was nice and you have an incredible view from the dining area. The hotel is up a relatively steep hill (though that's what provides the hotel such a great vantage point) so walking back from the town can be a bit tiring if that's what you choose to do. If you don't fancy the walk, a taxi from the bus station (on the complete opposite side of the town) only cost around 8100ARS for us, so it's not terribly expensive to avoid the walk and would be even cheaper from the centre of town. I would definitely recommend the hotel for anyone staying in El Calafate.
• Natán (6/5): Nice view, nice room, 20min uphill walk from city center - The room and the view of the lake were really nice. The staff explained everything very well. If you are planning on going to Perito Moreno Glacier is a nice choice The sad part is that is a little bit far from the city center, so if this is priority you should pay a little extra for other places. The last night we finish our dinner a little late and had to wait for a taxi for a little over 20min so we can get to our hotel. One last thing, and i know that this was my fault, because i forgot my airpods after checkout, i contacted the staff but they never confirmed if they found them or not (even though the app said that they were there), i wish they could be more proactive on their side but as i said… my fault

Nós adoramos a hospedagem pois o Hotel é um pouco mais afastado do centrinho mas nos presenteou com uma vista maravilhosa!! Não deixou nada a desejar.

• Barbara (9/5): - The hotel may not be right in the city center and it’s not the most modern place, but the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made my stay really pleasant. What truly amazed me was the view — absolutely breathtaking, far more beautiful than I expected. It honestly took my breath away. I would definitely recommend promoting this wonderful view more, because I had no idea it was such a highlight of the hotel. Overall, a lovely stay thanks to the amazing staff and the unforgettable scenery.

Also the facilities feel a bit outdated. The hotel is about 20minute walk from the center, but it’s uphill so quite a trek to come back :)

Для 2-3 дней отличный выбор Отель находится чуть на горе, относительно центра. Будьте готовы что придется идти в гору после ужина.
