Rapporto qualità prezzo buono Quartiere prossimo a Mitte con prezzi per alberghi e ristoranti e caffè accessibili e vantaggiosi Letti comodi, non abbiamo fatto colazione in albergo Mancavano all'interno della camera un tavolo e due sedie , abbiamo dovuto mettere vestiti per terra in quanto il piccolo armadio non era sufficiente Lavabo del bagno piccolo Pareti in cartongesso con scarsa protezione sonora

Heating in the room didnt work, outside temp.10cel) 3. SECOND DAY I REPORT THE HEATING PROBLEM., And THERE WAS NO HEATING again. 3. THE THIRD DAY I REPORTED THE SAME PROBLEM.THE RESULT -the SAME. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.!!!!

• Monica (7/5): Camera funzionale e con tutto l occorrente - Camera spoglia, ma funzionale e con tutto l occorrente. Posizione top. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo per avere in centro a Berlino una stanza con bagno in camera. Zona molto ben servita tra locali, negozi e stazione metro nelle vicinanze. Consiglio qualche ripiano in più per appoggiare ed uno specchio.

• Elena (9/5): Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Falls sie nicht anwesend sind, kann man ihnen anrufen. - Die Lage ist gut, gute Verkehrsverbindungen direkt beim Hotel. Die Zimmer sind minimalistisch eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber, der Zimmerservice war gut. Betten bequem. In der Nähe gibt es ein Café, wo man frühstücken kann. Man hat unser Gepäck beaufsichtigt, nachdem wir ausgecheckt hatten. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig. Man hört auch Geräusche aus dem Flur zu gut.

• Jaclyn Elise (7/5): Overall, good for a night or two, or if you’re not planning to do anything but sleep and shower here. - Close to the U Bülowstrabe bus and U bahn train so it’s easy to get to the central station and alexanderplatz. Lots of young people walking around late at night so didn’t feel weird walking around the city. We got clean towels daily. No breakfast available. The room was very plan and had little to no room for storage. We had four people and one person did not get a nightstand or anywhere to put items except the floor. No tv. Found some long hairs in our sheets that were not our hair color the first night.

• Gezina (5/5): Kwaliteit hotel ondermaats maar locatie dicht bij metro - De locatie, dicht bij het openbaar vervoer Erg teleurstellend verblijf door slecht onderhoud en wij hadden 3 kamers geboekt. In de douche zaten schimmelplekken op het plafond en de kitranden waren oud en beschimmeld. De lamp boven de spiegel in de badkamer was een stuk uit en deed het ook niet.Het matras was versleten; de vering kwam er zelfs doorheen, waardoor slapen erg oncomfortabel was. Daarnaast hing er wel een tv-beugel aan de muur, maar er was geen tv aanwezig. De verwarming kon niet uit ivm rooster die er niet voor weg kon.

• BARBARA (6/5): Ekonomiczne miejsce w dobrej lokalizacji - W centrum, blisko stacji metra, wokół bistra i bary. W budynku winda. Pokój umeblowany bardzo podstawowo, łóżka wygodne, pościel przyjemna, dość czysto. Standard podstawowy, minimum, bez dodatkowego wyposażenia typu czajnik, kubki, tv, lampki nocne. Łazienka w porządku, choć pewnie remont można by zrobić. Jednak za tą cenę - nie oczekiwaliśmy więcej. Być może jeszcze skorzystamy kiedyś. Można dodać kilka użytecznych drobiazgów do pokoju: czajnik, lampki nocne. Ale stosunek jakości do ceny - w porządku.

• Alessandro (8/5): Ottima posizione e fascino, con margini di miglioramento - Struttura affascinante e ricca di storia, capace di trasmettere un’atmosfera particolare. Nonostante, dopo la prenotazione, ci fossimo imbattuti in numerose recensioni molto negative, la nostra esperienza è stata decisamente positiva: abbiamo soggiornato cinque notti e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La posizione è eccellente, perfettamente collegata con tutta la città grazie alla metro U2 e a numerose linee di autobus raggiungibili in pochi passi. Lo staff si è dimostrato estremamente gentile, disponibile e cordiale, sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Apprezzato anche il servizio quotidiano, con il cambio di asciugamani e il rifornimento di carta igienica e prodotti da bagno quando necessario. La camera è di dimensioni contenute, ma funzionale e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole e riposante. Buona anche la pulizia generale, pur con un po’ di polvere che tende ad accumularsi nel corso dei giorni. Se proprio si vogliono individuare alcuni aspetti migliorabili, segnaliamo innanzitutto la tendenza della stanza ad accumulare polvere con una certa facilità nel corso dei giorni. Inoltre, abbiamo sentito la mancanza di maggiore spazio per riporre gli abiti: l’unico armadio presente, piuttosto piccolo, risultava poco sufficiente per tre persone ed era dotato di soli tre appendini. Un’organizzazione più ampia e funzionale degli spazi dedicati ai vestiti renderebbe il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.

• Silvia (7/5): Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo. - La posizione è poco fuori dal centro e molto vicina a metropolitana e autobus. I letti erano comodi, la stanza pulita. Siamo stati lì tre notti e ogni giorno ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani usati. Il bagno era dotato di dispenser per sapone e bagnoschiuma. La finestra del bagno non si poteva aprire, il lavabo del bagno era molto molto piccolo.

• Kristiina (3/5): - Sijainti oli hyvä. Aamiaista ei ollut tarjolla. Remontti on ollut kesken todella kauan. Huoneesta puuttui tv, pöytä, tuolit ja toinen yövalo. Liikenteen melu oli aikamoinen.. Hissi ja rappukäytävä todella likaiset.

• Michele (8/5): Ottimo per chi non ha molte pretese - La posizione è abbastanza comoda, si raggiunge il centro facilmente e in pochi minuti data la vicinanza (200 m) con la metropolitana. Ci sono tutti i negozi principali in zona se magari ci si vuol fermare lì a mangiare. I letti sono abbastanza comodi e la pulizia viene effettuata tutti i giorni con conseguente cambio delle asciugamani. Unico neo: per lavori di ristrutturazioni esterni erano presenti impalcature che affacciavano sul bagno (il cui vetro superiore era trasparente), rendendo visibile così l'interno a eventuali operai. Sarebbe bastata una piccola tenda ma non c'era. La reception è stata un po' assente (nei giorni festivi è chiusa), il mattino apre alle 12 mentre la stanza va liberata per le 11:30. Visto che avevamo l'aereo nel tardo pomeriggio, volevamo lasciare le valigie per andare in giro e riprenderle successivamente ma non è stato possibile.

• celine songrider (5/5): - Die Gegend war ganz nett Man hatte was man braucht In dem Zimmer war nicht einmal ein Stuhl und Tisch und kein Schrank das man seine Sachen verstauen konnte. Es gab nicht einmal im Bad Haken wo man die Handtücher aufhängen hätte können. Die Dusche war notdürftig repariert und viel zu hoch für Kinder und etwas ältere Menschen. Man muss sich um die Mahlzeiten alleine kümmern. Dieses Hotel ist für Bauarbeiter und Studenten gut geeignet aber nicht für Gäste die in Berlin zu Gast sind und etwas erleben möchten.

• Milica (7/5): We had a good time, but it needs more details and essentials to be better. Perfect location. - Perfect location! Comfy beds. Towels were changed everyday. There is elevator. It is not cold! It felt just "cold", not in a real way, but no details, just an empty room, with big lights, bed and hangers. No closet or big mirror. No place to put stuff in bathroom.

The heaters were not functioning well, the room was barely empty, the price wasn't worth the room, no television there, the place was still undergoing renovations, the WiFi password wasn't available for guest, a whole lot of things wasn't just right.

Wenn andere Hotels wieder k bei Preisen durchdrehen, ist das eine gute Alternative. Sehr spartanisch, kein TV, kein Stuhl, kein Bild an der Wand. Zum schlafen reicht es.

Al llegar estuve esperando por más de media hora para recoger la llave, al final tuve que llamar para preguntar cómo podían darme la llave. Me dieron un código para una cajita con la llave, si hubiese sabido que tenía que hacer eso no habría estado esperando tanto rato.
