- Shemil (9/5): - I had a very pleasant stay during my visit to Armenia. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was neatly arranged, and the cleanliness of the room was excellent, which made my stay very relaxing. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day. The dining area was clean and well organized, and the staff ensured everything was properly prepared. Overall, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, the quality of the room, and the breakfast service. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would gladly recommend this place to others visiting Armenia.

- Stathis (9/5): - It was comfortable, clean and whatever we asked, they helped us. Staff very polite and well informed. Breakfast good, not something wow, but you know what I mean, it was ok, you wouldn't be hungry, that's for sure. - No elevator, we were living in the 3rd floor. - The shower heads must be changed. They don't cost much, they are very old and the water that comes out from them is a little bit "weird", I don't know if I can explain it but the shower heads can be changed.

The ventilation and temperature control in the room worked well. the location is a little far from the city center and you must take a ride to see the attractions. none of the attractions are within the walking distance 1. The hotel has stairs and there is no one to help with the luggage. As a woman traveling alone, this was really difficult for me. 2. The breakfast is very limited, and some items like orange juice or cookies are not restocked once they run out. 3. The worst part was that they told me the amount paid on the website only covered one night. On the last day, they charged me a significant amount and didn’t allow me to check out until I paid, even though I had booked 3 nights on Booking.com and already paid for them. This is neither nice nor legal, and it should be clearly mentioned in their policies. 4. No toothbrush is provided. 5. The shampoo is not enough at all; the bottles are extremely small. 6. The hotel doesn’t provide any drinking water—not even a small water dispenser. 7. Considering the facilities, the hotel is overpriced.

I wish I knew I was booking basement room without windows, so I'd definitely upgrade to a room with windows, but the staff were helpful in accommodating as other rooms were available. I ended up moving a couple of times, but that was my mistake and they helped a lot.

- Марине (10/5): Лучший бюджетный отель! - Останавливаюсь здесь каждый раз, когда приезжаю в Ереван. Могу сказать, что самый лучший бюджетный отель. Чистые номера, уборка каждый день (причем уборка очень хорошая), одноразовые тапочки, шампуни, гели - обновляются каждый день. Завтраки - шведский стол (вкусно все), персонал очень хороший. Хочу особенно отметить Анжелу: девушка - солнышко. Всегда готова помочь с УЛЫБКОЙ, подберет то, что надо. Нам выделила номер на троих, хотя мы были вдвоем. В общем, Анжела супер! Вторая девушка на ресепшене - противоположность. Всегда хмурая, отвечает резко, даже не предложит ничего (номера нет, но даже и не предлагает ничего другого). Персонал на кухне - самый лучший! В общем, отель супер! И чисто, и вода всегда есть, и персонал от души! Местоположение тоже удобное (и автобусная остановка рядом, и пешком куда-то дойти удобно) - Девушка на ресепшене (другая) - на 3 этаже душно очень

- yasssepid1 (6/5): spending some days at Deluxe Hotel Yerevan - Me and my family spent around 3 nights there. our room was on the 3rd Floor, without any elevators, it was too hard for us to carry our luggage. Breakfast was good but not very diverse. The room was spacious. There weren't any brushes for personal use. Deluxe Hotel isn't similar to a hotel but is like a small clean motel. It was located in a great part of Yerevan near Rio Mall, But it wasn't near Republic Square and the city center. all in all, I recommend this place for those who have a tight budget and want to have an economy travel.

- Zorik (6/5): It was good timing. - Breakfast was fresh and enough, but the Jam were in 🥣, should served packed. would have been better if there was a chair for the table in the room and more attention was paid to the furniture such as the closet door, abecause the door was never closed. Also there were many cats 🐈 next the entrance door and running inside, because one of staff gave food every morning and evening.
