• alina stefania (8/5): Daca se imbunatateste micul dejun, este o locatie de nota 10! - Locatia, curatenia impecabila, prosoape curate, confortul patului, caldura, camera spatioasa pentru 3 persoane. Micul dejun extrem de prost, doar un fel de oua-scramble reci, fara fructe decat un compor, doar un singur fel de cascaval si ham la fel, Iaurt in carafa de suc, iar cafeaua oribila!

• Zambelli (9/5): Habitación cómoda - Cama cómoda, muy bien el baño, el agua caliente, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal. Buena iluminación con varias luces, cortinas black out y el frigobar. Buen wifi. Solo hay un enchufe en el baño, agregaría tomas en la habitación, la llave para encender los veladores está muy lejos de la cama y éstos titilaban, la TV no funcionaba bien, se cortaba, y en el mail decía que el televisor era de 46" cuando en realidad era más pequeño (cosa que no importa, solo que no es lo que informaron).

• Patricia Cecilia (8/5): Todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. - Muy cómoda la Habitación y muy bueno el desayuno. El estacionamiento con piedras sueltas y sin ningún lugar techado. Viajamos en moto y se complica para estacionar.
• Samara (7/5): Boa localização, precisa de reforma - A localização é boa e os itens do café da manhã são repostos rapidamente. O quarto é espaçoso Ficamos num quarto ao lado da avenida, que tinha muito ruído a noite toda. Já que não dá para mudar a localização do hotel poderiam ao menos colocar janela anti ruído. O quarto que ficamos precisa de uma reforma urgente. Pedimos para trocar de quarto e não foi possível. A cama é muito mole e os travesseiros ruins.

• STAMATIS (9/5): - Πολύ ωραίο δωμάτιο. Ήταν στην νέα πτέρυγα και πολύ σύγχρονο, σχεδόν παράτερο με το υπόλοιπο ξενοδοχείο. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν σε μια άθλια αυλή. Επίσης το πρωινό ήταν μέτριο .Το πάρκινγκ ήταν δύσκολο σε χωματόδρομο.

• Ana Laura (8/5): Buen hotel para pocos días en El Calafate, muy buena ubicación y tranquilo - nos tocó en las habitaciones nuevas, muy padres y limpias. el hotel tiene gran ubicación ya que estás cerca del centro pero no sobre la avenida principal así que no hay mucho ruido cerca. todo el personal muy amable la hora de check out. debería de ser 11am o 12pm para que te dé tiempo de desayunar y después regresar por tus cosas a la habitación. el check out a las 10am es muy apresurado; tomarlo en cuenta para futuras estancias

• van Riel (6/5): Disappointed with the room. The potential is for a good hotel, but needs a lot of finishing touches - The room size was decent. the restaurant is ok, and the staff is ok. There is an area for sitting in the lounge and it is possible to sit in the restaurant even when it is not open. The hotel seems to still be finishing the new wing, it looked like a work site. outside the hotel it was still a building site, there are many areas that still missing (e.g the floor in the elevators is missing, several areas the isolation foam is still visible). The room was very basic, no chair, not even at the desk, no towel racks, no place to put suitcase etc

The breakfast area looks like recently modernized. Location is quite central and safe parking area. Beds are very comfortable, shower is great. Not much to say really, we had a nice stay

El hotel tiene dos secciones una nueva y otra vieja que está en MUY MAL ESTADO, yo pagué un cuarto en la sección nueva que es más cara, al llegar me asignaron un cuarto en la zona vieja, fui a recepción a solicitar que me cambiaran a la zona nueva, comprobé con mi reserva de Booking que había pagado el cuarto en la zona nueva, a la persona de la recepción no le importó esto y no accedió a asignarme el tipo de cuarto que había reservado y pagado, ME SENTÍ ESTAFADO E IMPOTENTE!!. Muestro fotos del estado de descuido de los cuartos. NO RECOMIENDO A NADIE RESERVAR EN ESTE HOTEL.

El desayuno, el personal, especialmente Belén, etc. No fue posible regular la climatización de la habitación. Muy caliente todo el tiempo y pese a la solicitud de revisarlo, no fue posible.
