- PATRICIA (7/5): Buena limpieza, cama cómoda y con todo lo necesario. - Limpio y tranquilo, con lo necesario. Las jarras de agua que había a disposición de los huéspedes se veían muy ajadas, con muchos restos de cal. Ademas de la toalla de baño estaría bien proporcionar toalla de lavabo.

- GÁMEZ SERRANO (7/5): Cerca del centro. Habitación grande y limpia. - Tiene buena ubicación. Está a unos 25 minutos andando del Duomo y unos 20 minutos en autobús. Tiene paradas de metro y autobús muy cercanas para ir al Duomo o a la estación central sin hacer transbordo.

Son gün çıkış yaparken resepsiyondaki görevli bize saygısızca tavır ve davranışlarda bulunup bağırdı.Yabancı dil bilmediğimiz için ilk önce anlam veremedik sonra vücud dilinden anladık sigara içme konusu imiş. Defalarca özür dilememize rağmen çeviriciden oda da sigara tablası bulunduğu için içtiğimizi söyledik ve özür diledik. Cezası ne ise ödeyelim dememize rağmen hala ses tonunu yükseltip bizi kovdu. Dayak yemediğimize şükrettik. Oysa ki biz odayı tutarken balkonlu olduğunu düşünüp ve duble yataklı tutmuştuk. Ancak bize verdiği odanın görsellerle alakası yoktu. İki tek kişilik yatak ve ikiisi de duvar dibinde olduğu için soğuktu. Klima kumandasında ısıtma mod düğmesi yoktu orası bantlı idi. Bu yüzden de klima çalışmadı . Bunları sorun etmememize rağmen sonucu çok büyük hayal kırıklığı idi. Genel yapılan puanlamasının doğru olduğuna inanmıyorum. Fiyat perfonmansına göre çok daha iyi yerlerde konakladım daha öncede. 3 gece tutmamıza rağmen 1 gecesini kalmadık.

- Dariush (6/5): 50/50, could be better a lot of negative sides. - Only location property was good, was clean in the room . Mattres for sleeping is not comfortable. No facilities in the room. The system wasn’t comfortable , every time need open the each door with phone this is the worst thing in hotel. Also i was putting water in my termas , reception guy told me can not? Why what is difference between hotel cup and my termas, it is just drinking water for free anyways, if you are not allowing , put for money water then in room there is no drinking water. The reception guy was rude. Price is expensive for this hostel and registration was hard.

- Francesca (10/5): gemial - Está a media hora andando del Duomo, pero sigue siendo una buena zona. En la calle contigua hay muchos restaurantes y sitios para merendar o tomar un café, lo que es un plus. Bien conectado con el centro y con la estación central por tranvía. La habitación era amplia y la cama cómoda. El agua de la ducha salía o muy fría o muy caliente. No había término medio. Se aporta una toalla por persona, quizá sería mejor que se dieran dos.

L’insonorizzazione era pessima, sentivo tutto quello che dicevano nelle camere affianco e tra un vociare e un telegiornale continuo. Male assolutamente da rivedere questa cosa. Inoltre la camera non era come in foto non so ma mi aspettavo di più. Relativamente era piccola come camera.

- De Miranda (8/5): Instalación cómoda cerca del centro - La ubicación es muy cómoda, a 15 minutos a pie del Duomo. La entrada al edificio con el sistema on line me pareció un muy buen servicio. Si bien no conocí a nadie del alojamiento, fue una sorpresa agradable volver y encontrar todo limpio de nuevo y con la cama hecha. No puedo dejar crítica negativa, todo estuvo correcto.

- antonio (8/5): - Buona posizione vicino a diversi mezzi per spostarsi in città ma anche per chi ha piacere di passeggiare e la camminata per raggiungere il centro non è pesante. Risulta un po' macchinosa la procedura del self check in con la registrazione dei documenti. Diversi tentativi per la foto che non veniva rilevata correttamente. Viene messo a disposizione dell'ospite un unico asciugamano di grandi dimensioni da utilizzare per tutte le operazioni del bagno.

- Irene (7/5): Va bene come appoggio - Sicuramente che fosse pulita e la sua posizione. Anche le aperture automatizzate tramite telefono. Purtroppo come avevo letto dalle recensioni, andrebbe un po’ rinfrescata la struttura ma comunque non è una condizione necessaria. Magari per il prezzo sarebbe opportuno. Non mi è piaciuto però che non funzionasse benissimo la tv, pochi canali avevano una buona ricezione. Altra cosa che proprio non va bene è lo scarico dei servizi igienici: ogni volta che rientravamo in camera dopo qualche ora fuori era necessario spalancare la finestra perché c’era una terribile puzza di fogna.
