• Svetlana (7/5): - The hotel is very close to the Metro. The room was small as expected, but very clean. It might have been newly renovated. It is very close to Sacre Coeur, so I have visited a few times during my stay. There is lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel is in a very busy area, so there is a lot of street noise. The noise isolation is not very good, could hear people talking in the neighboring rooms.

Alles is wat snel opgelapt (karton voor gebroken ruit, zichtbare stukjes gyproc bevestigd tegen muur (om gaten te bedekken?). Heel lawaaierig, heel slechte bedden en kussens, niet proper (niet op de trappen en niet in de kamer), schimmel in douche.

• Thomas (7/5): Very handy location at the expense of some comforts - A great price in a great location (10 minutes walk from Gare du Nord). A very modern aesthetic, especially in the reception area which provided a warm welcome. The room had a lot of storage shelves, and there was a handy way-finder light after turning the main light off, which went off automatically after a few minutes, although this wasn’t initially obvious. The breakfast was really good considering it was only a small amount extra. On the day I believe it is €12 which I’d say is just about worth it. The bathroom appeared to be a bit of an afterthought, shoehorned into the far end of the room. The toilet room was tiny and would have provided very little privacy if I was sharing with someone due to the door just being a flimsy concertina slider. Additionally there was no door on the shower room. The sink was tiny and there was nowhere to put your toiletries. The room was very warm and the air con unit was stuck on heat mode if it was on - I didn’t bother complaining though as was only there for 1 night. No bedside lamp.

• Brent (7/5): It worked for the cost. - The hotel was good. Had what we needed and was clean. In room coffee would have been nice. Walk up the road towards Sacre-Coeur, you have a really nice neighbourhood. Walk the opposite direction towards the busy road, it’s a bit sketchy. Train station a block or so away was very sketchy. One Uber driver warned us about pickpockets in that spot.

• Brianna (3/5): - The only positive was the location, as it was close to the Metro. However, the area did not always feel particularly safe, with groups of men often loitering outside the hotel. Unfortunately, we did not have a very good stay. During our 3-night visit, the temperature was over 30°C and the air conditioning in our room did not work at all. We raised this multiple times with staff, but were repeatedly told that their system showed it was working and that the temperature could not be set below 19°C. The issue was not the temperature setting — there was simply no air coming from the unit. The room became unbearably hot and we had no choice but to sleep with the window open, which meant dealing with constant noise from the busy street outside. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was very hard and had a plastic-style mattress protector that made loud crinkling noises every time you moved, constantly waking us throughout the night. The condition of the room was disappointing overall. The bathroom door had obvious water damage and would not close properly unless lifted up, and the shower had visible mould.

• Mike Ten Have (7/5): Prima hotel voor 1 prima prijs - Kamer was schoon en netjes. Ontbijt is eenvoudig maar prima. 7 minuutjes lopen van Montmarte Locatie is dichtbij de metro maar daarom wel een iets mindere buurt. Wij zaten op de 5de verdieping en er is geen lift. Dus mensen die moeilijk lopen kunnen dit niet.
• Lorna (8/5): Lovely hotel with good value for money - The staff are lovely and the 24 hour check in was great. Bed was also very comfortable and the opening window was gorgeous especially in the sun. Pre warning the shower is in the room there’s no curtain or anything so if you came with someone you weren’t comfortable stepping out of the shower with be aware off set up. Also upgraded the room and there was suppose to be a couch in the room and there wasn’t so just be aware incase you were needing it.

• Georgios (5/5): Clean room but no soundproofing and dodgy neighbourhood - The property was clean and the staff was friendly and accomodating The property had a lot of problems with soundproofing making it a nightly occurrence waking up from people entering in the rooms, or arguing, or playing music. It felt like they were right next to you. The location was also very dodgy.

À deux pas du Boulevard Barbès et du métro, le quartier est très bruyant. Par ailleurs, l’hôtel est extrêmement mal isolé. Les portes des chambres sont d’une qualité médiocre. On entend tout le bruit des escaliers ainsi que des chambres voisines. Par ailleurs, j’ai séjourné dans une chambre où le lavabo de la salle de bain n’était même pas un lavabo, mais un lave main. Espace exiguë. Le sèche cheveux était lui aussi d’une qualité médiocre. Enfin, le petit déjeuner était très moyen.

Très bon petit déjeuner dans jolie salle. Belle réception et personnel aimable et serviable. Il y avait noté vue , mais cela donnait sur un puits de fenêtres des autres chambres. Attention pas d'ascenseur. Juste à coté de l’arrêt de Metro Barbes (avantage et inconvénient)

• Pauline (6/5): - Jolie chambre Le débit de la caution en début d'aprèm alors que je n'avais pas encore pris la chambre et ce sans mon autorisation. Je pense que le faire lorsque l'on vient prendre la chambre est plus respectueux du client. Me demander de voir la carte bancaire avec laquelle j'ai réglé la chambre qui a déjà ete débité je ne comprend pas pourquoi j'aurai très bien pu payer avec la carte de mon mari et ne pas l'avoir sur moi. C'est le 1er hôtel qui me demande ca. Les coussins et la literie ne sont pas super mais c'est aussi une question de goût et malheureusement les hôtels ne peuvent pas avoir un matelas universel qui satisfait tout le monde. Très bruyant avec des fenêtres mal isolées

La chambre était également très mal isolée, avec beaucoup de bruit, ce qui rendait le séjour inconfortable. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre puis à annuler les nuits restantes afin de trouver un autre hôtel, mais ma demande a été refusée. Dommage, car le service client n’a pas été compréhensif face à la situation.

И на ресепшене ночью был молодой человек, который великодушно предоставил чайник, и утром девушка была внимательна, и клининг сотрудники. Особо благодарна Вадиму, который все мне переводил на русский. Немного маленьковатый умывальник. И нет небольшого стола, чтобы положить необходимые вещи, типа сумочки, ключей, телефон.

Offensichtlich ist es eine Betrugs-Masche des Hotelbetreibers, die bereits im voraus bezahlte Übernachtungssteuer beim Check-in nochmals einzufordern.

• Elizabeth (3/5): This is not a 3 star hotel and failed to keep basic standard. - The reception and night staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay, which made a positive difference to the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to Gare du Nord station, making travel very easy. There are also plenty of local takeaway restaurants and shops nearby, which adds to the convenience, especially for short stays. The property does not meet the standards expected of a 3-star hotel. From the outset, the room was not properly cleaned, and housekeeping standards were not maintained at The room was not cleaned during the course of our stay, with no replacement of essential items such as toilet roll and bins not being emptied. This created an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. The room itself lacked fundamental amenities. There was no kettle provided, which meant I had to spend additional money purchasing a flask and repeatedly request hot water from reception. The shower had no proper temperature control, making it either excessively hot or uncomfortably cold. Additionally, the layout was highly impractical, with the toilet positioned in the middle of the room, offering little to no privacy. Service levels were equally disappointing. Attempts to get the attention of cleaning staff were unsuccessful, as I was repeatedly ignored. While this may have been due to a language barrier, it came across as a lack of care and attentiveness. A further issue arose at check-out on 4th May 2026, when I was charged for 10 “dirty” towels. In reality, only two towels had minor make-up marks, yet I was charged for all 10. When I raised this, communication with the managers was poor and dismissive, and the situation was not handled fairly or professionally. The most concerning experience during check-out was the behaviour of the male manager on duty, who was extremely rude and unprofessional in his interaction with me. I left feeling that I was treated unfairly and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. Based on the way the situation was handled, I also have concerns that my treatment may have been influenced by my race and age.

• Elena (1/5): - Stay away from this place. I didn’t want to believe all the bad reviews until I experienced it myself. I made a reservation for February and all of a sudden, two weeks before my stay, I receive the notification that the hotel has changed the dates of my reservation (without my consent) to two weeks prior of my stay, so to the exact day I received the notification on. When I confronted them about it, they told me they could only give me the room for the dates I originally wanted for a higher price. I denied and asked for a refund, but they refused to give me one. None of the staff there was helpful when I called them, one was even swearing on the phone and somehow trying to blame me for this, saying I had booked a non-refundable room. After reading other reviews, I feel like this has been done on purpose to rip me off.
• Alexis (8/5): Bonne expérience - J’ai apprécié l’emplacement du lieu. L’accueil du personnel. Et le lit était confortable. Dommage pour le petit déjeuner, nous devions choisir entre croissant ou pains au chocolat alors que c’était sensé être à volonté.

• Pierre (7/5): Séjour très correct, mais porte de la chambre vraiment mal insonorisée. - Personnel aimable, chambre propre et confortable, métro très proche. La porte d'accès à la chambre est vraiment mal insonorisée, et donc le moindre passage de personnes dans le couloir est bruyant. Le lavabo de la salle de bain est beaucoup trop petit ! Il faut reconnaître que l'hôtel n'est pas situé dans l'endroit le plus sexy de Paris, mais pour ça on ne peut pas faire grand chose...
• Zoe (3/5): Would not return - The room was spacious - had to change rooms though. No lift, have a 10 month old and no offer to help. Initially put on first floor - it was so dirty we had to move. Got put on the 3rd floor - thin spiral staircase. The location was awful - there was cigarette trafficking going on outside the hotel - very intimidating +++. Staff were miserable except one member.

• MARIE - France-25 (7/5): - L'hôtel est rénové et propre, les chambres sont correctes et bien situées pour accéder à Montmartre. Le personnel est sympathique et le petit déjeuner est qualitatif. Pas d'ascenseur pour accéder aux étages, la literie est moyennement confortable , le quartier est très populaire, assez bruyant y compris la nuit !

• Juan Camilo (9/5): Excelente - Excelente ubicación y muy buena atención. Los desayunos que ofrecen no son tan buenos, se puede conseguir algo mejor por fuera. Por lo demás está perfecto.

• Gwenaelle (7/5): - Chambre propre et confortable juste le minimum pour une nuit Problème de description sur booking j ai pris une chambre avec patio (qui a ete un point déterminant dans mon choix ) et il est noté qu'il y ai une terrasse dans l hôtel qui est inexistante. Attention aussi il y a une caution de 100€ qui m'a ete prélever et restituer apres notre départ. Pas d ascenseur et chambre au 5eme étage. Et pour finir quartier pas top .
