Zusert muss ich sage das ich mich hier sehr unwohl gefühlt habe. Einen Preis von 1.600 -- € / nach zu verlangen sollte man mehr tun. Ersten abend hatten wir ein Gruppen Abendessen 16.12.2025. Das Menü und essen war eine reine Katastophe. Zusätzlich zu einem Menüpreis von 250,-- €/Person. Starter kam ein Salatkopf ( sollte mit dressing sein ) es war eine soße drauf ohne geschmack. ECHT SCHANDE FÜR DIESE KLASSE VOM HOTEL !!!!!!!!. Wir mussten Olivenöl & Balsamico nachschütten damit es überhaupt einen Geschmack hat. 2. gang eine Gemüselasagne Ohne geschmack. 3. Gang Steakstück das einen schlechten Geruch hatte. Konnte es nicht essen. Dessert kann ich micht errinern. Ich Tank zum essen Paar Gläser Prosecco. Dies sollte im Preis enthalten sein. Aber uns hat man 69,-- € extra verrechnet. Dies urgierte ich bei der Rezeption beim Checkout. Aber ohne erfolg. Beim Checkout bekam ich die Rechnung. Wir haben 2 Nächte übernachtet. 74,99-- €/Tag wurden gebühren verrechnet. Dachte das sind irgendwelche Taxen. Jedoch fragte ich trotzdem. Personal an der Rezeption meinte das es trinkgelder für das Personal sei !DAS IST LEIDER ABZOCKE. Ich möchte entscheiden wem ich etwas gebe oder nicht gebe udn nicht das Hotel. Wir haben für 2 Nächte 3.600-- € bezahlt. In dieser Klasse sollten die Kunden über das Trinkgeld enscheiden.

I had a great artichoke based coctail and aperitivo in the garden. This followed by a dinner in their restaurant where I had beef tartare (tartare di manzo) with amuse bouche of radish and butter with grissini and bread. This great delicious dish complimented by a bourgogne red wine and followed by petit four and birthday tiramisu It was a great dinner, great service , great atmosphere fit for a celebration. The spa experience was so relaxing, splendid and she was gentle and very professional with how she executed the whole spa experience for me. She also asked me whether I was comfortable through the experience it was very amazing felt taken care of. It is definitely an experience I recommend my skin feels so soft and I was so relaxed after the whole experience realising letting go is enhanced from therapy treatment it does give a relief. Concierge Alex was beyond helpful, and we looked forward each morning to the welcome smile and wonderful energy of Mario each morning for breakfast! Every member of the Russie team was exceptional! - R1839ETkhaleda (10/5): De Russie Hotel… Amazing!! - This is my first ever trip to Italy and I heard a lot of negative comments about the general hotel experience in Rome from my friends.But I was amazed of how friendly, helpful, and welcoming the staff of the De Russie Hotel were with me. They have an amazing breakfast buffet and service which was included in my stay. The hotel in general has a very nice atmosphere and is very relaxing despite being in the heart of busy Rome. I loved the restaurant where I used to have my breakfast where I started the day and went from there onward to explore this amazingly vibrant crazy city the staff there were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is no question about where I would stay the next time I decide to visit Rome

- michaeldK4159YQ (2/5): Take the Six Senses - avoid this one - Construction in the hotel started at 6.30 in the morning. Continously for three days. No way to sleep. The rooms are mediocre. You would find that in a NH hotel as well. The spa is mediocre and the gym isnt open 24h. The breakfast is rather from a four star hotel. The croissant and bakery cheap and small. The lobby and entrance is also rather four star. The garden is nice. The hotel is heavily overpriced for what it offers. Far from a Four Season or a Six Senses. Its rather 600 usd to 750 usd a night. If you can book the Six Senses. Way better and its even söightly cheaper and its a Six Senses.

The location is in the heart of very high end shopping district of Rome. Very safe area. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread every morning was amazing! The bar has amazing selection of drinks! The restaurant has very good selection of vegetarian friendly food. What more can you ask for? Well… The best part of the hotel is the garden in the back! I had the best time strolling in the garden almost everyday!!

Before check-in Catarina was lovely to email with and arranged a beautiful romance package with balloons, flowers, and Champaign that was in our room when we arrived. When checking in, Tito the tall concierge, was incredibly helpful booking us a private tour on the spot! Donatello checked us in and did a fabulous job helping us feel right at home in the hotel. We had a lovely dinner which Alberto served our table and did an amazing job… BUT nothing compared to the service and the spirit that we received from Mario (and Honey) at breakfast in the garden. From the moment we walked in, Mario’s spirit was incredibly warm and welcoming. He and Honey ensured that we got everything that we wanted and we had such a great experience because of their kindness and prompt service! They were the highlight of our stay. On this trip, we’ve been to Amalfi, Lake Como, and Florence… and the service at this hotel was the best that we received any place that we have been to! Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay!

The location is perfect - close to all the sights and in the center of everything, but a lovely quiet oasis where you can escape the intensity of the city. Our room, the Vaselli Suite, was perfect. We would look out the windows and from our balcony and terrace and all we saw was the greenery of the beautiful gardens. I am quite sure that is a rare view in the city of Rome. All of the staff were wonderful but wanted to give a special thanks to Alessio and Massimiliano in the bar. We won't stay anywhere else in Rome!

Absolutely fantastic. But what really makes the difference compared to other five-star hotels I have stayed in are the people. From the very first moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were greeted with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. At reception, everything was explained perfectly by Octavian, and we were given a tour of the hotel. Even though we arrived early, our room was already prepared, and we were personally shown to it with great care and attention. I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks to the entire Concierge Team, who were able to arrange wonderful last-minute tickets for the Vatican Museums and Villa Borghese, even though they were officially sold out. We were also very grateful and delighted with all the excellent restaurant and café recommendations. Marina, Alessio, Tito, and the whole team were simply outstanding. Furthermore, we would like to thank you for the incredible breakfast experience. Another highlight on our short vacation was Mario and his team. They made each morning truly special with their warm, attentive, and genuine hospitality. Mario surprised us every day with wonderful local specialties that we would never have discovered without him. It was simply perfect. A big thank you also to all the other team members we did not have the chance to meet in person this time. I am already very much looking forward to hopefully returning soon to the beautiful Hotel de Russie.

The experience was top notch—from the decor, the rooms, the food and the staff. The bathroom was luxurious with heated towel bars, high end toiletries and soft, fluffy towels. We enjoyed the robes and slippers and the welcome bottle of wine and snacks. We looked forward to a sumptuous breakfast every morning with an exceptional staff who remembered our names. We especially loved seeing Mario every morning. Also the gardens were very beautiful. The door men and concierge staff were friendly and helpful. Overall this was the nicest hotel we have ever had the pleasure to visit.

- antroberts19 (10/5): Paradise on earth - My wife and I regularly visit Rome and we married at the Hotel De Russie in 2024. It was the most magical experience. We returned this year to celebrate our anniversary and despite incredibly high expectations, the hotel and its wonderful staff somehow managed to exceed them. Having stayed in many of the world’s best hotels this is somehow a cut above the rest. The food is incredible, the rooms are refined and tastefully appointed and the atmosphere is sophisticated, understated and always welcoming. The real jewel in the hotels crown is however it’s wonderful, charming and attentive staff. They cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and looked after and they work incredibly hard to ensure their guests enjoy their experience. Too many fantastic people to name but a very special thank you to Antonio who looked after us for each breakfast and made the day of our anniversary so memorable. Our bedroom was beautifully decorated, the air conditioner worked well, and the bed was comfortable. Our pillows were too thin but we asked the 2nd night for some foam pillows that they added for us that were perfect. Our rate included breakfast, so we ate there 4 mornings and loved the atmosphere in the beautiful gardens and the delicious food and the friendly wait staff. We also had a drink one night before dinner in the garden bar. The garden at Hotel de Russie is one of the best outdoor restaurant bar and garden scene in the city. The concierge was also extremely helpful.
