- Paulina (10/5): Fantastic rooftop, location and super comfy bed - Rooftop - absolutely stunning, very good breakfast. The staff (especially the receptionist with a name that I couldn't remember obviously, something that starts with A - thank you for all your help :)). Great, comfortable, very big bed! Location perfect. Maybe shower and tv could work better, but the stay met my expactations anyway.
- Marinova (10/5): Wonderful staff - The hotel is nice and has a beautiful view from the terrace. We had a wonderful stay. The towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned regularly. It is very close to Sultanahmet Square, about a 5 minute walk, and the Grand Bazaar is also about 5 minutes away. There is also a T1 tram stop nearby, which provides easy access to many of the main attractions. We are extremely satisfied with the staff. We found ourselves in a situation where I thought I had lost my friend. As soon as I shared my concerns, they reassured me that nothing bad could have happened to her and helped me find her. Thank you for everything.

- Boglárka (4/5): Lokáció szempontjából megfelelő. - A lokáció tökéletes, árérték arányban megfelelő, ha tényleg csak aludni szeretnétek a hotelben, a személyzet nagy része barátságos a szobalányok jöttek mindennap takarítani a szobát, törölközőt cseréltek, felmostak és az ágyat is bevetették. A reggelinél lehetne nagyobb a felvágott választék nem csak 1 fajta, egyik reggel nem volt kenyér amikor szóltunk a szakácsnak elkezdett fintorogni és fújtatni..a szobák sajnos nem úgy néznek ki mint a fotókon. 2 szobánk volt az egyikben a WC lehúzásakor kifolyt a víz a WCből minden alkalommal és mind a 2 szobában penészes volt a zuhanyzó szóval papucs használata erősen ajánlott!

- Ron (6/5): - I've never stayed in a hotel room with such poor lighting. There is no lighting in the main part of the room, only the entryway and bathroom. We arrived at night, so we had to use the lights on our phones to get ready for bed. The room was so small that the bed was up against a wall. Breakfast was not great, but they did have a coffee machine. They allowed us to stay an extra hour past check out. However, disappointed that the night reception staff member was happy to watch us struggle down the stairs with all of our luggage, rather than offering some assistance. The hotel is in a good area, close to all the sites, but there are better hotels in the area.

No suelo dormir bien en cama ajena pero te podría decir que es literalmente la mejor cama de hotel en la que he dormido. Comodísimo. Pero sobre todo la atención recibida. Desde el primer al último trabajador. Espectacular. Por poner una pega, la mampara de la ducha estaba ligeramente suelta pero no afectaba a su funcionamiento.

- Feaz (5/5): It was fair, would not stay again. We would choose another hotel if staying in Istanbul - Central location - 10 mins to all blue mosque, aghia sophia, grand bazaar. The dining room was on 6th floor, we had morning breakfasts with a fantastic wiew of the Blue mosque, Aghia Sophia and Bosphorus bridge. We ate once in the evening, were had 15% discount off bill as hotel residents. The meal was good. More room facilities, kettle, tea/coffee making, iron, bin in bedroom. Better communication between staff. Better lighting in room, as dark. Breakfast was mainly cold buffet with a fair choice, however not enough cups, glasses which you had to wait for being hand washed. Coffee machine constantly breaking. Had a family room, which was two connecting bedrooms- dated, not enough facilities ie tea making, no glasses, only one bin which was in bathroom, no iron (which asked for- but did not appear on our 7 night stay) We had to leave hotel early on last morning for our flight 6.30 am, which meant missing breakfast paid for. We were offered breakfast sandwich however was told on morning of leaving whilst leaving by reception staff he did not have keys to kitchen to get the take away breakfast. He then proceeded to ask the taxi driver to stop at a bakery to get us some breakfast - we were 3 people. This resulted in an argument between the recption guy and taxi driver, who said it was not his job to do so, which went on for several minutes. I intervened and told them we dont want to stop and want to get to the airport. The taxi driver was clearly ruffled by this and it could be felt in the hour long journey to airport. All in all we did no get a paid breakfast but a moody driver. It was like a set out of 'faulty towers'

- Mia (5/5): Passable - central location, nice room, very helpful staff and good check in and check out times, very quiet room facilities a little bit run down, breakfast quiet bad
- Mehmet (8/5): Perfect location and view. - Not much to dislike, only breakfast could be better.
- Andrea (5/5): Passable - The hotel is perfectly located- a few minute walk from the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sofia, The Grand Bazaar, The Basilicum Cistern, Topkapi and the Hypodrome. The staff was helpful and nice. They helped us to arrange the boat trip to Bosphorus as well as the taxi from and to the airport. The breakfast could be richer and more variable. We would welcome more fresh fruit and vegetables.

- Ronak (4/5): Disappointing - Room size was ok rest nothing was good There was no vegetarian breakfast n they did not support for that neither provided simple slice bread which available mostly in all hotels n they charge for breakfast which was zero value
