• B5752BFbenw (2/5): They cancelled me and haven’t refunded - Do not stay here. I had a booking that was cancelled on the day of arrival, due to ‘renovations’. They said I had to request a refund, despite them cancelling, via the company you booked it. I booked directly with them, no cancellation option on the website. Called them, guy on the phone said he wasn’t management and couldn’t help. Sent numerous emails, no replies. Ended up going to the hotel while I was in Amsterdam, half the hotel was closed due to Asbestos! Explained situation to a really nice guy at the front desk, and it took me nearly an hour just to them to send an email saying they would refund me. Refund hasn’t been actioned and still waiting for over €700 to come back to me. Cowboys the lot of them. We stayed at St Christopher’s Inn instead and it was great

• Jones (3/5): Cheap but not cheerful - The location was excellent, near train station and very central with every thing needed walking distance. Bedding at least was clean Reported a non flushing toilet on private bathroom to reception as soon as we arrived, They said use shared bathroom down the corridor. In 4 days stay no one came to repair. Stairs are very steep , but the danger was building materials and bass of laundry left on corridor. To make matters worse workmen would start making noise at 8am. When we went out of hotel , they were removing asbestos. The hotel should have closed while this was being done

Bagno piccolissimo con lavandino esterno vicino la porta ,niente luce in bagno ,scomodità nel raggiungere la camera ,oltre alle numerose scale (cosa comune ad amsterdam) c'era una grande cabina posizionata nella scala da cui dovevamo scavalcare per arrivare alla nostra stanza ! Staff gentilissimo.

• Ernesta (7/5): - Location is really good, very convenient if you reach city by train, the main station is close, city center also. The room seems clean, bathroom also. Staff was nice to us. About the room: we took a room for 6 people, but the room was super small, it was really difficult for us to move there, also there is not enough space where to keep all our stuff, no hangers for outside jackets. Bunk beds didn't have side handles, we were scared to fall out of the bed at night. The door handle to the bathroom was broken, but overall the bathroom was nice and clean.

Le celebramos el cumpleaños a mi novia en la habitación y nadie nos vino a molestar por la música. Las camas parecían de juguete. Muchas veces que salíamos al pasillo nuestro vecino de la habitación de al lado nos abría la puerta semi desnudo y se ponía a conversar con nosotros. Saliendo un día en la noche, nos abrió la puerta de par en par completamente desnudo dejando ver su pequeño miembro viril en comparación a la gran sandia que tenía en su estómago.

No breakfast, super noisy outside and inside, gross smelling hallways, stained curtains, tiny shower, no lock on outside door to hotel, only one key card per room. All in all, a crummy little hotel. And not a good place for light sleepers.

Merdivenleri çok dik ve karmaşıktı her defasında odayı bulacağız diye yorgunluktan öldük. Chek-in yaptığımızda adam çok sertti konuşması garipsedik.

• Mark (6/5): Amsterdam is een leuke stad. En hou je van verse patat. Dan zit je hier zeker goed - Mooi gelegen bij de wallen en het OV Het hele hotel rook naar frituurvet. Gelukkig wel vers frituurvet. Heb na thuiskomst een week geen friet meer bestel.

• Nicoline (4/5): Goed dat het maar voor 1 nacht was. - Locatie . lekker in het centrum De wc kon niet doorgetrokken worden. We hebben een emmer gebruikt om alles door te spoelen. Vak was eraf. Kapot. We hebben het gemeld maar het interesseerde hem totaal niet. Verder was het niet brandveilig. De nooduitgang was gebarricadeerd met van allerlei spullen . Het hotel is verder onoverzichtelijk om naar buiten te gaan ( onlogische route). Verder zaten er diverse gaten in de muur (leek op ingetrapt).
• Hasim (3/5): Personal war sehr nett aber das Hotel besuche ich nicht mehr. - Die Lage war Super, man konnte innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gehen oder in der Stadt einkaufen , essen oder spazieren gehen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und das Bett war auch nicht sehr komfortabel, die Matratze war schon sehr durchgelegen und die vorhänge glaube ich wurden seit dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gewaschen , das Zimmer war gleich bei den Treppen man konnte alle Gäste hoch- und runtergehen hören . Haben im Bad eine Kakerlake entfernen müssen.

• Christopher (8/5): - Absolute perfect location for myself in Amsterdam and my room had a lovely big walk in shower. The stairs are high and steep which appears to be the way in all of Amsterdam so just be careful.

Ideale per chi vuole vedere la città e muoversi a piedi, vicino c'è tutto. Premettendo che eravamo al 1 piano e vicino alle scale ( in legno): tutta la notte si è sentito il via vai di chi saliva e scendeva ( e sopratutto dei trolley !!) Davvero l'unica cosa "NI "; ma non è dipeso assolutamente dallo staff, ma dall ' inciviltà delle persone incuranti degli altri.
