Fabrizio was great to deal with and always helpful. The last morning we had the breakfast delivered to our suite and what a great spread of food. The house keeping always kept up on our room with fresh towels etc. We would definitely stay here again .

• HR051082 (10/5): Little gem in Rome. - Hotel in a great location near the Spanish steps. It’s a lovely and quiet hotel. Room clean and comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast was simple but just enough to start the day off. The service was a little chaotic and maybe just having a small selection out for a buffet would make things easier but I am sure they have their reasons. It didn’t bother me but I heard other guests moan…..relax you’re on holiday! I appreciated the touch of mini Easter bunnies on Easter Sunday. I would not hesitate to come back and stay in this hotel if I was to return to Rome. I stayed in a double room and it was nice and quiet. The hotel were accommodating from the beginning when wizzair changed our flight to the day after we originally booked and leaving the day after we were originally leaving. The hotel changed our reservation with no issues and no cost which was fantastic as this was an issue outside our control. A must stay in Rome if you’re looking g for simple but comfortable accommodation in a great location.

• Ellen (9/5): Great location, great price — pleased with our choice! - It was such a good idea to stay right in the center of Rome — farther-out options would have cost about the same, without the ease of walking out the door into all the city has to offer. The hotel is small, the neighborhood — Spanish Steps — is safe, and it really made it possible to do and see quite a lot in the mere 27 hours we spent in the city. Breakfast was a true sit-down breakfast with a menu. Recommend! My only complaint is that the breakfast waiter took new orders from an ever-expanding family group instead of attending to those of us who had arrived well ahead of the family’s latecomers. This mattered to us because we were on a very tight schedule.

Το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Υπήρχε μια ζεστή ατμόσφαιρα που δεν υπάρχει στα μεγάλα απρόσωπα ξενοδοχεία. Το πρωινό, τυπικά ιταλικό, ήταν αυτό που έπρεπε για μένα. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική. Μια ανάσα από την piazza di Spagna σε πολύ καθαρό και ασφαλή δρόμο. Θα ξανάρθω.

• Moskymom54601 (8/5): Good option for location and affordability - This hotel had many positives and a few weaknesses. The location is perfect, and despite its central location, there was not too much street noise. The room had some nice storage options and breakfast was simple, but good. We experienced some wonderful customer service, in particular from Akrem at the front desk. As far as negatives, the mattress was as hard as a rock which made sleep difficult. Also, one of the men who worked the desk at night was somewhat rude. However, that was our only unpleasant interaction with staff.

• Stay442069 (4/5): Worst hotel room experience - Worst hotel we have stayed at ever. For an average of $400.00 a night you will expect better. Not worth the money we paid. The room needs an upgrade or maintenance. The carpet was filthy, needs a very good deep cleaning. The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The balcony is a hallway, you have to squeeze to be able to sit in the chair at the other end of the table. The Inner Courtyard View looks at a building that looks abandoned. Air Conditioner does not work in December, just heat. If you want to cool the room you are told to open the Window. If you want eggs at the included breakfast you have to pay extra. Positive Points; Coffee was good and the gentleman attending the breakfast was very nice and attentive. Location is good
• Shohreh (10/5): - Sehr süßes Boutique Hotel in super Lage zur Spanischen Treppe und dem Trevi Brunnen. U-Bahn Station mit Anschluss zum Flughafen Bus in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Einzelzimmer sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Ausstattung mit A/C, Minibar, Safe etc perfekt ausgestattet.Die Rezeption ist 24/7 mit unglaublich netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern besetzt. Ich kann das Hotel bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig abwechslungsreicher sein
• Relax57771292808 (4/5): Only if you have low expectations - On the good side: excellent location; a waiter at their tiny cafe, his name is Sandro, he was wonderful. On the bad side: The rooms have carpet, and had a musty smell. The walls had luggage marks all over. And the furniture was run down. On the ugly side: the two male receptionists with their terrible attitudes. They truly hated the world. We paid for 3 nights and left after the first because we couldn’t stand the room. Not suitable for a person with allergies.

The room is not large but well equipped and comfortable, with all essentials including minibar, safe, toiletries and slippers. The staff are very kind and helpful, and the location is perfect: a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Overall, a lovely and well-maintained hotel in an excellent location. This hotel was a great experience and I would happily stay here again. Only downsides: the mattress was too firm for my preference, and I missed having fresh vegetables at breakfast.

Villa Borghese and the heart of Rome, the Pantheon, all within an easy walk. Professional staff who very much are serious about doing a good job. Room 3 has a magnificent terrace with lovely views. Highly recommended.

• Alan (8/5): Location was so convenient to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, shopping and dining - Close to major attractions, shopping and restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helped with our questions and provided dinning recommendations
• Diana Buterchi (8/5): - The staff were very helpful and the room was cozy and with beautiful decorations. The location was excellent for the top attractions. The breakfast was under expectations. The menu had too less options and for a few of them it was an additional charge, considering that the breakfast was already payed.

• Karen (10/5): - Near the Spanish steps this beautiful boutique hotel was a hidden gem. The front desk staff were all amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Absolutely would stay again.
• Greg (9/5): Comfortable beautiful hotel in the perfect location in the heart of Rome. - Perfect location in the heart of Rome only a couple of minutes walk from the top of the Spanish steps. The hotel is in a beautiful stylish old building and very comfortable. The breakfast selection could have been better but I understand for a small hotel a large buffet wouldn't be practical so I was happy with what I got :-)
• Andrew (10/5): - Andrea was very helpful, his best advice was not to take an Uber or taxi from the Airport as the train is very easy to use and only Euro 1.30 per person! Train station is a 10 minute easy walk from the hotel. Even took the 5:10 am train to catch our 8:30 flight out. A great stay for us.
