• Martina (10/5): - Camera molto comoda e spaziosa. Letto comodo. C'è una piccola scrivania molto utile per lavorare e un armadio open plan perfetto per sistemare i vestiti velocemente. Sono stata molto bene e consiglio decisamente.
• Adriana Pia (9/5): Un bellissimo B&B per un breve soggiorno romano! - La struttura è molto accogliente e pulita. L’appartamento si trova al 5° piano, ma è presente un ascensore. Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera con due letti singoli e bagni privati; seppur fosse una stanza piccolina, era provvista di tutto il necessario: asciugamani a sufficienza, phon e diffusore, sapone, shampoo. La cucina era in comune, molto carina, super apprezzata la macchinetta per il caffè. La zona in cui si trova non credo sia molto centrale, ma c’è la metro a pochissimi passi, oltre a tanti bar, negozi, forni. La consiglierei A mio avviso non è stato ben specificato che la cucina fosse in comune, ma per il resto tutto ok

• funda (7/5): It could have been better. - Good aspects of Hello Roma was the room was large enough and the bathroom was renovated. The room was clean. Its location was near the metro station. It was a peaceful neighborhood with lots of trees and a park nearby. There was a smart tv one could watch youtube, netflix and so on. Plus, Gran’s cafe was good because it was close to the hotel and the croissants were delicious. The waiters there are really very welcoming. You can choose espresso or capuccino as a drink. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding several aspects of my stay. Upon my arrival, despite confirming my check-in time a day in advance, Mr. Verducci did not open the door, and I was unable to access my room. After he failed to respond to my calls and messages for half hour, I had to walk to the nearby Hotel Roma which is in another building carrying my heavy luggage, hoping to find him there. Unfortunately, during this process, one of the wheels on my suitcase broke, which was very upsetting. I could access my room after waiting for one hour. Secondly, although the room description listed a kettle in the kitchen, there wasn't one. (I stayed in Viale Leonardo Da Vinci, 79) When I informed Mr. Verducci, he told me to ask the cleaning staff for a boiler. However, since the staff only spoke Italian, communication was difficult, and instead of providing a boiler, I was told to use the kettle in the opposite apartment which also belongs to Mr. Verducci. To do this, I was expected to retrieve a key from under a dirty doormat every time I needed hot water, which I found unacceptable and unhygienic. I eventually found a stovetop boiler myself, but using the kitchen remained a struggle due to a lack of power outlets and extension cords. The only available outlet was hidden behind the refrigerator, making it necessary to unplug the espresso machine to use the electric stove. Reaching behind the fridge felt unsafe, as I was worried about being electrocuted by the exposed coils. Some people like me don’t prefer even hate espresso. I want to drink American coffee and Mr. Verducci should consider that some people don’t prefer espresso or shouldn’t claim that there is a kettle. If I had known there was none, I would have brought my own small electic boiler and wouldn’t have experienced so much trouble.

• Chiara (7/5): - Posizione comoda per la mia zona d’interesse ma anche vicina alla metro. Bagno in camera piccolino ma presente. Zona comune utile per la colazione. In generale pulita. La stanza assegnataci era proprio sopra un bar e su una strada trafficata per cui durante la notte e il mattino presto si sente molto vociare e clacson. Il rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ altino, ma questo purtroppo vale per la maggior parte delle strutture di Roma

• Barrios (9/5): - Me agradó mucho el espacio para descansar , es limpio , cercano al metro y justo en frente está un supermercado, el desayuno que te ofrecen en la estadía es rico ( un café, chocolate, capuchino o té con un crossaint). La atención de las anfitrionas es muy buena, me quedaría otra vez, espero volver pronto. El único punto fue el agua caliente , si había, pero por más que trate de regularla costaba mucho trabajo.

Poco insonorizzata (porte, muri e infissi), il supporto del soffione della doccia era rotto e quindi non si reggeva, la finestra del bagno che non si chiudeva. Ha un ottimo potenziale ma vanno curati i dettagli
• Berdalik (7/5): - Great location, very close to Metro. Convenient to travel to city centre and other parts of the city. Local grocery shop just a cross the road. Very tasty pizza place just right in the corner. The place is clean and has basic needed stuff for comfortable stay. I wouldn't call B&B as breakfast is a ticket in a local coffee shop where you get one croissant and cup of hot drink ( it's not really breakfast as for me). Therefore, I use it only once as I'm not drinking coffee or capuchino. Also, the flat has a part of mine 3 other rooms with visitors in . My room came with a separate bathroom that has a water boiler fit in. As I found out later, it heated water for the whole flat, so each time, when anyone in the flat was taking a shower, the boiler would turn on , and it was pretty loud. It is difficult to sleep longer in the morning as everyone is showering.

• Ana Laura (6/5): No muy feliz - Se encontraba cerca de la estación de trenes y subte El calefón de la habitacion hace mucho ruido y se enciende cada vez q alguien abre agua y no solo de la habitación. Las encargadas se limitaron al alquiler de la habitación. Salía olor a podrido del baño, tuvimos q dejar las ventanas abiertas para ventilar todos los días.

Struttura pulita e accogliente, ubicata in luogo strategico, a pochi passi dalla stazione metro di Porta San Paolo. Il corridoio fra camera e bagno privato è un po' lungo, ma a questo prezzo non si può pretendere tutto.

• Fabrizio & Mafalda (9/5): CASA VACANZE A SAN PAOLO MOLTO CONSIGLIATA - E' stato come avere un appartamento privato a due passi dalla Basilica di San Paolo e dalla stazione della metropolitana. A disposizione degli ospiti tutto quello che può servire anche per un soggiorno più lungo: cucina, piatti, frigorifero, macchina per tè e caffè, tv; la nostra camera era grande e con il bagno privato. In aggiunta , con un piccolo pagamento, persino il posto auto privato nel cortile chiuso con cancello. Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti. Pet friendly. Consigliatissimo. L'unica piccola pecca è la colazione al bar che è veramente minimal (solo cappuccino ed un croissant), ma ad 1,50 euro l'una, nulla ti impedisce di fare il bis/tris/poker di brioches, cornetti, maritozzi, come ho fatto io...

Gentilezza e disponibilità nel risolvere un piccolo problema con le chiavi. Viaggiando per lavoro mi sarebbe piaciuto avere un piccolo tavolo magari pieghevole in camera.
