Il bagno è grande e i prodotti includono anche crema corpo e balsamo. L'edificio è signorile, in una zona ricca di panetterie/pasticcerie, cafè/bistrot e negozi, la vista è stupenda e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile.

Gång- och cykelavstånd till det mesta, inom 30-60 min promenad. Personalen på hotellet var fantastiska. Rummet passade oss bra. Saknade diskmedel och kastrull i kitchenettet.

Le camere sono pulite, i letti comodi ed i bagni moderni. Ci è piaciuto tutto. Avevamo due camere. Quella che si affacciava lato strada era leggermente rumorosa.

Die Sauberkeit vom Zimmer war miserabel. Das Frühstück am 1. Tag eine Katastrophe. Es gab nur altes Brot und Toast. Und das im Land der Baguette. Am 2.Tag hat sich das Frühstücksangebot gebessert. Leider fiel der Kaffeeautomat ständig aus.

In a non tourist upper middle class neighborhood of Paris near the Parc Monceau with many restaurants and open air markets nearby a vibrant community of Parisians and near the Villiers metro stop which makes it convenient to travel around. Safe and secure area and hotel. Hotel desk folks consistently cheery and helpful. Penthouse suite was perfect in size and had a balcony on the sixth floor and a private rooftop teck with wonderful views of Paris including the light shows of the Eiffel tower at night. The kitchenette came in handy. Also tea and coffee is available 24 per day in the now essentially closed restaurant off the lobby. There is clearly a cleanliness problem Your room is cleaned only if you ask a day in advance. Unacceptable for a 4* hotel.Otherwise, the maid spends two minutes emptying your waste baskets and replacing towels on the floor--thats it. The door to ur bathroom was out of plumb and closed with difficulty . The elevator doors and the walls of the corridors on the sixth floor had dirty handprints which were never cleaned. The carpeting was dirty and need of a cleaning. That said, these were minor problems but they are problems that the new management (Marriot) should focus on.

When I told the people downstairs, there really wasn’t much they did about it. It was also really small for three people, even with the convertible sofa.
Sybille (8/5): - Die Lage ist super vielen Bistros in der Nähe und auch der Weg zur Metro ist kurz und die Verbindungen sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Bett sehr bequem. Der Lift ist ausgefallen und konnte in der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher spärlich und überschaubar. Auch gibt es diverse kleine Mängel und für ein 4 Sterne Hotel in dieser Preisklasse dürften die Zimmer Mal wieder renoviert werden.

Monika (10/5): - Great property. Our family was very comfortable there and staff was amazing. Breakfast is lacking but not a big deal since there a lot around the hotel to eat at. It’s not super central…takes about 20-30 via a uber to get anywhere but there is a close by train station.

Ambassador659490 (6/5): Not the right opinion if you have a kid or teenager. - We’ve spent 6 nights. The hotel was chosen for its location and room size. The location was perfect — a prime neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and just a few metro stops from the Arc de Triomphe. The room was spacious by European standards, but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Even after it was replaced, the mattress was so thin you could feel every spring.The carpet on the stairs was also worn and in poor condition. If you need a room for a third person, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but I certainly recommend the location. I would rank it as 3 star hotel located in a 5 star neighborhood.

Viviane (6/5): - The location was fantastic—just outside the main tourist zone but only a few metro stops from the Arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, which made the area very enjoyable. The room was quite spacious, which worked well for our longer stay. However, it lacked comfort. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even after the hotel provided a replacement. The mattress was so thin that we could feel the springs, which made sleeping difficult. Another issue was that not all electrical outlets were functional, which was frustrating. Additionally, our room had an external entrance, which wasn’t ideal on rainy days. The stairway carpet was old, stained, and in need of replacement. Overall, while the location is excellent, the hotel really needs to invest in maintenance and comfort improvements to justify a higher rating.

Jeannie (9/5): Superb - The loft was perfect for our family. The young teens were comfortable on the sofa bed. The mini kitchen was perfect to cook a simple meal so we didn't have to spend so much in restaurants. The location was also good and very accessible. Lots of shops around too The stairs in the room scares me a bit but I'm sure it is safe. With the sofa bed open as a bed, it is a little cramped but in Europe I would say it is already of decent size. The room is at the balcony of the building so you have an outdoor space outside and that when it is raining it would be a bit hassle but this is not very bad at all.
Carol (10/5): - Such a wonderful stay here! The staff was available 24/7 and very kind and helpful. Helen was charming. Delicious coffee is available self-service in the dining room. You can easily walk to MonMarte, Parc Monceau, Arch Triumph, and even the Eiffel Tower…. However, I caught the bus back. The transportation is close by (within a block) and helpful folks around to help navigate. Can’t say enough about this property. Super comfortable beds, little kitchenette, and great showers. If you are very sensitive to noise- sirens were going by often but the closed windows were enough for me to ignore the sounds- the building itself was super quiet.
