• Louise (5/5): Great location but must be super fit and love lots of stairs. - Location as Saint Germaine area is very good for restaurants and Luxembourg Gardens . They need to tell people it’s the most difficult narrow steep stairs to get to apartments. Very hard with bags and we are fit people! Also pillows were all lumpy and only two given. Also to note it is very noisy as on corner where lots of cafes/bars and restaurants are.

• Matt (10/5): A great place to stay in Paris. - Apartment 3 is a fantastic location with a great view - maybe even better than the photos. Great neighbourhood. We had some issues understanding the controls for the shower temperature and the cooktop. The communication and follow up was really good. Sent a person round right away and sorted it. So close to Odeon metro station and close to St. Michel station which is a change point for a few lines. Easy walk to Notre Dame and the Louvre.

• Patrick Hugo Marinus (10/5): A lovely pied-à-terre in the heart of Saint-Germain. - We immediately felt at home in this beautiful part of Paris. The location on Rue de Condé is excellent. Just a short walk from the lively heart of Saint-Germain and around the corner from Odéon metro station. The studio has a comfortable bed, a nice shower, and a practical kitchenette with a fridge and microwave. Communication with the hosts was also very friendly and smooth. A lovely little pied-à-terre in a fantastic neighborhood. There is no parking space and no luggage storage, so it is best to park your car in a reserved parking garage and continue by public transport or taxi. If you need luggage storage, there are several options nearby, but it is best to look them up online in advance.

• Kristi (10/5): Great - Location was great, well equipped, lovely big windows, great hairdryer! The door lock was very complicated and seemed to have a mind of its' own! We had to search up on the internet how to work it, and then it was mostly OK.
• Monique (7/5): het is een super verblijf, de eigenaar zou er wel voor kunnen zorgen dat het goed onderhouden wordt. - De locatie is perfect voor wandelingen naar parken, tuinen, musea; Eetgelegenheden voldoende in de omgeving. De toegang is een nauwe trap . in de badkamer was in de wastafel het roostertje /afvoerzeef gesloopt.Bovendien liep het afvalwater niet goed door. De douche bestaande uit regendouche en handdouche zat los. De rieten mat onder de tafel was op diverse plaatsen kapot zodat struikelen niet ondenkbaar is. ik heb dit alles gemeld toen wij aankwamen en hebben fotos ervan gemaakt.

• Roel (9/5): Very nice appartment on an ideal location - wonderful and good equipped.  Very nice to have a Nespresso-coffeemaker.  The two windows offer an open view on the surrounding streets.  The bed is very good.  The appartment is situated at an ideal location very near Odeon Metrostation, between Jardin de Luxembourg and the river Seine Not a real problem but our appartment was on the third floor to be reached on a narrow spiral staircase (there is no elevator)

• Klaarika (7/5): Good apartment, but wouldn’t stay again - Very good central location, with restaurants and public transportation right next to it. Comfortable bed, rather spacious apartment. Communication was nonexistent. We were asked our check-in time prior and we provided that info, but they didn’t send the access codes. Also the phone number they provide for questions and emergencies, doesn’t answer to texts or calls, so we had to call Booking customer support to get into the apartment and to not sleep on the street. All the messages we received were automated and came half a day later. It is a nice apartment but for that reason we wouldn’t stay there again. Only 1 roll of toilet paper for our entire stay, had to buy more. And the spiral staircase is pretty tiring, depending on the floor you’re staying. Also it is located on a rather noisy street, so if you’re used to the quiet, bring earplugs.

Vi vil helt sikkert booke igen, hvis turen atter går til Paris. Kunne være fantastisk med en brødkniv i køkkenet. Eller anden større kniv til det lækre franske brød.

• Sarah (3/5): Check-in details were delayed by three hours, leaving us unable to access the apartment and forcing us to find alternati - When we gained access to the apartment it was good. Our check-in date was the 14th of February. We were aware that check-in was scheduled for 4:00pm and expected to receive access details around that time. However, we did not receive the entry code until 7:00pm that evening. Despite attempting to contact the host multiple times, we received no response, which left us stranded and forced us to find alternative accommodation at short notice. This caused significant inconvenience and stress. Disappointingly, we were not offered any explanation or compensation for the delay and disruption.

Only thing to note was no toilet paper when we arrived, presume it was an oversight because otherwise the property was well stocked. Thankfully trivial to resolve. Stairs up were fine for us but would be a challenge for anyone with reduced fitness or mobility.

Très calme pour Paris car au dernier étage et double vitrage. Bien chauffé. Le manque de propreté des vitres, l'absence de mise à disposition de papier toilette, un néon qui ne fonctionne pas dans la cuisine, le confort du canapé qui n'est pas terrible
• Tim (3/5): - Good location The floor was dirty, there was a laundry bag in the cupboard, the drain in the shower didn’t work flooding the bathroom and the kitchen. Generally the place felt unclean. Not enough towels were also provided. One of the outside windows - you couldn’t see out from it. Stairs up were dirty. Outside lock for the door was broken and place felt unsafe.

• Tillie (9/5): Loved it - Very spacious, bed was so comfortable and bathroom was clean. Amazing location for those who enjoy walking and lots of local restaurants just on your door step. A few hairs in the bed which I wasn’t too bothered about after removing them however someone who’s more picky probably would have complained. The stair case was abit uneven but it’s all part of the Paris experience so again wasn’t too bothered by it. The lock on the door was very confusing as never seen anything like it however felt very safe

• Maria (8/5): Lovely, cozy, amazing location, just a 1-2 min walk to Odeon metro. Clean & perfect for a couple - I had requested an early check-in, and although I was told beforehand that it wouldn't be possible, the apartment ended up being ready when we arrived. This saved us the hassle of finding a place to store our luggage and wandering around exhausted after such an early flight. I understand this is a self-serviced apartment and not a hotel, but we stayed for six nights with only one set of towels; it would have been nice to have at least two pairs for such a long stay. On a positive note, when we requested more toilet paper, they accommodated that, which we really appreciated.

La mesa y sillas con espacio, ya que para ser estudio era amplio. Buen baño y cocina con lo básico. La puerta principal es como de una habitación, se escucha todo lo de fuera y se escuchaba cada movimiento de quien vivía en el piso de arriba. La escalera de caracol para subir 5 pisos, no hay ascensor.

Jag hade inte fått koden när vi kom och skulle checka in, trots att jag skrivit vilken tid vi skulle komma, så jag fick ringa kundtjänst för företaget som hyrde ut när vi kom fram till lägenheten, och det tog ett tag innan vi fick koden eftersom de inte noterat att vi ordnat säkerheten som krävdes (deposit). Tur att det inte regnade ute. Vi försökte nå värden under vistelsen för att TV:n inte funkade samt för att fråga hur mycket vi behövde städa/diska men de svarade tyvärr inte.

• Minkyung (8/5): 엘리베이터 없음, 어메니티 제외 만족스러움 - 위치가 좋았습니다. 파리 호텔 가격 대비 가성비는 좋았어요. 건물에 입구가 여러 군데여서 찾기가 어려웠습니다. 아주 좁은 나선형 계단으로 되어 있습니다. 큰 캐리어 2개가 있었고 이걸 직접 다 가지고 올라가는 게 매우매우 힘들었습니다. 짐이 큰 분들은 참고하세요. 샴푸린스 어메니티가 없어서 매우 불편했습니다.
• Margot (8/5): Great stay - Centrally located it was the perfect jump base for all kinds of activities (meetings, visiting institutions, private leasure, restaurants). Not loud at all. Very cosy! Amenities such as dish washer, iron, hair dryer are at the place. When staying longer a change of towls would be great. An additional hanger for coats would be great. A swiffer or something similar for keeping the apartment clean.
