- HALAS (10/5): - I would like to share my thoughts about the hotel and the staff at Ramada Abu Dhabi Downtown, where I have stayed five times now. During my first stay, I was extremely unhappy due to the smell of smoke occasionally reaching the non-smoking rooms, which gave me a severe headache. However, I loved the location, so I decided to return. I have been quite impressed with the staff I encountered during my second visit and subsequent stays. They went above and beyond to address my concerns. I have a strong appreciation for this country and city, and I particularly enjoy the hotel’s location as well as the incredible manager and staff. Now, they truly feel like family when I visit. The hospitality here is exceptional, and everyone on the team is extremely friendly. I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Shehab, Mr. Abhinov, Mr. Trojan, Mr. Ajimon, Mr. Nuzair, and Mr. Kamal for their outstanding service.

- Mark Robert (8/5): - Conveniently located, staff couldn’t be more helpful and are a credit to Ramada. The room I was in had seen better days, a bit shabby and had several maintenance issues (toilet seat loose/broken, toilet flush stuck on, bedside lamp not working etc) all were relatively trivial so not worth the effort of reporting to staff, who I have no doubt would’ve taken care of them, but could have been better. Overall a decent budget hotel well located with extremely friendly staff.

- Noa (10/5): Très bon séjour - C'était un très bon séjour. Toutes les commodités sont proches à pieds dont le Mall de Abu Dhabi et pleins de restaurants. L'hôtel est facile d'accès même en transports. Le quartier est plutôt à dominante restaurants indiens c'est agréable le quartier est animé même la nuit. Chambre très propres et le menu du room service offre une large variété de plats. La salle de sport, le sauna et la piscine sont très propres je recommande !

I booked it because it supposed to honor gold vip status They didn’t even bother looking at this so why even advertise accepting vip status in your hotel. There is an issue with water mixer in the room you have two choice or burning water or cold water. When the AC compressor is off you get mold smell of the ducts i bet never ever cleaned and moldy due to high humidity. The hotwl is clean staff are not rude but not super friendly at the same time poker face. All of them even doorman. I paid way extra than other hotel i stayed in and it wasnt worth it.

The only problem with the hotel is that some details that Make a big difference aren’t there. For example, room lighting is a bit gloomy, ironing board is not in good condition( your clothes must be in best shape if you’re on a business trip ), Bathroom Floor mattresses Aren’t always there, there’s no toothpaste nor toothbrush ( not an issue but when you arrive at dawn you won’t have enough energy to get those from a supermarket). Overall, i had a good and comfortable stay, it’s a good place to stay in as it’s close to everything in downtown.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - I had an issue with the cleanliness of my room however Shehab did an amazing job to ensure my room was cleaned and sorted out. Shehab really made me feel very welcomed. I think some of the other front desk should learn from Shehab on how to make guests feel welcomed and at home. The rooms need more lighting and the desks need a bit of a polish. Other than that, convenience stores around are useful and its in a convenient area.

- Zahir Shabbir (2/5): Great Staff but thats it - I had to change 3 rooms during my stay. The staff is really nice but there are just things that make it not worthwhile. For starters the corner rooms don't have hot water, the room cleaning staff changes towels and bathrobes are per their wishes and the breakfast is just ok and repeats daily

Internet speed is great and very near to Abu Dhabi Mall. Friendly staff and duty manager always provides a prompt response to inquires.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Staff not helpful - The room next to mine was full of people who came in at 1 am and were yelling and playing very loud music. Hotel staff said their policy was to not require guests to be quiet so I had to deal with it. Would not allow me to change rooms. I had a conference the next day and I was a zombie bc of lack of sleep. Do not come to this hotel if you need to sleep as the hotel will not support an environment conducive to that.

- Vamsi (10/5): Leisure stay at Ramada Downtown - This is my second stay(After Tryp hotel) at the Wyndham Group of Hotels in Abudhabi. Ramada Downtown was above my expectation in the star category.The hotel is placed in a peaceful locality is just 5 minutes walking distance from abudhabi mall.There are quite a number of restaurants located around this hotel. Hotel is a very good and decent stay if someone has budget in the mind. Excellent and courteous staff(Esp. Thea and Alina) for smooth checkin,and for establishing guest relation. Rooms(basic one) are generous in space with good lighting and always fresh. Hotel at any point always welcomes you with good smile,soothing music,and aroma.GYM equipment were very well maintained and Spa facility with variety of treatment were available for relaxing. Thanks to the staff for ensuring customer happiness.
- Minh (8/5): Facility - Room is cleaned with large shower towels. But for the toilet room with a shower; the floor rain was clogged up, and water was over flow on top of floor immediately, and also floor ceramic tile was too slippery, if not be careful you will fall down.

- nidhi (8/5): - Room was clean, taxis always available, staffs were good, my only issue was the elevator, you have to put your keys inside the elevator the. Only it’s operate but it wasn’t scanning properly I had to change my keys multiple times.
