- Karen (1/5): - Excellent position, small quaint hotel. We booked this hotel based on the very nice photos of the sun decking area and access to sea for swimming. On our arrival we immediately saw extensive building work underway on the decking. When checking in we were informed that the decking area was closed. We were not at all happy as nothing to this effect was made clear on booking. The hotel informed us that a partial opening was expected in 2-3days time. This did happen but the building work continued to the side. We had booked a superior room with a very nice sea view only to have concrete delivery lorries and pumps operating directly under our balcony. The situation totally ruined our stay to the extent that we moved to another hotel close by. We asked to speak to the manager but was continually told he was out or unavailable. This stay was meant to be a nice relaxing week on the sea. I would strongly advise not booking this hotel for at least 1 month whilst the work is completed. Although the decking is particularly open there is major construction work, ie grinding hammering welding and materials movement to the side.

So you don’t have access to sea at all Forget about nice b-day picture or party , I write with hotel on chat and please on small cake for my best friend and they say yes no problem and then didn’t do nothing what they promised I made complain to Booking as after 1 month still waiting for answer so not helpful as well. Breakfast so horrible, not fresh cucumber and most of the vegetables, FROZEN bananas I hope this will be as per advertised picture lovely b-day gift but was drama ! We also got an upgrade of the room for a sea view😘😘! The staff made our lives exceptional easy. Our way from airport, we used random taxi and they overcharged us, we told the staff about it, they confronted the taxi driver and he returned our money! The fact that we had to leave 🥹
- Marie (1/5): Terrible… - I’m generally sorry to say l would never go back to this hotel. We didn’t have WiFi at all it cut out every couple of seconds. The TVs are not smart TVs so we couldn’t get any English channels. We had to spend €50 to get a wire to watch something/anything. I am 68yrs old and like to go home early at night to watch TV but that wasn’t possible. As for the staff you get an odd person that understands what your complaint is but not that interested in anything we had to say. I don’t scrutinise for the sake of it but this was pretty bad, we had to move rooms and after a few days walked out advising Booking.Com that we no longer can stay there. I would like to explain more but I’ll wait to see the outcome with Booking.Com before l scrutinise the area and hotel any further. Everything….😢😢

- Yana (10/5): Great breakfast, wonderful staff, clean and fresh rooms. - The hotel was really good and clean, and the staff were so friendly. I stayed in a room with the sea view; it was fabulous. Breakfast was wonderful. There was plenty of choice for food, and they have a very good chef. Refreshments were available on the ground floor: homemade biscuits and nice drinks. There was a bar outside and plenty of restaurants around. Every day room service was wonderful: change of towels and empty bins. The private beach was closed due to it still being the off-season period. The location of the whole area is on cliffs, so there are no sand beaches around. The nearest beach was 20 min away by taxi. I cannot think of anything. Everything was wonderful.

Eski temizliğinden eser kalmamış, Lobby inanılmaz havasız rutubet ve foseptik kokuyor. 1 gün boyunca sıcak su problemi yaşadım, ve tekrar hatırlatıp (3 kez) iptal ve iade isteyince resepsiyonda nöbeti yeni devralan personel yardımcı olarak odamı değiştirdi. Bütün gece koridorda konaklayanların gürültüsü ( oda değişiminden ve sarhoşluklarından kaynaklı) vardı.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir warend etwas entäuscht, da der Strand noch nicht geöffnet hatte und da haben sie uns sogar ein Upgrade in eine Suite mit Meerblick gegeben. Super Hotel und Personal. Eigentlich war alles super, jedoch ging die Klimaanlage noch nicht, da es noch vor der Saison war. War aber kein Problem, da man die Fenster weit aufmachen kann.

- Judit (10/5): Pompás szállás, végtelen kedves személyzet olyan kilátással, amit nem felejtesz el - A szobából a kilátás álomszerű (még a zihanyzóból is), a recepción végtelenül kedvesek voltak, mindent megtettek a kényelmemért és Nevin különösen kedves volt, köszönök mindent! A szoba kényelmes, tiszta, minden nap takarítottak és ásványvizet, kávét és pipereholmit töltötték a kedves takarító hölgyek. Az ágy, a matrac és az ágynemű is kényelmes. A reggeli maga a csoda, a kilátással amit az étterem felső szintjéről láttam, elképesztő szép! Az éttermi kiszolgálás is végtelen figyelmes és kedves volt. Még a téli szezon idején vagyunk, ennek ellenére külön kedvességnek értékelem, hogy használhattam napozásra a tetőteraszt, köszönöm! A stég építését érdekes volt látni, sajnálom, hogy még nem élvezhettem, de mindenképpen visszatérek szeptemberben, hogy a napozóstégen dolgozók áldozatos munkájának gyümölcsét is élvezhessem. Nem szoktam ilyen bő jellemzést írni, de ez a szálloda és az ott dolgozók megérdemlik. Nem volt ilyen.. de ha egy dolgot mégis említeni kell, egy igazán apróság: ha ilyen professzionális konyhát üzemeltettek és ennyire figyeltek minden minőségi dologra (a reggelit látva ez sikerül is), akkor az étlapról választott hamburger és sült krumpli mellé (ami egyébként isteni volt) én a helyetekben egy prémium minőségű kechtup-ot és majonézt adnék. De ez annyira részletkérdés, hogy szinte nem is számít. :) köszönök mindent!
- Ahmed (10/5): - Ich hatte insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und war mit fast allem sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – zentral und ideal gelegen. Die Zimmer sind wirklich atemberaubend, sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Housekeeping-Team – alles war stets makellos sauber. Auch die Mitarbeiter im Allgemeinen sind sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Rezeption ist professionell organisiert und das gesamte Konzept, inklusive der Hintergrundmusik, ist sehr stimmig und angenehm. Ein Kritikpunkt ist jedoch das Frühstücksbuffet. Dieses wirkt im Vergleich zum restlichen hohen Standard des Hotels eher einfach und wenig abwechslungsreich. Zudem ist mir aufgefallen, dass insbesondere wenn man später zum Frühstück kommt, Wurst und Käse teilweise ungekühlt ausliegen. Die Salami hatte bereits eine veränderte Farbe, was nicht sehr appetitlich wirkt. Hier sollte unbedingt über ein geeignetes Kühlsystem nachgedacht werden, um die Qualität und Frische der Lebensmittel sicherzustellen. Außerdem ist mir aufgefallen, dass sich direkt vor dem Haupteingang einige Löcher im Boden befinden, die leicht zu übersehen sind. Gerade am Abend, wenn es dort relativ dunkel ist, besteht die Gefahr, dass man stolpert oder sich verletzt. Hier sollte dringend nachgebessert werden. Abgesehen davon war mein Aufenthalt wirklich sehr schön und ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen

- hamill (10/5): Beautiful view, the mini suite was gorgeous, I stayed out of season and it was perfect… loved the location. - The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful .. the view was absolutely stunning.. room was also beautiful and had everything I needed, I would definitely go back. Don’t think I’ve ever met more helpful girls on a reception desk.

Close to many restaurants, easy to go to konyaalti, old town or lara by bus. Very good hammam and massage at the spa (but keep in mind it’s extra cost) Matress is very good. I slept like a baby Unfortunately the beach was not open in april and neither was the infinity pool. Spa entrance is not included in the price and it’s a bit expensive, but the service was amazing. The staff always cleans and does a great job, but the interior is not very well mentained. It seems old and a broken up in some places. The tv in my room was not smart tv.
- Marta (3/5): Hotel que un dia fue bueno - el desayuno era bueno y abundante, aunque no habia nada especial el spa era tétrico y de pago (muy caro), el gimnasio era peor. El lavabo de la habitación olía a cloaca y la television era solo local aunque decia que habia antena.

Huoneessa oli tunkkainen, ilmeisesti homeen haju (ei lähtenyt tuulettamalla eikä ilmastointia ollut). Parvekkeen ovea ei saanut lukkoon. Oli ikävää nukkua huoneessa yksin matkustavana naisena, kun parvekkeen ovea ei saanut lukittua. WiFin piti toimia koko hotellin alueella, mikä oli yksi merkittävistä tekijöistä miksi hotellin valitsin (matkustan EU:n alueelta). WiFi ei todellakaan yltänyt huoneeseeni asti ja jouduin erikseen ostamaan datapaketin. Edellä mainituista asioista oli hankalaa keskustella työntekijän kanssa, joka ei puhunut englantia hyvin.

- Iris Schaerf (7/5): Das Zimmer war sehr schön, der Spa und das nicht vorhandene sonnendeck sehr enttäuschend - Das Frühstück war gut, leider kleine Mücken... Abdecken wäre gut gewesen Das Spa ist wirklich nicht einladend. Die Preise sind zu hoch. Feuchte Handtücher und eine vergammelte Garderobe.
- Najwa (5/5): In need of an update… - The staff were nice and the spa service was good. Well this place really disappointed. The interior is so dated, no mod cons, the breakfast was not nice (the meats seemed dried out, nothing really tasted nice) nothing warm apart from eggs, we went once and never again, the spa was nice in terms of the staff and service but again needs an updated look. It definitely is not a 4 star.

- Lydia (9/5): Wonderfully relaxing week. - Location was excellent! And hotel wasn’t noisy in the evening. Absolutely stunning scenery and view from the restaurant, pool and beach. Pool and beach facilities were great. Lots of sun loungers available and a bar/restaurant for food and drinks.
- Ekaterina (9/5): Overall it was an amazing experience - I loved the hotel itself, the views were incredible, especially from the restaurant. Breakfast was really various. The beach was one of the most beautiful beaches I ever been to. Great service, cleanest water, and really nice dj. Horrible WiFi at night. Apparently they put it down and it’s hard to have even a WhatsApp call. Reception wasn’t helpful in resolving this either. Also, room service is really bad too. Once I asked an iron and 2 bottles of water and I had to wait for it more than 2 hours even tho I I called 3 times saying that I need it asap.

- Naoual (3/5): Bof - La vue et le petit déjeuner La propreté de la chambre très sale ainsi que la salle de bain dégueulasse. Le ménage n’a jamais été fait et le changement de serviette également. L’accès au beach club ne nous a pas été informé donc ne nous avons pas pus profiter. A part la vue et le petit déjeuner il n’y avais rien le ménage et a revoir surtout les draps et la salle de bain !

Food is great at the restaurant, breakfast a little bit limited of hot food(egg station only have 1 type egg. They change it different type every day but normally hotels have scrambled egg, boiled eggs, fried eggs to choose from. ) so many types of cheeses which is unnecessary. Overall a good experience More egg options, have drink dispensers rather bar service to order, coffee should be free even cappuccino as it comes from a machine not a barista one. Other hotels the guest can use the coffee machine free .

- GRECIA AGUIRRE (5/5): Excelente personal, pésimas intalaciones, muy antiguas y su acceso a la playa estaba cerrado - El personal fue muy amable y servicial, el desayuno fue increíble y los cocineros siempre estuvieron muy atentos. excelente atención del personal el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, cuando pregunté me dijeron que tenían la misma temperaturas para todos, los telefonos para llamar a recepción estaban rotos, el moviliario antiguo.

- Viacheslav (7/5): Отель красивый на фотографиях, но по большей части это бутафория. - Не плохие завтраки. Хороший вид из окна, если номер с видом на море. Приветливый персонал. Интернет(Wi-Fi )не работал вообще. Очень маленькие номера. Подушки похожи на скомканные тряпки, на матрасе спать невозможно просто выпирают пружины. Такие матрасы уже давно выкинуть нужно)

- Dee (7/5): I wouldn't personally return but good value for money - Nice bed and room, a little dated decor. Staff friendly and doing their best, you can tell. The beach area was great and certainly the highlight of this hotel! The decor is dated and chavvy, needs updating. Pool area impossible to enjoy and very small for the amount of people staying. Breakfast is fine. Cleanliness is okay could be improved. Room felt claustrophobic with no view and just one small window. I wouldn't personally return.
- Aleksandra (8/5): I go for sun, beautiful sea and lots of foods around - At first I thought the hotel would be too far from the centre, but it was actually perfect. It was calm at the beach club, they give you towels (but food and drinks are very expensive), breakfast was great with a wonderful view, everything was working, staff super nice. They clean your room every day and bring extra water. When you go up to the main road you can find Ana endless amount of cafes, restaurants and they’re all tasty! A shopping Center is quite close and getting to the center and /or airport is 30 mins. The room was tiny so we couldn’t place 2 open suitcases on the floor. And there was some sort of dirt on the floor like they repaired the room before we came. We requested to clean and they did it fast. To my liking it was not the cleanest environment but it was okay, didn’t bother us too much as we only go there to shower and sleep. The beach club had great beds but the entrance to the sea is a bit challenging as the staircase doesn’t go into the water. But it seemed like the beach club was looking into renovating the whole place.

Das freundliche Personal empfängt mich stets herzlich, und ich genieße jedes Mal die hervorragenden Dienstleistungen sowie die atemberaubende Aussicht. Wie es scheint, stammen auch die letzten beiden Bewertungen von mir, ein Zeichen dafür, dass ich dieses Hotel regelmäßig und mit großer Überzeugung aufsuche. Ein besonderes Lob möchte ich an Ilyas von der Rezeption und das Frühstücksteam inklusive Küchenchef richten: Ihr macht einen fantastischen Job!
