Camila (5/5): Wouldn’t come back - The bed, the mirror and the room were very well decorated and super nice. The bed was really comfortable and the room was also really good. Air conditioner and heater were superb. The bathroom was also well decorated and spacious. Plus the service in the hotel was amazing! The personal were very nice and friendly, really liked them. My rate for this hotel is small mainly because of the bathroom: I booked this hotel because in the photos it showed that there was a glass in the bathroom that I could view from the room. But when I arrived the curtains from this glass was down and when I asked we couldn’t open this curtain anymore because it’s the new policy from the hotel. So there is NO VIEW to the BATHROOM. Also the shower was horrible to use, we didn’t understand which is the hot or cold and when we did find out it sometimes it would get super hot or super cold out of nowhere. Also, our reading lights and lampshade weren’t working so we had no lights, only the main one. Plus we asked them to clean our room (before 11am since it is their policy) and they didn’t. Finally, the location of the hotel it amazing but it can only be arrived by bus or you can walk 15 minutes from the Charlottenburg train station.
Dieter (8/5): Ein schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit einem gewissen Charme. - Die Größe und Ausstattung der Zimmer hat uns gefallen sowie das reichhaltige Frühstück. Die Parkplätze hinter dem Haus sind sehr knapp bemessen. Das Fenster zwischen dem Bad und dem Schlafraum ist zwar mit einer Jalousie ausgestattet, doch in der Nacht scheint bei Benutzung des Bades noch Licht hindurch und wirkt störend, wenn man zu zweit reist.

Da die Zimmertemperaturen in der ersten Nacht sehr hoch waren, (25 Grad )und die Klimaanlage keine Linderung brachte, stelle man fest, daß die Klimaanlage defekt war und ich bekam für die zweite Nacht ein Upgrate und ein kühleres Zimmer.

Katrin (8/5): alles ok - Die Einrichtung unseres Zimmers war mal eine echte Abwechslung mit den Bildern an den Wänden und der Bleiverglasung im Badezimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war schlicht aber ausreichend, der Empfang nett und freundlich. Und auch die Betreuung vor der Abreise war sehr gut. Der Flur im Erdgeschoss war sehr dunkel. Das große Fenster im Zimmer ging nicht zu kippen.

The staff was exceptional — very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean, and beautifully designed, while the overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and welcoming. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the comfort to the professionalism of the team. I warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin who is looking for an elegant, comfortable place with wonderful people. I will definitely come back!
Oliver (8/5): Sehr schön, nicht ganz perfekt 👌 - Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Ambiente ist sehr gut, das Frühstück war toll, die Lage ist hervorragend, das Zimmer war groß und stylisch ausgestattet. Einige technische Dinge haben nicht funktioniert, nichts schlimmes: die Dusche ist nicht abgelaufen, der TV hatte keine Programme, verschiedene Lampen waren defekt, nichts schlimmes, aber in der Summe etwas viel.

missy (5/5): - Die Betten waren ok und der erste Eindruck vorher ganz hübsch. Die Größe der Zimmer war absolut ok. Der Kontakt vorher per Mail war toll. Das Personal war unfreundlich. Es gibt erhebliche Datenschutz= Mängel beim Check-In: man trägt seine Daten in ein Pad ein und alle vorher eingegebenen Daten (E-Mail- Adressen und Ausweisnummern von vorherigen Gästen werden als Auswahl angezeigt...) In den Zimmern funktionierte die Hälfte der elektrischen Geräte nicht: Lampen, Gardinen, Jalousien etc. und es war überall nicht wirklich sauber und roch, als wurde oft geraucht. Alles in allem ein in die Jahre gekommenen Hotel mit speziellem (negativem) Flair.

Chris Yeboah (1/5): - The location & Ibrahim from reception was very helpful I would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on my experience. My stay started off badly from the beginning because I was given a room in the basement, where I had almost no phone service at all, and the WiFi was also not working properly. That alone made the stay really inconvenient. On top of that, the curtain in my room got stuck and could not be fully closed at night, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably and feel any privacy. I was told that someone from maintenance would come the next day to fix it, but nobody ever came. I started complaining about these issues on Friday, but despite raising them multiple times, I was not moved to a new room until Monday. That meant I had to spend several days in a room that was clearly not suitable. Unfortunately, even after being moved, the problems did not stop. From Monday until I checked out on Friday, nobody came to clean the new room at all, even though I put the “please make up room” sign on the door. That is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay of several nights. To make matters worse, my duvet cover came off by accident during the stay, and I was shocked to see how dirty the duvet itself was underneath. That was honestly disgusting and made me question the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. There was also a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom that smelled like a gutter or drain, which made the room even more uncomfortable. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the poor room quality, lack of maintenance, failure to respond properly to complaints, lack of housekeeping, hygiene concerns, and the bad smell in the bathroom, this stay was far below acceptable standards. I would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

Mein Sohn hatte das Zimmer im Kellergeschoss , was ich für den Preis nicht ok fand . Habe versucht im oberen Bereich ein Zimmer zu bekommen . Mit Aufpreis , da Economy Zimmer im Kellergeschoss liegen . Das Zimmer war leider nicht zum Wohlfühlen! Schade .

Anja (6/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu günstigem Preis OK - Angenehme Größe der Zimmer. Kaffe- Kapsel Maschine und Tresor sind vorhanden. Zimmer zum Hinterhof sehr ruhig. Gute Öffentliche Anbindung. Ca 30 min mit der UBahn zur Stadtmitte. Sehr Freundliches Personal. In die Jahre gekommenen Ausstattung. Sehr dreckige Fenster. Vorhänge länger nicht gewaschen. Leicht Defekte Armaturen im Bad. Parkplätze nur mit Glück zu bekommen. Keine Reservierung möglich.

Diac (10/5): Perfect - Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Everything was exactly as we wanted, if not better. The room was very clean, spacious and well maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable — perfect for resting after a long day.The staff was very friendly and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness and quality service!

Rüdiger (4/5): - Hotellage war gut . Die Zimmer wirkten im ersten Moment ebenfalls gut. Gardinen im Zimmer dreckig und zerrissen. Klimaanlage nicht regulierbar. Das Bad oberflächlich sauber, jedoch beim genauen Hinsehen recht schmutzig und unhygienisch.
