- Lily (2/5): Do not use this hotel. - Horrific experience, non functioning hotel lacking basic hospitality needs, non working AC in middle of summer with heat wave, hazardous exposed wires in bathroom with no shower curtain, noisy, dirty, poor bedding when ask for towels and pillows, it’s not available, doors don’t lock, need to use wooden block, this hotel is unsafe to be operating.

- Jennifer (2/5): - The bathrooms are dirty. On the day of check in, we found fruit fly or bugs on the bathtub. There is no cleaning during the visit. Cleaning are extra. The receptionist at the front desk is basically useless.

- James (2/5): - The staff didn’t really do much to make you feel welcome. The rooms were quite dirty and don’t even get me started with the toilet. The toilet wouldn’t flush on your first try. The window decoration and view were pretty ugly.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Foul smelling hotel - Cleanliness is 0/100. Our room smelled urine the whole stay. Absolutely horrendous experience at this hotel. The room was disgustingly dirty, with stains on the sheets and floors. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine, making it nearly impossible to use. The overall hygiene standards were shockingly low, and it felt like no effort was made to clean or maintain the rooms.

- Midori (4/5): - 掃除はしてありましたが、いろいろ不満に思うところがありました。 お風呂のタイルに所々黒カビがありました。 カビキラーとかですぐに消えるような感じなのでもう少しちゃんと掃除してほしいです。 コンセントのカバーが外れていて使うのが怖かったです。 ベットはバネ感がすごくて硬いです。 お風呂のコンディショナーはツバキのボトルなのに、中身はなんだかよくわからないコンディショナーが入ってました。

- anna (6/5): - Property is ok condition, however, room is a bit run down. The beds were hard from the springs underneath, and restroom more like public restroom stall. The staff were accommodating and tried to make the bed more comfortable, but did not help much. All staff were nice, attending to all our needs, especially a young gentleman by the name of Jun (might have gotten his name wrong but he spoke English well). Overall, this hotel is priced for its value.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 1歳〜11歳までの子どもが4人いたので、和室のお部屋に泊まりました。 チェックインをするとすでに部屋いっぱいに布団が敷いてあり、お家にいるような感覚でのんびり過ごせました。 ただ、バス・トイレと部屋の仕切りに引き戸があるのですが、なかなか開閉しづらく苦労しました。 スタッフさんは親切な方々で印象はとても良かったです。 道頓堀には5分程で行けますし目の前にはコンビニもあり立地は良かったと思います。 あと、駐車場がホテルにはなかったので隣のコインパーキングに最初止めていたのですが、一度出て戻ってくると近隣の駐車場はどこも満車になっていて探すのに苦労しました。

- Wai tak (6/5): Not recommend - - many stain marks in the bathroom. - room was very smelly. I believe hotel knew about it caused quite a few air freshers in the toilet. However, those refresher can’t remove strong smell. Need to ask hotel to provide an additional air refresher spray. - stayed on the 4 floor, but quite noisy. - location is okay but not a nice neighborhood. - check in was not smooth as the receptionist kept talking on the phone. Have to wait at the front desk long caused there was only one person at the desk.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 素泊まりだったし電話で問い合わせしたときも片言の日本語だったしであまり期待せずだったんですがとても部屋も綺麗でとても満足感があるお部屋でした。和室二部屋で大人9人子ども５人で予約して電話でも伝えたのに布団が２組引かれてて残りは押入れに入ってたのでそれを自分たちで引きました、浴衣バスタオルハミガキも２セットしかなくなぜ？という疑問。すぐフロントに連絡して必要分もらいました。対応も早かったので良かったです。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 전체적으로 좋았습니다 - 도톤보리 가까워요 5분내외로 길만 몇개 건너면 되요 청소는 복불복 같아요 저희방은 깨끗했는데 부모님방은 침대 이불들추니 과자부스러기 같은게 나왔다고했어요 가족여행이면 부모님은 1층으로 하세요 온돌있었어요 다른층은 없어서 에어컨 히터 겸용되는거 틀었어요 흡연실은 짝수층마다 다 있었습니다 로손 편의점 엄청가까워요 거기마저 가기 귀찮으시면 음료도 로비입구에 100엔 자판기있어요 내부에 있는거보다 몇발짝 더 가서 뽑아드세요 키는 카드키였습니다 바로 옆에 철판있는 오코노미야끼 집에갔는데 다른 철판요리들도 있었어요 나쁘지않았어요 일본음식이 전체적으로 짠건 어쩔수없지만요 ㅜㅜ 전체적으로 맘에 들었어요 체크인 시간보다 훨씬 일찍 갔는데 부모님 연세가 있으셔서 그런지 몰라도 짐은 맡아주신다기에 준비하려는데 막 청소끝났다고 하시면서 입실하게해주셨어요 ㅎㅎ 아 샤워기 수압 엄청세요 좋았습니다

- OK KYOUNG (4/5): - 일단 도톤플라자 근처라서 유투어버스나 쿠루쿠루 버스 이용하기도 좋고 도톤보리 라서 쇼핑과 먹방하기도 아주 좋았습니다 하지만 1층방이었는데 반지하 방처럼 하루종일 빛이 안들어오고 방음이 안되어 소란 스럽고 침대가 너무 딱딱하여 자고 있어나면 평상 위에 잠을 잔 느낌이었습니다 청소도 꼭 문고리에 청소요청을 걸어놔야 청소해주고...하여튼 가격이 싸니 그런가보다 하고 위치가 좋아 그럭저럭 머물다 왔네요
- angela (10/5): 교통이 아주 편한 호텔이에요~! - 처음으로 익스피디아를 이용하여 호텔을 이용해보았습니다. 무엇보다 오사카의 중심이라할 수 있는 톰보리 강 주변에 위치하고 있으며, 도톤보리, 구로몬 시장, 돈키호테, 도톤 프라자 등 쇼핑할 수 있는 핫한 곳들로 도보 이동이 가능하다는 극 장점을 가지고 있습니다. 또한 체크인할때 한국인 호텔리어가 있어 언어에 부담없이 소통이 가능했다는 장점이 있습니다. 다만 처음 주신 방이 1층이었는데.. 요긴 좀 아니다 싶어 방 이동을 요청했더니.. 근사한 4층 방을 주시더라구요.. 처음부터 비어있던 4층 방을 주었다면 만족도가 더 컸을것 같네요. 혹 1층 방을 받으시는 경우 이동을 요청해 보세요~
