Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und informativ. Alles in allem ist MIM Andorra ein sehr gutes Hotel . Keine Beanstandungen
- Carllos (10/5): SENSACIONAL - Sin duda volveremos al hotel, de la alegría personal, la habitación que hace esquina con toda la calle peatonal sin gota de ruido. Llegamos tarde para comer y nos hicieron un room service que pudimos pedir cuando entrábamos en la frontera. La cena, de andar y andar, probamos la del hotel y muy bueno y bien precio. La sábanas eran tan agradables que tuvimos que mirar la marca para poder ver donde las podíamos comprar para nuestra casa. El baño impresionante con todos los detalles que quieras. Sin duda volveremos antes que pronto. Al aparcamiento un pelo incómodo pero nada para tirarse hacia atrás. A parte que te ofrecen aparcar el coche.

- Juan FRR (9/5): Excelente hotel - La habitación cómoda y con todo lo necesario. Desayuno de 10, no faltaba detalle y la atención del personal excelente, tanto del restaurante como en recepción. Nada, todo estaba perfecto. Por poner algo, la iluminación de la habitación es un poco liosa ya que está centralizada , pero nada que suponga ningún problema.

But because Messi is connected to the hotel. The restaurant is full of people taking pictures of their food. This is t a problem, just a funny thing about staying in the hotel.

- carmen (6/5): Todo bien pero muy mal recibimiento y gestion por parte de la recepcion - la ubicacion , la habitacion y la comodidad de la cama E recibimiento Previamente por whatsappel el hotel nos habia preguntado a que hora llegamos y habiamos informado que a las 12h Llegamos sobre esta hora y el recepcionista que estaba muy agobiado solo decia que estaba solo y que las habitaciones no estarian hasta las tres , que si queriamos volvieramos antes para preguntar Nos queriamos cambiar de ropa ,pero la unica opción era el lavabo del restaurante en el primer piso , fuimos alli y a parte que no es un sitio habilitado para cambiarte no habia papel wc en el water Volvimos sobre las 14h , estuvimos como 10 minutos esperando en recepción que no habia nadie y cuando aparecio el recepcionista volvio a decir que estaba solo y que hasta las 15 h nada , le dijimos podemos hacer el checkin y asi ya solo sera recger la llave pero nos dijo que no podia perder tiempo Volvimos a las 17h y ya una chica nos hizo el checkin y pudimos entrar en la habitacion y ya a partir de aqui todo bien puedo entender que la hora de entrada es a las 15h pero que te informen en el whatsapp y entonces ya sabes a que atenerte , lo que no entiendo es que te creen unas expectatibas y luego no se cumplan y tampoco veo correcto el estres que transmitia el recepcionista y lo poco empatico que fue , solo le preocupaba su situación , no le preocupaba en absoluto el cliente

The staff was friendly, the room was clearn and beautiful. The bed was supper confortable. Great hotel overall all, would stay here again! There are limited taxis in the area, the staff did their best to secure a taxi for us and this was not their fault just important to know if you will not have your own car during the visit.

La carga del coche eléctrico se realizó sin ningún problema. Que el aire acondicionado cambiaba de configuración cada vez que salíamos.
