Please note that all guests must have a valid photo ID at check in.
AGE RESTICTIONS
Guests are requested to inform the property when children are coming along. Guests under the age of 18 can only stay in private room and must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Guests aged 16 or 17 may also stay in a private room without being in the company of an adult, provided they can present a filled in consent form by their caretakers upon arrival at the hostel. Please send the hostel an email for the consent form.
ROOMS
Please note when booking a Double/Twin Room, it is possible that you will be staying in a 4 to 6 bed dorm. The remaining (bunk) beds will not be available for other guests.
AMENITIES
Please note that the beds are not made, except for Comfort Double Rooms, but bed linen will be provided and guests are required to make their own bed upon arrival.
Towels are only included in Comfort Double Rooms and Family Rooms. Guests can bring their own towels or rent them at a surcharge of EUR 3.50 per towel.
GROUP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night are considered a group reservation and different conditions apply. Contact the hostel for more information. Stayokay reserves the right to cancel reservations (1 or more reservations under the same name) for 21 people or more per night.
MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
The maximum length of stay is 7 nights. This also applies to multiple reservations totaling more than 7 nights.

- nazlı (8/5): keyifli - Personel, otelin işleyiş şekli, temizlik konularında çok memnun kaldık. Cafe ve fiyatlar çok makuldü. Lokasyon olarak iyiydi. Merkeze giden ulaşım araçlarına yürüyerek 4 dakikada varabildik. 6 arkadaş 1 odayı (aile odası) paylaştık ancak oda alanı çok küçüktü. Bavullarımızı yerlere açınca bize yürümek için alan kalmadı.
- Valentina (8/5): Ci tornerei! - Comodissimo alla fermata del tram per il centro, nel giro di 15 minuti si raggiungono tutte le principali zone di amsterdam. Il personale è molto gentile e cordiale sempre pronto a soddisfare le richieste. Gli spazi comuni sono molto belli e funzionali, disponibile h24 un distributore dell'acqua per il refill delle bottiglie. I letti dalle immagini sembravano più nuovi e tenuti un po' meglio ma tutto sommato erano comodi, personalmente unica pecca i cuscini morbidissimi e di conseguenza bassi ma va a gusto personale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la luce della stanza che hanno provato a sistemare risolvendo solo a metà, le luci del bagno e della doccia (divisi) restavano perennemente accese.

- Elodie (10/5): Nous avons passé 4 nuits en famille dans ce logement, nous avons pu sillonner aux 4 coins de la ville. - Un personnel vraiment adorable et de bon conseil! Un lieu commun lumineux, spacieux et bien décoré. À l’extérieur du centre ville mais bien desservi par le tram et les bus. Assez cher pour un dortoir mais cela concerne tous les logements à Amsterdam malheureusement (ce sont les locaux qui en pâtissent le plus) Je recommande sans réserve.

I've stayed here a few times and it was always a good experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the clientelle is good. It's a big building, with great space, inside and outside and the atmosphere is relaxing and quite. The bar is also very good.

Had some random guy strip naked in my room as soon as I turned my back. Then the light stayed on for about 2 hours until 12am. Plays in the weekend pricing trap. I was supposed to have €32 room, but the website was not loading, so I went to book in person. With 10.50 breakfast, 2 nights, I got…€136!

- Vilaseca Peri (9/5): - Muy bueno, en el hall de entrada habian diferentes actividades, mesa de pool, ping pong, etc. Incluso habia una cafetería. Habia lockers con diferentes tamaños, lo que nos facilito para dejar nuestras pertenencias ya que llegamos temprano y teniamos el check in mas tarde. Las habitaciones estaban super limpias, ordenadas, al igual que el resto de las instalaciones. La habitacion tenia poca iluminacion, si bien cada litera tenia su lampara individual, faltaba un poco mas de luz, el baño tampoco tenia estractor, si bien el duchero si lo tenia, este hacia mucho ruido y molestaba a la hora de dormir, ya que no se apagaba.
- Olha (9/5): - Hostel has comfortable beds and pillows, the room is spacious, the stuff is friendly, it's super huge, I've heard from other guests that sometimes is common that they host a lot of kids, for that time it wasn't a problem so it wasn't noisy at all. The cherry on the cake is breakfast, absolutely amazing! 5 stars! Hostel can be reached by the tram from city center. The washing sink was in the room it was a bit weird but ok on the end.

La chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas correctement et la lumière des wc et de la douche ne s’éteignait pas la nuit (et pas d’interrupteur)

- Klara (8/5): Bra - Det var väldigt fräscht, städat och rymligt. Personalen var också mycket trevliga. Egen dusch och badrum på rummet va jättebra. Det låg lite utanför men var väldigt lugnt och trevligt område med nära till mataffär Det var ganska dyrt, lite överpriset. Man fick betala extra för det mest så som handduk, och luggage storage.

L’hotel si trova in una zona molto tranquilla appena fuori dal centro di Amsterdam ma è tutto facilmente raggiungibile in tram o treno. La colazione buona anche se non con una grande varietà di scelta, comunque comoda per avere un appoggio. Staff molto cordiale.
