This i would 100% recommend, great staff, especially the porters, rooms and pool all ideal, would definitely go back. Thank you again for making our time with Silverland a real highlight. Le personnel a été absolument incroyable : chaleureux, respectueux, attentionné et toujours aux petits soins du début à la fin. Une mention toute particulière pour leur magnifique attention à l’occasion de notre anniversaire de mariage : bouquet de fleurs, bouteille de vin… un geste qui nous a vraiment touchés. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une suite exécutive absolument magnifique. Franchement, tout était parfait. Nous avons adoré chaque moment passé ici et nous repartirons avec de très beaux souvenirs. Salle de sport ridicule, pas de matériel juste un tapis de course et quelques haltères, pas de climatisation

• Marianne (10/5): Invigorating stay in central Ho Chi Minh City - Spacious, comfortable, and very clean room. The windows were truly sound-proof, therefore we could sleep soundly. Our room had an amazing view of the Saigon River. The bathroom was excellent - big, modern, and well ventilated. It had a japanese toilet. The staff was simply fantastic. The rooftop had a very nice view of the city. The breakfast wasn't excellent, so we skipped it most days and opted to have breakfast outside.

• William (10/5): Great Welcome to Saigon - We had a great stay at the Silverland Jolie Hotel in Saigon. We arrived at 6:30 am after a 16 hour flight from SFO and although our room was not ready at this early hour, the staff kindly welcomed us, brought us coffee and refreshments, and offered the use of the spa to shower and change clothes. We were told our room would be ready at 2 pm so we went out exploring District 1, but received a text from the hotel around noon that the room was ready early. All of the main tourist sights in Saigon are within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and spacious with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was great. We really enjoyed their buffet breakfast that included both western and Vietnamese selections. The rooftop pool, though a bit smaller than appeared in pictures, was fine, but the larger of the two pools was the hot tub, and what would normally be the hot tub was the cool one - you could probably call it cold as in a plunge. Overall fine, just a bit unexpected. The rooftop bar was convenient and reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Silverland Jolie Hotel.

The view was amazing, the room was exceptional, the staff were so friendly, and relaxing in the rooftop jacuzzi was the cherry on top. Thank you so much for making it a memorable time. We'll be back!

The bed is not comfortable at all and air conditioner is so noise and i couldn’t sleep at all. Also the walls are tinny and you hearing all the neighbours. For this value of money is much better to reserve one of the huge brands, at least the basic condition are good there. The breakfast is poor, not so many opptions

The breakfast and afternoon tea were both delicious and exceeded our expectations. What impressed us the most was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On the day we left, our booked car did not arrive, and the hotel staff kindly helped us contact the rental company and coordinated everything for us. We really appreciated their support and professionalism. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
• SHOKO (8/5): 3泊のコスパ最強！ - 総じて文句の付け所が無い。レビューに「ホテルに入るまでの階段がしんどい」とあったが、脚の悪い人には少しきついかも。荷物はそもそもドアマンが持って上がってくれる（下がるも同じ）なので、20kgのスーツケースがあったが個人的には問題なし。通用口系だけど、おそらくエレベーターあるので、もし階段が難しい場合は事前に相談したら応えてくれそう。 朝食：とてもおいしい。マンゴーやパインなどのフルーツ、新鮮な野菜、ハム数種、おかゆやもち米、ベトナム風焼きそば、チキンやポークなどのタンパク質、その他たくさんのおかずから選べます。好きなだけビュッフェでとったのち、席に着くと、メニューをもらえ、フォーやアメリカンブレックファーストや卵料理が選べます。特筆すべきは、ここの混ぜ麺！毎日食べました。美味しい。コーヒーはアメリカンも置いてあるけど、1杯づつエスプレッソなどもマシンで作ってくれるので、ラテやエスプレッソ好きはそちらがいいと思います。 アフタヌンティ：1回しか利用しなかったけど、甘いものから軽食までラインナップ充実！お茶やコーヒーもおいしい！ 部屋：エアコン良く稼働する。シャワーハンドフリーシャワー（天井付近から出る）、ハンドシャワー、湯舟用とあり、温度も水力も問題なし。ベッドも気持ちよく清潔で、枕もたくさんあってぐっすり眠れた。部屋の掃除を断った日があったが、タオルは毎日交換してくれる。 スタッフ：アオザイを着用した女性スタッフはキュートで礼儀正しく、男性のホテルマンもとても丁寧でスマイリーで文句なし。 プールは入る予定でしたが、結局、観光が多すぎて入りませんでした。が、屋上まで一応、見にいきました。 小さいこじんまりしたプールで、大人が「浸かる」ことはできても、泳ぐことは無理です。ですが、汗だくの体をジャブン！するにはいいのでは、と思います。

• Rachel (8/5): Great base for everything touristy plus very pleasant rooms and a good breakfast. - The location is amazing, it's very central and it's possible to walk to many of the main tourist attractions within 15-20 minutes, or you can easily get a Grab from the front door. We loved how attentive and friendly the staff were and the afternoon tea was a real bonus, especially with tired and hungry children in tow. The roof top bar has a great view and has a really nice friendly atmosphere and great drinks. We had a rather large leak in the bathroom and we were upgraded to a beautiful room with absolutely no fuss. The "pool" is really very small, more of a large hot-tub, and although it's great for lounging around in, it definitely should not be considered as a good place for a cooling swim after a hot day out and about.

• Ralph (10/5): - The staff in this hotel are beyond anything i have experienced before. Right fron the very first minute we turned up on 29th May in the afternoon. We were tired from an overnight flight and before we even walked up the steps, the porter ran down to help us up with our luggage. This attitude continued throughout with nothing ever being too much trouble. Harvey, the barman at the rooftop bar was also exceptional, so welcoming and so happy to chat. The room was good, beds very comfortable. I do not like too much heat when sleeping so on one night I took the, (light), duvet out of the duvet cover and just slept under that. The housekeeping staff must have recognised that and just neatly folded the cover each morning to respect my preference, 10/10 to them too. Not much to say here. If I was being really picky, maybe the towels could have been larger but the fact this is the only thing I can think of tells you all you need to know.

• Anke (9/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf den Fluss - Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 8. OG mit Blick zum Fluss, das war wirklich etwas besonderes. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal an das Hotel, dass Sie unseren Wunsch nach Flussblick umgesetzt haben. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich sehr freundlich und haben jeden Wunsch umgesetzt. Beim Frühstück haben wir uns gefreut, dass es dunkles Baguette und mehrere Sorten Hartkäse gab. Toll fanden wir es auch, dass wir an unserem Abfahrttag noch am Afternoon Tea teilnehmen durften und uns nachmittags auf der Rooftop-Etage aufhalten durften. Der Blick tagsüber und abends von der Dachterasse sind wirklich etwas besonderes. Insgesamt ist das Mobiliar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zum Pool muss man sagen: Er ist wirklich winzig! Die Fotos sind sehr geschickt aufgenommen. Was wir aber besonders schade fanden, dass das Wasser im eckigen Becken heiß ist, eindeutig über Körpertemperatur. Da im April über 35 Grad Lufttemperatur war, hätten wir uns gerne im Pool abgekühlt, das war leider nicht möglich und wurde auch nirgendwo in der Hotelbeschreibung erwähnt. Hätten wir es vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns für ein anderes Hotel entschieden. Im Winter mag es angenehm sein. Das runde Minibecken hat kaltes Wasser, dort passen aber maximal sitzend nur 2 Personen hinein.

It was super clean though, and we had a jacuzzi bath, which was a nice extra. The toilet was also a fabulous electronic one, which was a novelty for us, as we hadn't seen those before. The rooftop pool is tiny. We knew from the pictures that it wasn't going to be huge, but were a little surprised at how small it was, however it was all very pretty, and the poolside bar staff were so lovely and made the best cocktails

Would stay again - Great central location, easy to walk around District One with all the key sites. 10-15mins by taxi to China Town and 30 mins by taxi from the Airport. Very clean, breakfast and the afternoon tea were lovely with wide food choice of hot, cold and Asian. Key highlight was the rooftop bar/terrace and the plunge pools both with jets, one warmish the other cooler which was amazing when the weather was in the high 30’s during our stay in early April. Special mention for the Bar man Harvey, welcoming smile, funny and great service throughout our time in the rooftop. Rooms are small, had the Superior Deluxe. The bathroom was spacious though with a toilet that did everything!

We also had a problem with our room at the beginning of our stay which the staff dealt with immediately and with great care. Lovely experience all around 😊 Make sure you book a room with a window as one of them looks like it has a window in the picture but the description mentions it's a window that faces onto the hallway, not somewhere we wanted to stay but the room itself was lovely regardless.

Staff meraviglioso mi hanno addirittura spedito una trousse che avevo dimenticato in un'altra città. Ottimo il phon in dotazione e il wc stile giappo Sala colazione temperatura polare. La camera è più piccolina rispetto a quello che sembra dalle foto. Purtroppo fare la doccia dentro una vasca da bagno angolare è estremamente scomodo.

• Martina (10/5): Tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage mit erstklassigem Service - Sehr gepflegtes Hotel im Boutique Stil, komfortable Zimmer und ein tolles Bad mit japanischer Toilette. Sensationelles Frühstücksbuffet. Besonders gut gefallen hat und auch der reichhaltige Nachmittagstee, der eher ein kleines Buffet war. Erstklassiger Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage in District 1 am Fluss ist toll.

• Charlotte (9/5): Location staff and meals - Location is great. Close walking distance to a lot of sites otherwise taking a Grab is easy. The staff are the best!!! The breakfast was delicious and the afternoon tea provided a great atmosphere to unwind. The rooftop bar was also great. I would highly recommend staying here when in HCM Nothing
