- Berglind (8/5): Góð upplifun, mun mæla með fyrir vini. - Frábær í alla staði, rúmgott og hreint. Leiðinlegt að rennibrautirnar voru lokaðar en skiljanlegt vegna viðhalds. Svo fannst mér stigagangurinn ekki huggulegur, bílakjallaralúkk og hrátt umhverfi. Við vorum á annari hæð og erum hraust og notuðum stigann alltaf og hefði verið notalegra væri hann ekki eins og hrár og skítugur.
- Rachelle (7/5): - The amenities were great. However we found a cockroach in one of the bedrooms. We were moved to another room immediately. The bedding had stains on them and we had to use Clorox wipes to clean all surfaces in the room, kitchen, and bathrooms. The rooms weren't completely wiped down. The chairs looked like it needed a good shampoo cleaning. I laid a towel on everything that I sat on. The rooms weren't updated or renovated. The price of the rooms were decent. If you are use to a more luxury style resort the accommodations will not suit your standards. We made it work and enjoyed the amenities and water park. We didnt eat at the resort. We drove to surrounding restaurants and the downtown Orlando outlet mall.
- Queshaun (10/5): We will definitely choose this resort again. - The property was clean. Water park amazing. We went to the water park everyday. the condo was nice and up to date. The bedroom’s were very spacious. Screened in back porch. We really enjoyed our stay. It was more than enough parking.

Good value for the money Good location will eat offsite foo - The location was great to go to the Disney World complex. On our way there from Wisconsin, we were told that half of the pools were closed. It was just bad timing for us. Curtain in one of the bedrooms didn’t work to go out to the patio. A chair was bad. We had maintenance picked that up and got it back four days later after we called. Had Cleaning come in one day didn’t even wanna do the second bedroom and never even wiped the floors or swept them. Did no vacuuming whatsoever didn’t wipe down the shower or the tub. there was six of us. We had five big plates and very very few cooking supplies.

- Auguste (8/5): It was great! - The rooms were clean and met our expectations. We were able to cook, we used the laundry, and everything else was good. The kids loved the water park. The only thing that did not work in our rooms was the phone.

Las Fotos del apartamento, se podía ver una cafetera normal, era una keurin de copitas y no te colocan nada para por lo menos resolver. Todo tenía q comprarse en el Market.

- Barclay (2/5): Left a day early - The view To far from everything, hair left in the shower, had to pay to park on property, no free breakfast, no ac in the hallways, raccoons at the pool, waterparks sides were down, scaffolding over lazy river with paint falling on you when you go underneath, if you need more towels you have to pay for them.

Well, our pool towels were wet upon arrival had to use bath towels bit there were only 4 (we are a party of 5) no hand towels or washcloths, the microwave didn’t work and the parking garages and buildings were very confusing. Also check in is at 4 and check out is 10am.

- Jonathan (10/5): The Grove Orlando is Pheneomenal! - The extremy spacious room, closeness to all the Orlando hot spots, affordable rates. Romantic atmosphere for couples. Amazing experience for families with children. Wish parking wasn't an additional fee.

We had 16 family members attending all we’re h - I love everything about this resort and property second time staying here I will be back A little upset that the waterlines were closed for maintenance, but also appreciate that they like to make sure the upkeep and safety is put first

- Hensley (10/5): Perfect for a family to stay, had everything you need within the resort, arcade was a great place for the kids to unwind - Location was great, had all we needed in one spot, everything was clean and up dated, perfect for a family It was all fantastic, the only thing that would make it a little easier is a better map/ directions to find the rooms is was a little confusing

- Ashley (4/5): - A lot of amenities Room was not clean at all, both beds did not have fitted sheets, only flat sheets that moved through out the night making me sleep on an uncovered mattress. I also found candy and someone’s broken fake nail on the floor. Hotel its self has potential to be a great hotel but cleanliness definitely needs to be reviewed.

- Sylvia (3/5): Niet klantvriendelijk, foto’s mooier dan werkelijkheid en veel te duur voor wat je ervoor krijgt. - Grote kamers Kregen een kamer die we niet hadden geboekt, aan de weg. ‘s Avonds veel geluidsoverlast van oprekkende auto’s en motoren. Na 2 dagen konden we een nieuwe kamer krijgen, hiervoor moest ik 4x langs bij de receptie. Bij het verhuizen van kamer zou hulp komen, die kwam niet. Vaatwasser in de nieuwe kamer was stuk, het was ook niet schoon (lagen nog gebruikte wattenstaafjes op de grond). Glijbanen gingen op dag 3 dicht, was niet eerder gecommuniceerd dan bij aankomst. Om overal te komen loop je door parkeergarages, waar hard gereden wordt. Personeel zegt hier niets van. Ergste: na uitchecken werd 100 dollar afgeschreven. Ik heb moeten mailen om te vragen waar dat voor was, ze wisten het zelf ook niet. Na 3 dagen mailen, zagen ze dat het een foutje was en kreeg ik mijn geld pas terug. Bij hoeveel klanten zullen ze dit doen? En hoeveel mensen zullen er niets mee doen?

- Nancy (4/5): - There was unopened food left in the kitchen cabinets and an item found under one of the beds. We were notified 5 days before check in that the slides and lazy river were closed. Thankfully the lazy river opened on our second day. We rented cabanas on two days....the first day we had no ice in our cooler and no bar/restaurant service, essentially $200 for a tent rental. The second day of our cabana was much more attentive. Our room was so far from all of the pool facilities and the closest elevator (P) was out of service. Upon check in we were given poor directions to our room. Asked several employees for directions, but no one attempted to help/lead us to our rooms. We had three children and struggled with multiple bags and so many heavy doors. Service was awful.

- mogginsKent (2/5): Sleepless in Orlando - 1st the rooms were large and very comfortable. Pool and lazy river is smaller than it appears on the photos. Shocked when we went there. It also shuts far too early, 7pm and the place goes to sleep. Normally like to go to the pools when we get back from the parks, maybe get some food. Not here you won’t. 1/2 way through the holiday they closed the lazy river for maintenance which we were not told until after we paid for the holiday in full. The maintenance was carried out during the night which we could hear from our room. Banging of scaffolding going on to 4am bang bang all the time. If you managed to fall back asleep they then started mowing the lawn from 7am. Worst sleep ever. Then the last night they started to paint outside our room in the corridor. Hotel alarm went off twice at 12am then 12.20am . They said it was kids. Parking is in a multi story car park. Very tight to get round. House keeping is once per stay, never had that before either. Normally every day. We have been to Orlando many many times and thought we would try a different area. The location is far too far out especially if you’re going to universal or the shopping outlets. I would never stay here or recommend anyone else to either. I did email the hotel regarding the noise and had no response. Receptionist is uninterested.

Late pool closing time. Dryer was broken when we arrived. Took 2 days for them to replace it. Out room was so far from the waterpark/pools so it was a far walk every day.

- Talia (7/5): Not worth the price - I liked the food options on the property and the space if the condo The only reason I booked was to have a mother's day weekend with my son. Using the water park on the property but the lazy river and slides were closed. I would have booked somewhere else. The parking garage is a nightmare. It's very tight and not easy to get in and out. The fact that they charge for parking is stupid. Definitely time for some upgrades for the prices they charge. The furniture was scratched up, the toaster didn't work, the towels had old stains on them and worn out. The shower in the master room I couldn't figure out if it was dirty or ammonia stains. The garden tub drain stopper was broken so no bubble bath for the kids.

- Hormazabal (4/5): Mala información - La habitación limpia cuando la entregan No me hicieron aseo porque decian que por 5 díss no teniamos derecho a aseo, no nos cambiarón toallas ni comfort tuve que ir a buscar a recepción, ls basura no la pasaban a buscsr, decian que los parques estaban habilitados pero cuando faltaba 2 días en llegat avisan que el juego más grande estaba inabilitado hasta por un tiempo, decían que teniamos derecho a todo los juegos del resort y llegas allá y hay que pagar por todo
