• Sébastien (7/5): Week-end en famille au centre de Paris - Bon hôtel, très bien situé (50m du métro Oberkampf). Endroit bien fréquenté. Chambres belles et propres. Petit déjeuner correct, mais un peu serré pour se servir. Dommage qu'on n'ait pas pu aller sur la terrasse (à cause de la météo). Un peu bruyant la nuit (portes qui claquent, clients qui discutent, bruits de la rue) mais rien d'alarmant non plus et pas forcément dû aux chambres (mais plutôt au comportement des gens). Un peu cher malgré tout.
• Sabine (8/5): Schönes ruhiges und zentral gelegenes Stadthotel mit wunderschönem Garten. - Das Hotel ist sehr schön und liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße 1 min zu Fuß von der Metro „Oberkampf“ entfernt. Der innen liegend Garten ist traumhaft. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, ausreichend groß und haben einen französischen Balkon. Die Betten sind bequem. Das Badezimmer sauber und absolut ausreichend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Es gab verschiedene Käse- und Aufschnittsorten, Gebäckauswahl, Eier, Obst, Cerealien, Joghurt und Säfte. Die Kaffeespezialitäten waren nicht überzeugend. Der Frühstücksraum im Keller ist recht eng, bei gutem Wetter kann man aber im schönen Garten frühstücken. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren toll, das Personal insgesamt aber unfreundlich und kurz angebunden. Wir hatten ein Frühstück zuviel bezahlt und es gab keine Möglichkeit es zurückzubuchen. Es wurde zunächst ein Ersatzfrühstück früh am Abreisetag angeboten. Am Abreisetag gab es diese Möglichkeit dann nicht mehr.

• samantha (10/5): Perfect verblijf in een rustige, propere kamer op een ideale ligging in Parijs. - De ligging is perfect, dicht bij metro Oberkampf en te voet heel dicht bij de Marais. Het is er rustig en de kamers zelf zijn klein maar comfortabel, heel proper, gerenoveerde badkamer. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We hebben het ontbijt niet genomen maar bij mooi weer zeker leuk om te ontbijten op het mooie terras. Geen minpunten.

Hübscher Garten, den wir leider aufgrund schlechtem Wetter nicht nutzen konnten. Frisches Obst für das Müsli war super. Sehr kleines Zimmer, wir konnten kaum unsere zwei Koffer hinstellen. Eigentlich gebuchtes Zimmer war anderweitig vergeben worden, zum Glück haben wir dann ein Zimmer erhalten, ein anderes. Frühstücksraum sehr klein und eng gestellte Tische. Kaffe schmeckte nicht.

The location is perfect, just a few steps away from the metro station, in a lively neighbourhood with many options to drink or take a bite even after a Bataclan venue. The rooms are very small so if you're a larger person it's a bit trying on the nerves. The corridors are quite dark and the stairs are surprisingly unsafe, blending with the environment. No hotel slippers for some reason?!

Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato anche la possibilità di depositare i bagagli dopo il check out. La colazione è variegata e molto buona. Aggiungerei qualche piano di appoggio in più sia in bagno che in camera.

Lovely ‘west end’ feel with some lovely and normally priced restaurants and take aways. Very quiet hotel, even though it is bustling outside. Room was cleaned and beds made daily, any used towels replaced. I was in room 401. It was absolutely tiny, however was clean and didn’t spoil our stay. I would have loved a kettle, to allow me a morning coffee without leaving my room. Literally room only-nil else.

• Mattia (8/5): Hotel centrale - Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel Alhambra e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata positiva, soprattutto per la posizione davvero ottima: l’hotel si trova vicino alla metro, comodissimo per spostarsi, ed è una struttura moderna con un bellissimo giardino, molto piacevole. Le camere però sono un po’ piccole: con una valigia da 20 kg, una da 10 kg e uno zaino, non avevamo praticamente spazio per aprirle a terra e abbiamo dovuto sistemarle sul letto. L’unica vera nota negativa riguarda l’assistenza ricevuta. Una di noi si è sentita male durante la notte, macchiando il letto; abbiamo chiesto gentilmente di cambiarlo, ma dopo il passaggio delle pulizie è rimasto tutto esattamente com’era. Inoltre, alle 6 del mattino abbiamo chiesto una camomilla, ma ci è stato risposto che sarebbe stata disponibile solo dalle 7:30… quindi niente camomilla. Peccato per questi dettagli, perché la struttura avrebbe davvero un grande potenziale

Rooms were comfortable (we had 2 rooms, one for a couple and one for single occupancy) and whilst the double room was really lovely and bright, the room for single occupancy was small and quite dark.

Het hotel heeft verder een fijne sfeer door de leuke aankleding, met een prachtige binnentuin, waar je heerlijk van je ontbijt kan genieten. Kamers zijn schoon en verzorgd. De locatie is vlakbij metrohalte 'Oberkampf', daardoor zeer goed bereikbaar. Ook deelfietsen staan om de hoek, evenals een aantal leuke cafés en restaurants. Eigenlijk neem je dit voor lief. De kamer is wat klein en daarom het bed met een standaard maat. Het bed ligt prima voor mensen onder de 190. Ben je groter dan is het bed misschien wat klein.

Le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul ascenseur pour les clients et le personnel crée pas mal d’embouteillages à certaines heures de la journée. Cela peut être un inconvénient si vous avez des problèmes de mobilité et que vous ne pouvez pas monter ni descendre les escaliers. La seconde chose qui m’a marquée, c’est le manque de professionnalisme de certains employés. Les imprévus et accidents arrivent, tout ne peut pas être parfait donc je tiens à être compréhensive et je dédramatise toujours quand quelque chose ne fonctionne pas. Mais assister à des disputes entre collègues dès le petit-déjeuner, c’est moyen. J’ajoute qu’un employé s’est permis une remarque déplacée (drague lourde et évidemment non sollicitée qu’il a tentée ensuite de faire passer pour de l’humour) alors que j’étais seule face à lui et qu’il était tard. J’étais soulagée de quitter l’établissement le lendemain pour ne plus le recroiser. Dommage car l’emplacement est idéal. Sans ces expériences négatives, je serais revenue.

Es fehlen jegliche Möglichkeiten, eine Jacke aufzuhängen, das hat sehr genervt. Das Empfangspersonal war ausgesprochen unhöflich, fast anmaßend!!! Wir hatten das Gefühl, als Gast des Hauses sehr zu stören.

• Saraceno (7/5): Torneremo senza dubbio - La posizione centralissima, vicino alla metro e alla Boulangerie Sexy Petite che consigliamo per la colazione, prodotti freschi e ottimi con la possibilità di consumare sul posto croissant appena sfornati e cappuccino. La zona è tranquilla, quartiere vivace e pieno di locali molto carini dove fare aperitivo o cenare. Struttura pulita, stanze piccole ma dotate di ogni comfort e con gli spazi giusti per sistemare le valigie in modo confortevole. Non funzionava l'aria condizionata, abbiamo chiesto al receptionist che in modo solerte è venuto in camera a verificare, salvo poi decretare che secondo lui non faceva tutto questo freddo perché lui aveva caldo.

The room was clean and everything was in good order. Overall, simple and functional for a family of four. You need to leave your key at the front desk every time you leave. This is apparently for security reasons. I didn’t mind this, but I can see that some people might not like this.
