The room is clean, and comfortable and within walking distance to so much, especially the pantheon down the road! The transportation they arranged for us was reliable!

• Knud Jeppe Hald (9/5): Fantastisk beliggenhed, hjælpsomt personale. - Jeg kan frygte at det bliver koldt i teltet og adgangsvejen vil være besværlig om vinteren. Meget meget sødt og venligt personale!! Vi ankom om aftenen hvor receptionen var lukket. Kom fint ind gennem gadedør og ind på hotellet. Derimod kunne vi ikke komme ind på værelset. Prøvede i en time, hvor vi sad på gangen. Først efter telefonopkald kom vi ind. Derefter kunne vi ikke forlade værelset af frygt for igen ikke at kunne komme ind. Vores første aften i Rom var derfor med takeavay!! Det var en stor skuffelse.

Obok na rogu restauracja w nocy stosunkowo głośna, tak do godzin 3-4 rano. Toaleta usytuowana w łazience tak, że trudno usiąść. Wentylator nie da się wyłączyć a pracuje głośno. Brak miejsca na rzeczy, w szafie tylko wieszaki i lodówka.

Super hyvä paikka jos menet kaupunkilomallle Roomaan. Siinä oli vieressä esim. colosseum, trevi, vatikaani ja espanjalaiset portaat. Tosi hyvä hotelli huone jossa oli terassi ja poreamme joka toimi kun joissain muissa ei toimi. Tosi hyvä paikka hotellille ja hyvät ravintolat ympäristössä. Kaikki kommentit ovat lapsenlapseltani. Minä olen samaa mieltä Pidin kaikesta ei ollut mitään josta en pitänyt.

• Sheila (10/5): An Excellent Hotel in the centre of Rome - All 3 reception staff were so helpful ordering taxis at a moments notice. The breakfast on the terrace set us up for the day & the staff were always so happy & accommodating The rooms were spotlessly cleaned everyday also supplying bottles of natural water to our fridge. The hotel is situated in the centre of Rome so noise at night was to be expected when windows were opened but nothing excessive. The bed was of good size & very comfortable. The shower and toilet facilities were also excellent. All in all very happy with the location & quality of service Can't think of anything that I didn't like

• rdd23234 (10/5): Awesome hotel - Loved my stay at the hotel. Staff was very helpful. They delivered a baby crib when I requested it. And they also held onto my bags after checkout free of charge. The power did go out for a few minutes. The first night, but other than that, I enjoyed the hotel. and they also spoke English.
• chica162 (8/5): Comfortable hotel in central location - Hotel is well located, close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and just around the corner from the Argentina bus stop from where there are frequent buses to Colosseum, Vatican etc. The hotel itself is on a small side street and might be easy to miss as the sign outside is small. Reception is on the 1st floor (lift available) but is only open until 8.30pm. We were provided with a key for the front door for returning later in the evening and the rooms themselves are opened with a barcode fob or with your mobile phone. The room was very comfortable with a large bed, lots of pillows/cushions and air-conditioning/heating. Bathroom was a good size. The hot water for the shower takes a few minutes to come through but once it does all is well. We had an issue with the safe as we locked it but could not reopen it. On the 2nd request reception very quickly came to open it manually, although we didn't risk using it again for fear of not having our valuables when needed. Staff were all very friendly and assisted with booking airport transfers - €65 one way to/from Fiumicino. We were also able to safely store our bags on arrival and departure. Check in is at 2pm (although our room was not ready until nearer 3pm - was not a big issue as we went to have a late lunch) and check out is 11am. Breakfast is available but we had not booked this and chose to get breakfast on our way out sightseeing at a local cafe. Altogether would recommend for a reasonably priced comfortable hotel in such a central location.

O quarto estava sempre arrumado e com aspecto de limpo. As meninas da recepção eram bem simpáticas e gentis. Fiquei um pouco decepcionada com a entrada do hotel. Não tem uma entrada legal o que deixa com um aspecto não muito receptivo. Não gostei também da forma bem seca que o rapaz que fica na recepção nos recebeu. Ele não era muito simpático.

The breakfast had a wide range of fruits, granola, cheese, meats, pastries, toast, omelette, beans… and more. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Wifi was perfect. We loved staying here. The first day trying to connect the doors up on my phone but after that it worked a dream.

Abbiamo prenotato alle Clarisse ma dormito in un'altra ala del palazzo, quindi abbiamo dovuto salire ad un piano e poi scendere e risalire con i bagagli da un'altra parte. Avevo prenotato qui per evitare il solito tram tram degli arrivi ai B&B pensando fosse un hotel ma non lo è pienamente. Colazione carina, ma sotto un gazebo in una terrazza interna mentre piove, per quanto il gazebo fosse riscaldato non è proprio ottimale a gennaio, forse meglio in estate. Personale affabile e disponibile ma un cornetto fresco me lo sarei aspettato ok il pane (confezionato) e burro e anche la proposta salata ma tutto veramente minimal.

• Jennifer (7/5): Great location, but frustrating lack of service. - The location of the hotel was great - close to a taxi stand and most things that we wanted to see/do were within a 30-45 min walk. This hotel was more like a VRBO or AirBnB, not the full services of a hotel. The 'front desk' is only staffed for a small amount of hours. To get in you use an app on your phone (make sure your phone is charged and has data access). We are a relatively tech savvy family and still had some missteps. It was very nerve wrecking arriving after the front desk was closed (apparently at 7:30/8?) and with suitcases we had to get through three locked doors with an app. The process took about 30 minutes and it felt very much like an escape room. This might sound fun, but not when you're in a strange city at 9:30 at night with your child and suitcases. For this reason I would not stay in this hotel again. I prefer having 24/7 service/staff when I am paying that amount for a hotel. Additionally, it was not communicated to us where the hotel breakfast was served. It was in a different 'tower' which we didn't even know was part of our same hotel until day 3, so we didn't get to take advantage of this amenity.

• An Duy (9/5): - The hotel is extremely cosy and the staff was exceptionnal. They were so friendly and made you feel like you were home. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom is very large. The location is great, right next to the Pantheon and in the centre of Rome. The only nitpick that I have is the wifi speed that is a bit slow. Grazie mille ! It was one of the best stays I've had and I definitely hope to come back here soon.

• emanuele (9/5): Un bed&breakfast nel pieno centro di Roma, con carattere e una buona colazione. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prez - Le camere sono molto ampie e pulite. La mia era particolarmente silenziosa perché dava su un cortile interno. La posizione è eccezionale Nel bagno preferisco la doccia e non la vasca (anche se era idromassaggio).

Really excellent! - Superb location, steps from the Pantheon, great little restaurants and trattorias, all around, central to all walking tours, taxis. THe room was elegantly appointed, with many extra touches, 3 double doors to the balcony. Spacious bathroom with large jetted tub, shower, bidet, etc. Sparkling clean overall and so quiet for restful sleep on fine king bed. The staff was always so helpful and cheery.

• Bernhard (9/5): Zentral gelegen, super freundliches Personal, sauber, schlichte Zimmer - Die Lage ist wirklich toll, man kann zu Fuß die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Der Zugang auch außerhalb der Rezeptionsöffnungszeiten per Handy ist problemlos gegangen. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind wirklich eher klein geraten. Eine Badewanne wäre fein gewesen.
