• Linda (10/5): - We had a great stay.. it was hard to find the door tho late at night... The only real issue we had was it was to hot we had to keep the fans on full blast and were still hot... But it was nice their!!! Will recomend
• Connie (2/5): - Our luggage has been looked through when we were out. This was obvious as a present had been hidden at the bottom of the bag and was now at the top. Fans are not adequate for 36 degree weather. Had to use a wet towel to cool down enough to sleep. Bed was obviously worn. And the bathroom was a slip hazard
• Robert (2/5): - There is no air conditioning. None. Extremely uncomfortable rooms. The paint on the walls is chipped. And there is no employee on site.
• Georgia (10/5): Great location! - Great place to stay. Easy location, felt very safe and close to everything in the city. We were very comfortable, we just found the city to be quite noisy during the night. Great communication and easy to speak with someone at reception.
• Chloe (6/5): - We stayed in Urben for 5 nights. The property was secure and accessible to the key areas in Rome. However we did find our room to be extremely dusty and on the odd occasion when our linen was changed, it always had a distinctive odour smell to it.

• Francesca (2/5): - Vergognoso! Acquistato 2 notti per 2 persone ad un prezzo elevato. Con la prenotazione vengono allegate foto che non corrispondono minimamente (almeno nel mio caso) alla realtà. Muri scrostati e con muffa, tende sporche, sedie/tavolini/letto in condizioni pietose. Wi-Fi non funzionante. Acqua calda che arriva dopo circa 10 minuti di attesa. La stanza assomiglia a tutto fuorché a una camera da letto. NON consiglio
• Claudia (8/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen. Von daher Top. Die Ausstattung ist eher in die Jahre gekommen (wie ja aus anderen Bewertungen schon bekannt war ) und die Dusche im Zi 5 hat so seine Maken. Da wir im Prinzip nur zum Schlafen im Zimmer waren, war das für uns kein Problem. Check-In etc. hat alles reibunglos funktioniert. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und die auch die Handtücher getauscht.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Great home base! - The unit was just as advertised… Very close to Termini train station and walkable to many points of interest. It was a great home base to return to after hours of exploring Rome. The only thing to note is that the shower takes a while to heat up, so just be patient.
• Kevin (4/5): - unfortunately we were there 12-15 july, during a heatwave. Instead of air conditioning (not advertised), or a ceiling fan(advertised), were two extremely noisy floor standing floor fans, which didn't do much more than circulate warm air. Fridge barely worked, non working coffee machine was changed, floor looked like it had been mopped with dirty water,paintwork was chipped and dirty, bottom of toilet door was rotting away, safe was lockable by key (easily duplicated), daughter's sofa bed wasn't long enough for her to stretch out. Terrace area, while large enough to be potentially a game changer, was furnished with 2 metal chairs, a rusty metal table, a number of dead plants, and 4 wall lights, of which only 1 had a working lightbulb, had a unpainted concrete floor, and dirty walls. For the cost of a weekend stay, this area could have been made very nice. The place badly needs some TLC. The weather is forecast to get hotter in the following week, and I feel for the next occupants. On the plus side, Camilla let us store our baggage on the day of departure, although not secured .
• Jose (2/5): A horror place in Rome - The place was a total waiste. The AC did not worked, the ceiling fan cracked all the time, one window is broken, thus could not be opened to get fresh air, No human being available at any time to handle these issues, I called the number on site a few times only to hear they were not available. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE...
• Noemi (4/5): - Las persianas no son suficientes para evitar la entrada de luz.La regulación del agua caliente / fría de la ducha no es constante.zonas como el desagüe de la ducha y acabados del suelo del apartamento están desgastadas por el uso y de apariencia desagradable.En la terraza hay humedades.Las fotos no muestran la realidad. En tres noches solo vimos servicio de limpieza.No hubo asistencia presencial en la recepción.Todas las gestiones se hicieron por internet o por teléfono y se resolvieron satisfactoriamente. Zona tranquila y bien situada pero requiere reforma y esmero en los detalles.
• Sofia (8/5): - Overall, it is a great guest house! The staff makes sure that it is clean and that nothing is missing. The location is suitable for travellers that want to explore many areas of Rome, since it is a walking distance to many of them. There are a few restaurants near the guest house in case you are super hungry, but I recommend to explore other areas to taste delicious Italian food. For the check-in, it is not flexible so make sure to do it in advance (the open hours are from 3 PM to 7 PM). We arrived after 7 PM since our plane was delayed, so it was not possible to enter our room the first night. We tried contacting the guest house through email and phone, but we only received a response the next day.
• Stephanie (8/5): - Très bien emplacement , au calme dans une rue non passante . Dommage pour l eau chaude qui arrive tardivement voir plus le soir . Pas de personnel sur place donc pas de petit déjeuner mais personnel disponible rapidement par téléphone
• Wouter Johan (4/5): - De locatie centraal vlakbij een Metrostation is perfect. De in-check was ook prima, maar de kamer was niet schoon )we moesten twee maal aanwijzingen geven hoe er schoon gemaakt moet worden en wat precies vies was) en het bed was niet goed (doorgelegen). De kamer is kaal met afgeschraapte plekken op de wanden. We kregen een standaard twee persoonkamer i.p.v. de geboekte comfort kamer dus dat wil ik reclameren!!! Het straatje ligt achter een drukke straat - oogt rustig maar er is elke ochtend vanaf vroeg lawaai.

• Terry (4/5): - The check in system was quite confusing. Apparently the hotel had texted us the check in details, but we never received them so we had to call and someone come and met us. This isn’t a standard hotel, it only has a couple of rooms and is more of an Airbnb type situation. The room looked very modern and clean in the photos, but in reality it wasn’t particularly clean and was very dated. The floors are not carpeted and I stepped on a small piece of glass which cut my foot. We mentioned this via the WhatsApp number and the next day the floor was much cleaner. The thing that would stop me ever booking this hotel again would be the shower. In short, it didn’t work on the first day. The hotel said that we should let it run for a few minutes but that didn’t work on the first day. The second day. It started to work a bit better, but on the first day I had to pick between a cold shower or no shower. It was terrible and only mildly improved. The staff were very friendly when we got checked in. The housekeeping replenished towels, coffee capsules etc each day without being asked. If you’re just roughing it for one night, you’ll be fine. But looking for a relaxing hotel to enhance your trip to Rome… this isn’t the place for you!

• Paul (10/5): - Rent og praktisk rom med moderne stil. Imøtekommende ansatte. Super beliggenhet i forhold til transport til og fra flyplass. Super beliggenhet i forhold til severdigheter, shopping og restauranter.
• Angela (4/5): - The property DOES NOT have AC. Some of the furniture was worn and in bad shape. I’m aware it’s not a 5 star hotel but also not a cheap place. Staff was friendly but I won’t be staying at this property again.

• Lai Fong (8/5): - The location was very convenient to access all wonders of Rome. Close to the train and bus station, while being quiet. The guesthouse is contactless. Although there is no staff onsite, they are very easy to reach and responsive through mobile and what's app.
• Nicolas (6/5): - Everything was really great except for the fact that we found a camera installed next to the fan right on top of our bed. I guess that guests before us saw the camera too because it was covered by some band aids. We found that really inappropriate!!!
• Edward Peter (8/5): - It was a really nice area as everything was in a walkable distance. Check-in was easy. Unfortunately due to the air conditioning being broken, this made the room get really hot.
• Gordon (4/5): - The property is in a good location and most primary tourist locations are walkable. The room itself needs a facelift... not much more than a paint job would be a big difference. Key dissatisfactions were the AC was not working so very warm at night, TV didn't work and there was no hot water... I would describe the shower as just above cold for the most part.

• Reina (8/5): - Great stay overall. We ran into a check-in issue because we arrived after hours but it was resolved within 10-15 minutes. The space is clean, convenient, and in a very central location. Most major attractions are within a 20 minute walk.
• Barbara (8/5): - Checking in was very difficult. I had to wait an hour outside because no one answered the door bell. Called but no one answered. Finally called again and let in found envelope with key and card for room. Room was wonderful, but they need to rethink the check in.

• Jan (8/5): - The property is located on a dead-end street and is very quiet. The bathroom is spacious. Adequate amenities to eat and prepare light meals. The air-condition is noisy and needs attention.
• Olga (8/5): - Great value and quiet location, secluded and private. Super clean, nice linens and nice touch with espresso maker. My only problem was to enter the lobby to check in that was not obvious. Reception is on the second floor in one of the doors that belongs to the GH. No intercom at the doors, nor instructions where to call or do, or even which door to wait by. prior to arrival I asked few times for instructions to check in and never received any specific guidance. Upon arrival I had to wait for 15 min thinking what to do. But luckily, a cleaning lady was leaving and she called on her phone to someone to check me in. All notifications and exchange messages do not list property's phone number. Would be nice to have a phone number given to guests prior to arrival. And since there is no intercom or a sign for reception or where to check in, why not to list a phone number to call?
• Bettina (10/5): Rigtig godt og centralt - Dejligt ophold, meget rent og pænt, lidt slidt. Super madras og sengetøj. Rengøring og nye håndklæder hver dag. Hjælp i løbet af 5 minutter, medarbejder kom til værelset, da der pludselig ikke var varmt vand. Gratis kaffe (kapsler) og the. Microovn på etagen.

• Baya (10/5): Très bon séjour - Bel chambre avec salle de bain petite mais très propre . Une bouilloire avec thé et un minibar dans la chambre et un frigo, micro-ondes dans les parties communes. La situation géographique est idéal. A 2mn à pied du métro republica . Je recommande.

• Miriam (10/5): Excelente - Otima localização. Fizemos o Coliseu e o Fórum Romano a pé. Quarto amplo. Foi ótimo ter uma ante-sala para organizarmos as roupas e nossas coisas. Os funcionários do hotel foram prestativos conosco e nos ajudou bastante. Não inclui café da manhã. Apenas 2 pontos que poderiam ser melhorados era que ao tomar banho, o banheiro não escoava a agua e empoçava. E, uma das saídas de Ar Condicionado ficava bem ao lado da cama, jogando o ar no rosto. Porem, em geral é um excelente apartamento e ótima localização.

Salle de bain: sol de la douche endommagé, recouvert par du caoutchouc, de l'eau coule partout jusque dans le reste de la chambre... J'ai failli tomber plus d'une fois... On patauge tout le temps dans la salle de bain... Couchage: la climatisation arrive juste sur le lit, droit dans les yeux. J'ai été obligée de couvri la climatisation. Les draps étaient tellement usés qu'ils grattaient toute la nuit... Service: le gérant a refusé le paiement par carte, nous avons du négocier pour faire moitié cash, moitié carte. C'est intolérable et ce n'est bien évidemment pas précisé sur la facture émise (à la main)
• Robert (10/5): Great location loft style room. - Great loft style room, clean and modern. Nice location close to restaurants and metro.
• Rigoberto (8/5): I would stay here again. - The hotel instructions were simple for late check-in. They sent us an email with late check in instructions. You had the option to pay cash. You just leave the cash in an envelope in the room. The shower had good water pressure. The air conditioner was a little weak, but it still worked good. This room is connected to a shared kitchette. The address took us to a street corner, so if you're having a hard time finding it, just walk a little further into the dead end.
• Tommo (6/5): Okay hotel but with some problems - Overall the room was good but there were a few issues: 1. They will only accept cash for payment unless the total (excluding deposit) is over 500 euros. 2. The staff are virtually never around so if anything goes wrong you have no one you can speak too. 3. The hot water packed in on our last night and because of point 2 there was no way to get it sorted before we left.
• J (6/5): Good basic apartment in quiet street. - Basic room, no frills and good base of all you want is a room.
• bob (6/5): Totally depends on which room you get - We were given Room 3 to stay in - unlike the photos it was dingy and smelt of damp, very disappointing. We complained and for our last night were moved to Room 5, which is totally different, much bigger, lighter and with a terrace. The location is excellent but really the quality of experience depends totally on which of the rooms you get.
• Tommy (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - We went there for a long Weekend in April 2013 and stayed in room Nr. 3, The room is large and very clean. Its so close to Termini that the travel from and through the City is very easy. Also possible todo all by feet. The Hotel Staff were very friendly and helped out anytime. I can highly recommend Urben Hotel!
