Location was in a more quiet area which I enjoyed and the closest station entrance was only a 5 minute walk. Room was very spacious as well and kept clean Quite liked everything!
• Vincenzo (9/5): Ottima struttura! - La struttura ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative, dal personale (presente, reattivo, gentile, soprattutto la ragazza che mi ha aiutato a fare il check in l'8 maggio) alla camera alla posizione. Le dimensioni della camera sono in linea con quello che si trova a Tokyo e in Giappone in generale, in ogni caso, nonostante gli spazi ridotti, ho vissuto un ottimo soggiorno. Il letto era molto comodo, ottima la scelta di fornire 2 cuscini, 1 morbido e uno più duro. Il bagno fornito di tutto. La pulizia ottima, ma in questo i giapponesi sono maestri. Oltre ai prodotti da bagno e all'asciugacapelli, in camera erano presenti anche un paio di ciabatte che venivano regolarmente cambiate ad ogni pulizia della camera. Nella hall sono messe a disposizione degli ospiti diverse cose che possono essere utili, come ad esempio dei pigiami. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, a pochi passi dalla linea Asakusa e a circa 10 minuti da altre linee tra cui quella che porta direttamente a Odaiba. In zona sono presenti diversi locali dove ho mangiato davvero molto bene, inoltre proprio alle spalle dell'hotel un piccolo locale dove ho fatto diverse volte colazione. L'hotel come servizio ha anche il deposito bagagli. Non posso che consigliarlo, la struttura ha contribuito a rendere ancora più bello il mio soggiorno a Tokyo. Nulla

• Laframboise (10/5): Was a great stay for my 5 nights in Tokyo. Enjoyed the extra little amenities - The location was close to the train station and on a quiet street. The room is on the small side but perfect for a single person.

• Cameron (6/5): - Great location. Is near quite a few restaurants as well as the Hamatsucho Station which is serviced by the Yamanote Line which you'll probably be using most if you stay here. The room was small but big enough for a single person. The used the bath a number of times and it was perfect. You can get bath salts from the amenities bar at the lobby as well as a number of other things such as razors and shaving cream which was welcomed. This is a no fuss business hotel so set your expectations when booking. The bed was much too firm for my liking. I like a softer bed. The plumbing must be quite old but multiple times a day I could hear it making a loud vibrating noise due to pressure building up in the pipes. Turning on the tap solved it instantly but it woke me up once or twice.

Had to live out of suitcase. Nowhere to put suitcases. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Could not walk round the bed. With two adults and two large suitcases- it was like playing Tetris!

• ABDELLAH (10/5): - The staff were really friendly, it has a nice location close to the metro station and that's all you need in Tokyo. The room is small but well laid out and clean. I think the only thing that bothered me a little was this weird odor you could smell in the corridor of the floor, luckily it wasn't in the room. It wasn't horrible but it was weird. It didn't bother me much though because it wasn't in the reception floor (where the restaurant is) nor you smell it anymore once you get into the room.

• Sonia (3/5): Rock hard bed but lovely staff - The room was tidy and clean. It was an easy location to find. Staff were kind and friendly, willing to help with your requests. They offer a range of amenities on the first floor for free. The bed was ridiculously hard and 1 super soft and 1 super hard pillow. Their cleaning policies made me feel like I had to be out and about on a day I had planned for rest. There was also a planned fire alarm check scheduled for my stay so that was annoying but unavoidable.The location from the subway and train lines was a little annoying after a while especially when moving with a suitcase.

• Buyaritz (10/5): - A great brand with consistent service throughout the country: a very welcoming and helpful staff, a comfortable room with all amenities and the possibility to check-in and check-out by yourself. The location is a bit further than other hotels but the area is very peaceful and a bit far from the animated streets. A tiny minor thing: the hotel has 13 floors and the microwave, the vending machines and the washing machines are located on the 1st floor, which is a long way if your room is on the 13th!

• max (7/5): first accommodation in Japan, it was good. - staff are polite and want to help, poor to non exist English, its strange for staff works in the accommodation industry, location is good, many places to eat, place is clean to sterile probably like all Japan. breakfast is good. they were very kind with luggage storage. room size is tiny, you barely can see the floor, I do a stretching exercise each morning using the "time to bend" apps, its a 5 min exercise, I could not do it in the room, no place, I guess these is the problem in Japan, no space. I decided to move to other place a bit far from center in the hope to find more space.

Le mobilier et les murs ne sont pas récents. L'odeur de la chambre n'était pas agréable. Je ne recommande pas pour plusieurs nuits.

• Daisylyn (2/5): Uncomfortable - worst hotel we stayed at during our holiday in Japan - Close proximity to the train station. The hotel itself. My bathroom at home is bigger than the entire room of this hotel. It’s extremely small. One of the front desk staff was quite rude - the older one. Apart from that it was such an uncomfortable stay. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. Save the money and go elsewhere.

Le personnel a su répondre à mes demandes comme par exemple le souhait d’avoir une chambre avec emplacement selon ma demande. Proche de la gare d’hamamatsucho et le monorail pour se rendre à Haneda. Et aussi situer centrale dans Tokyo pour rejoindre les différents quartiers sans difficultés Rien
