Camere pulite e confortevoli, letto comodo e bagno moderno. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, colazione varia e di qualità. Posizione ottima, vicino al mare e ai servizi; lo consiglio vivamente a chi cerca un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Niente, sono stato davvero soddisfatto di tutto.

The private beach area was beautiful and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere made the stay feel special. Everything was convenient, and the location was perfect for enjoying Vlore. Honestly, everything was excellent and exceeded expectations.

The location was very good. It was very clean. The breakfast was ok but kept running out of some foods which when asked they did refill but some of the foods they had totally ran out. But it was still good value for money. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Der „Strand“ vorm Haus war eigentlich nicht nutzbar. Das Frühstück……eine vollkatastrophe. Um 9 Uhr war über die Hälfte vom Büffet „abgefrühstückt“ Nachgelegt wurde so gut wie nichts.

Place de stationnement sur place gratuite dans le parking de l'hôtel. La chambre triple réservé de longue date sur BOOKING.COM n'était pas disponible lors de notre venue. On nous a proposé une autre chambre en lieu et place comprenant un lit king size et on nous a emmené un lit d'appoint. Dans le frigo il y avait 4 petites bouteilles d'eau et rien n'indiquait qu'elles étaient payantes contrairement à ce qu'indique la réception au check out ! Bref, résultat facturation de 4 euros pour les 4 petites bouteilles d'eau lors du check out. Pas très commerçant et surprenant de facturer l'eau mis à disposition dans un établissement d'un tel standing alors qu'ailleurs les bouteilles d'eau sont généralement gratuite si rien n'est indiqué dans les chambres ! Les portions du restaurant sont plutôt légères et le service un peu long. Dommage pour un établissement qui affiche tant d'étoiles ! Connexion WIFI vraiment plus que moyenne.

- Doudieh (1/5): - Das Zimmer war immer sauber. Bewertung: ★☆☆☆☆ Sehr enttäuschend! Zimmer nicht richtig sauber, Klimaanlage zentral gesteuert und kaum nutzbar, Internet extrem schlecht. Personal unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit und ohne Begrüßung oder Lächeln. Frühstück eintönig, wenig Auswahl, teilweise verdorbenes Obst. Abends keinerlei Service – sogar einfache Gläser wurden verweigert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls schlecht: winziger, ungepflegter Strand mit ekeligem Zugang. Zum schöneren Strand muss man 20–25 Minuten laufen, mit dem Auto dauert es wegen Stau oft bis zu einer Stunde. Fazit: Nie wieder dieses Hotel!
- Hege (5/5): Greit, men ikke mer. - Rene rom, hjelpsomt og vennlige renholdere. Dårlig frokost om du ikke elsker kaker og melon på morgenen. Smør kun 1 dag (av7) og servietter kun 2-3 dager. Ingen antibac i verken matsal eller fellesarealene (uhygienisk). Lunken kaffe på maskinen, skulle man ha varm kaffe måtte dette kjøpes utenom. Rett og slett dårlig standard og utvalg på den kontinentale delen. Derfor fristet det heller aldri i kjøpe lunsj eller middag der. Vi visste aldri når bassengområdet var betjent, en dag åpnet de 11, en annen dag 13. Godt vi hadde med egne håndklær, men ikke alle hadde det, og de måtte bare pent vente. Og de kom og gikk uten å henge opp noe info, så vi registrerte mange tapte salg i pool-baren. Hyggelige renholdere, og fine rom. Betjening generelt var ikke ufine, men allikevel aldri på tilbudssiden. Undrer på hvorfor hotellet har det navnet, for det er ingenting som minner om NewYork service standard og tilbud der. Ellers fin utsikt fra rommet med sjøutsikt.

- Sergey (2/5): This hotel is at best a 2 stars, definitely not 4 - Parking is terrible — just behind the building, with no marked spaces, so everyone parks however they want. At reception they spent about 20 minutes looking for our reservation, demanding that we show the confirmation on our phone and even turn on a translator for them. Neither at check-in nor in the room were we offered even a glass of water as a welcome drink. The hallways were dark, with the lights turned off (probably to save on electricity), and the same goes for the air conditioning. When we entered the room, it was 30 degrees inside. The room itself was awful: old furniture, uncomfortable beds, bed linen with holes and stains. The towels were not white but gray and almost see-through. Breakfast was terrible as well — not even regular butter, only some kind of margarine substitute. This hotel is at best a 2-star, definitely not 4.
- Kanza (5/5): Séjour en famille à vloré - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur mer l'hôtel est très vieillissant ainsi que son mobilier. Le personnel de service restauration et le personnel de ménage est très sympathique et très souriant. Cependant le personnel de l'accueil fait souvent la tête. Faut pas trop les déranger d'après ce que nous avons pu constater l'hôtel est situé en bord de route à sens unique donc très très bruyant. La piscine est très petite et pas entretenue A revoir. Notez qu il y a beaucoup de bouchon pour accéder aux plages voisines Nous somme restés 11 jours , le séjour nous a paru très long ne pas rester sur vloré plus de 3 jours. L'accueil peut appréciable, les chambres ne sont pas confortables. Climatisation en panne tous les soir et le matin. Il a fallut chaque matin allez se plaindre ascenseur souvent en panne aussi. Le petit déjeuner très décevant. Beignets pas top, fruits pas murs, œufs peut importe la façon dont il est cuisiné froid.

The swimming pool is disgusting and dangerous, The food was acceptable, but the customers are a real inconvenience for the hotel staff. I booked and payed for 12 nights but quit my holiday after 5 nights without refund. The manager was never availble despite many requests to speak with him. This is the last tilme I book my holiday with Booking.com

- batrinu (3/5): Albania o tară săraca cu servicii pe măsură! - Priveliștea din camera cu vedere spre mare este deosebită. Hotel cu pretenții de 4 stele dar în realitate nu se ridică nici măcar la nivelul celor de 3. Un mic dejun sărăcăcios și același pe durata sejurului. Recomand gogoșile și doar atât! Nu există in camere cafetieră,sau ceva asemănător cu excepția celor 4sticle de apă di răcitor pe care trebuie sa le plătești la plecare.

In eerste instantie kregen we een kleine kamer, maar bij navraag een mooie kamer met ruim balkon. Drankjes in de koelkast (4x water) moesten we betalen. Niet om het bedrag, maar toch. Personeel (bij zwembad) spreekt amper Engels.

- Dimitri (4/5): Ça passe mais pas génial - Nous étions en chambre supérieure donc état de la chambre globalement très correcte. Beau panorama, petit balcon. Dans un bout de l’artère plutôt calme, le début de l’avenue est une horreur touristique. Petits restos sympas juste à côté, supermarché à 10 minutes à pieds. La balade le long de la mer est tout récent et agréable. Dans les ponts négatifs, artère devant bruyante, bcp De circulations et les fenêtres ne sont pas top. Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger ben venez pas du tout dans cette station balnéaire car tout est centré sur la route de côte qui est bruyant le soir (grosses cylindrées, kékés etc…). Sans atteindre des niveaux ahurissants, les parties communes de l’hôtel sont vieillottes (rococo années 70). La piscine est globalement correcte, propre, serviette et bar à disposition. La plage est petite (pas forcément un problème), en galets (ça c’est bien) et la mer est plutôt belle. Peut dej plutôt insipide. Donc globalement ça passe mais c’est pas génial.

It was old, tired, rooms do not look like what’s photographed - only one floor is like that - old aircon, terrible WiFi, awful Breakfast with rude staff. Lifts worked on and off - we stayed 4 days and couldn’t wait to leave the place

- gilles (4/5): Hôtel à refaire de tous les côtés, à fuir - L’hôtel ne correspond plus aux 4 étoiles En effet personnel non aimable et ne dit même pas bonjour ! La chambre hormis la vue sur la mer mais derrière une baie vitrée simple vous entendez tous les bruits. La Sdb très vétuste et douche fuyante. Je ne vous parle même de la literie exécrable( lumbago en 3 jours pour nous 2). Climatisation commune trappe au sol laissant passer bruits et odeur du tabac de certains en plus celle-ci est coupée la nuit ce qui est dur lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Piscine vieillissante liner commence à se décoller. La plage privative avec matériel vieillissant également. Petit dej peut être gratuit vu la qualité des produits, café machine au goût d’un soluble, thé chimique …

- Eddie (9/5): Très bon hôtel familial - Professionnalisme, propreté et équipements, un hôtel à la hauteur de nos attentes. (Et nous avons été surclassé dans une chambre plus grande avec vue sur mer). Seul petit bémol assez loin du centre pour s’y rendre à pied et la circulation en sens unique ne facilite pas l’accès au centre-ville. Mais au moins cela apporte du calme !

La chambre qu’on a eu reste correcte même si ce n est pas du grand standing Le petit déjeuner qui est tous les jours le même pas beaucoup de choix simple ! - Andrzej (8/5): Generelt godt ophold, god pool og venlig personale. Desværre morgenmad trækker ned en smule i samlet vurdering - Rimelig god hotel, venlig personale. Rene værelser, god aircondition Morgenmad uden variationer. Samme morgenmad hver eneste dag, dårlig virkende kaffemaskine. Dårlig pålæg.

- Andreea Barnea (6/5): - Plăcut, camera foarte curată, se făcea curățenie în fiecare zi, camera mare cu vedere la mare, preturi accesibile iar personalul de la recepție foarte amabili. Au plaja privată doar că nu poți face plaja din cauza pietrelor și a valurilor deoarece erau foarte mari, micul dejun era același in fiecare zi . Iar mâncarea a lăsat de dorit cam peste tot, adulții am avut probleme cu stomacul cam mari și fetița de 2 ani și 11 luni s a ales cu o enterocolita de toată frumusețea. Plus că dacă ai probleme cu copilul îți trebuie o asigurare pentru a merge la spital, altfel nu te baga nimeni in seama.
- Viktoria (3/5): We truly regret choosing this hotel. - The balcony view only. We were initially placed in a room where the entire bathroom floor was flooded (we took a video but unfortunately I cannot add it here). We were moved to a different room, but the issue persisted throughout our stay — water constantly leaked from under the shower, making it impossible to stand barefoot. The shower itself was quite old, and when we asked for assistance with adjusting it, someone only came after we repeated the request a second time. Breakfasts were very basic and repetitive, but probably fair for the price. Wi-Fi did not work in the room at all — it only occasionally connected in the hallway or near the restaurant on the ground floor.
- Natalia (10/5): - Местоположение очень удобное. Нам очень понравилось. Отель чистый. В комнате кондиционер работает. Каждый день убирают. Персонал приветливый. Завтраки вкусные. Ужин заказывали, вкусный. Взяли номер вид на море Четвертый день прошу доставить нам шампуни и воды и жаль не приносят.
