Mariska (7/5): - Locatie en het ontbijt! Hotel midden in t oude centrum zonder last te hebben van lawaai en t ontbijt werd speciaal op bestelling voor je klaargemaakt, heerlijk! Was meer n hostel dan een 4* hotel. Overal lag beddengoed, spullen en zelfs n matras in de gang en op de trap. Als ik via Booking boek vind ik t persoonlijk prettiger als t te betalen bedrag automatisch wordt afgeschreven van mijn creditkaart zonder allerlei extra procenten zodat je beter weet wat t je gaat kosten. Moest nu contant betalen of 8% extra met bankkaart.

Inna (5/5): - Номер на седьмом этаже был с большой террасой, и сам номер достаточно просторный. Персонал хороший, приветливый. На завтраке были свежие фрукты, но остальное не видела, так как не завтракала. По запросу дали бокалы для вина в номер. Номер относительно просторный. Одна кровать двуспальная, вторая односпальная Вода вытекает на пол за пределы душевой кабины. Нет крючка для полотенец или одежды в ванной. Кондиционер висит прямо над кроватью, направлен прямо на спящих. Но эта беда во многих отелях. В описании номера на Booking.com был заявлен халат, но по факту его не было. Тапочки ужасные резиновые, но это тоже во многих отелях встречали. В номер откуда-то попадают муравьи, даже на постель, хотя не очень критично.

Two weeks prior we got a suitable room at the same place, so I guess it was common sense to give the same room or something similar of size
Shannon (5/5): Great but check the fine-print - Great location, good-sized comfortable rooms and lovely breakfast. Not transparent in the booking information about fees and also seeming to try to overcharge (fee to pay by card was 8%, booked transfer and didnt get vehicle that we paid for).

Shannon (5/5): Great accommodation but felt a bit scammed - The location was great and accessible to everything. Breakfast was fantastic and rooms were clean and had all amenities needed. This would have been a 10/10 star review apart from some petty cash-grab things that occurred. I asked for an upgrade whilst there (to get a balcony) and was charged 500,000/night (which was correct and no issue). My 'upgrade', however, was from a triple room to a double room - so they actually made money off me. I raised my concerns and asked to go back to the triple (there were 3 of us) but they had rented that room. They offered me half the upgrade price in return - so still maintained the scam to get a profit. Another issue was the 8% charge on credit card fees (the most anywhere else in Vietnam is 4%). We also paid for a luxury limousine transfer to Halong Bay and got the standard. Small things but they really tarnished our opinion of the hotel.

Dominique (8/5): Très bon hôtel dans le vieux quartier - Cet hôtel est bien placé au coeur du vieux quartier et la chambre silencieuse malgré le bruit à l'extérieur. Nous avons bénéficié d'une forte reduction car réservé peu de temps avant notre arrivée. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain très correcte avec tout le nécessaire. Malgré une erreur d'attribution de la chambre puisque nous avions réservé une chambre avec fenêtre et l'on nous en a donné une sans, on nous a surclassées sans augmentation du prix, le personnel a été réactif. L'humidité sur le mur, cachée derrière les têtes de lit. A part ça RAS.

Anna (7/5): Decepcionante - El desayuno está muy bien y el baño para el nivel de Vietnam esta también muy bien Llegamos a las 7am del aeropuerto y nos dijeron que volviéramos a la 1pm a hacer el check in hicimos mucho tiempo y al final llegamos a las 15 para darles mas tiempo. Al llegar nos dicen que la habitación no esta lista que los de antes se quedaron hasta las 14. No nos lo podían decir antes?? El personal fue desagradable y las instalaciones muy normalitas por el precio, había sitios al mismo precio de mejor calidad

Stephen (9/5): Lovely spot, busy city - This hotel is in a handy spot in the very busy old quarter. Little to no noise came through on our third floor room with balcony which we were happy about! Good breakfast or fruit and 'choose from the menu' in the morning and the staff were always friendly and helpful and so understanding when a little extra was needed! Always someone at the front desk willing to help or chat about your day. Lovely spot in a busy location. Grab cars find it a bit tricky to get through the crowds so can take longer than you think to arrive.

I also found it a bit strange that reception knew nothing about buses to the airport when in fact you can take #86 from 23 Hang Tre (5 mins walking) for 45k. Julie (10/5): I had a very special stay at Hanoi House Hotel and Travel for five wonderful days - The Hanoi House Hotel was perfect for the five days I was in Hanoi. First, the staff could not have been more helpful - including Tony, who was frequently at the front desk, but all were very kind. They helped me arrange two excellent side trips. The hotel is really a boutique hotel with only five or so floors with two rooms on each. I had one with a balcony that I could see all that was happening below. The hotel itself is charming, as are its rooms. They provide a made-to-order breakfast every morning, offering both Western and Eastern options. It is in a busy part of Hanoi (the Old Quarter) so there is a lot going on an occasional street noise. But all of this is made up for by the very special stay you will have here. Nothing

yannick (10/5): parfait je recommande - accueil très souriant, chambre rénovée, très propre et spacieuse, balcon très agréable avec très bonne isolation phonique de la rue. pdj au choix et copieux servi avec sourire . en plein centre, vieux quartier mais calme très bien situé de plusieurs sites marché ,rue du train , lac.. je me suis tellement plu que j'ai prolongé mon séjour.. soit 5 nuits en tout.. rien

Ana (8/5): Centrico pero mejorable. - La habitación es de un tamaño correcto y tiene un armario para poder dejar la ropa, aunque falta algo mas de espacio. La ubicación es muy céntrica, por la noche no se oyen ruidos de la calle, y las camas son cómodas. El baño es incómodo, la mampara de ducha no realiza su trabajo, ya que el desagüe del agua está fuera de esta y se llena el suelo de agua igual que si no hubiera mampara. El comedor donde se desayuna es pequeño y el primer dia tuvimos que desayunar en la recepción.
Sanne (10/5): Geweldig! Ik kom hier zeker terug! - Super mooie kamer met een balkon dat uitkijkt op de stad! Het ontbijt is goed en het personeel heel vriendelijk. Het beste hotel waar ik in ben verbleven in Hanoi! Hier kom ik zeker terug.

C est relativement calme au regard du bruit épouvantable de la rue et de l extrême pollution générée par le trafic dans des petites rues typiques La décoration de l hôtel est très élégante même si elle n est pas récente. Personnel du petit déjeuner extraordinaire. Souriant et serviable La personne à l accueil n a pas de professionnalisme. Ce qui est rare au Vietnam. Désinvesti de son travail. Nonchalant. Très souvent absent de l accueil. N a pas aidé pour l ouverture de la porte avec nos valises encombrantes. Nous avons réservé verbalement 2 nuits de plus, il a confirmé mais n a pas honoré son accord et n a pas enregistré notre réservation donc la chambre a été louée et nous avons dû chercher ailleurs Pas de coffre fixe dans la chambre Pas de pièce pour garder les bagages qui traînent partout empilés dans le hall

Aaron (10/5): - Absolutely loved the reception staff. Lisa at the front desk helped me with last minute express laundry, booking busses, recommendations and even managed to book me into a hostel that was booked out on hostel world. She’s truly a gem. Also breakfast was good -

Genecyl (10/5): Great Location, Huge Room, and Friendly Staff - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was huge, very clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect —very close to everything, which made getting around so easy, and all at a very reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the stay even more comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Kruti Shah (10/5): Good hotel for a decent price - The cleanliness of the rooms and breakfast spread was quite good for a 3 star property. The staff provided us with vegan/vegetarian/jain sandwiches which were really nice plus the additional fruits juices from the spread. The hotel is very close to beer street and train street. Also the shopping street is just on the parallel lane. I totally recommend the hotel. The only issue we faced was the ninh binh day trip which we booked through the hotel. The guide took us to tam coc instead of 'trang an' without asking us. We had requested and already informed multiple times. In addition we had requested for a limousine bus but the staff mistook it for another van. So aside from the day trip, everything else about the hotel was great. So, I would suggest booking trips directly from klook and not through the hotel.

Gentile ed efficiente lo staff della reception. Stanza silenziosa e letti comodi. Dalla docciai usciva acqua col risultato di avere il bagno allagato. Mancano ganci in bagno per appendere gli asciugamani
Martin (8/5): Klein aber fein und alle ganz süß; fast familiär - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in mitten der Altstadt. Alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr sehr bemüht, dass alles funktioniert und reagiert auf Nachfragen z.B auch während des Urlaubs super schnell. Die Zimmer klein aber fein, hätten ein wenig sauberer sein können, aber das war im Großen und Ganzen ok. Gerne wieder. Das Frühstück morgens hätte gerne ein wenig schneller gehen können. Wenn es ab sechs Frühstück gibt hat das Personal gefühlt gerade erst angefangen. Ein anderer liegt an der Rezeptipn und schläft und musste zum Check out geweckt werden. Aber das ist halt Asien und es klappt alles trotzdem.
Mita (9/5): Spacious and good location - The location was good. It was close to everything. The room was spacious and clean. Misleading info and asking to give 10. On booking.com, it was stated that the room was soundproof, however, we could heard other rooms toilet flushing, shower, walking, people having breakfast downstairs etc The manager asked us for the review on the spot and we told them about the above saying overall, it was good except for the above, which she ignored. Moreover, asked us to give 10 as they want to increase their rating. A hotel deserves a 10, when they deliver what they advertise. They didn’t. The culture of forcefully asking for a 10 needs to stop.
Laura (9/5): Amazing - Lovely little hotel in the heart of the old quarter, despite the chaos outside the room was fairly quiet. Breakfast was good with a strong coffee!! Room was small (single use) but had everything and the toiletries were very good!
Christina (7/5): - Central location in Old Quarter. Upgraded to a triple room, 305, which is spacious. It is quiet even though facing road and after night market noise stops. Room 305. Wifi did not work at night. Very close to night market so can hear singing and music till 1030pm from Fri to Sun. Bathroom floor gets wet outside shower area so can be slippery.
Tom (10/5): - Rooms were nice and clean and centrally located in the old quarter so great for exploring. They also helped book a tour for ha long bay and cat ba island that included hiking and homestay by national park which I could not find online so very good.
Lara (8/5): Great location and friendly staff, freshly cooked breakfast - Great location and friendly staff. Clean room. Staff let us keep our luggage overnight whilst we went to halong bay. We also had a nice freshly cooked breakfast. A bit more pricier than expected, but staff were friendly and price was likely due to the time of year.

Sophie (10/5): Excellent customer service and location - It was our first time in Vietnam, the staff were super helpful and friendly in assisting us with transfers from the airport and to our next destination. Tony was exceptionally great and was able and willing to answer any queries we had and assist us. Would definitely recommend staying here, the location was also great Nothing
Maria (10/5): - Провели в этом отеле три ночи. Номер прекрасный: просторный, чистый. В номере огромное панорамное окно, что особенно ценно, учитывая, что не всех отелях в принципе есть окна. А для меня важно утром просыпать при солнечном свете. А также есть blackout шторы, то есть можно засыпать в полной темноте, а утром открыть шторы и впустить солнечный свет. Отдельно отмечу очень хороший напор горячей воды в душе. В номерах есть все необходимое. Также у номера есть уютный балкон с видом на одну из центральных улочек города. Завтрак в отеле очень разнообразный: есть блюда и по меню и шведский стол. Важная деталь на путешественников на мопедах: рядом с отелем и на ближайших улицах невозможно надолго припарковать мопед или оставить его на ночь. Имейте это ввиду при планировании путешествия. Отдельно хотелось поблагодарить менеджера и персонал отеля, которые каждый день помогали нам решать проблемы с парковкой наших мопедов. Персонал в отеле прекрасный и отзывчивый, выше всяких похвал! Спасибо вам огромное)

Elina (8/5): - In the middle of the old quarter with walking distance to many places. Balcony in the room which seems to be quite rare in the old quarter. Nice breakfast and a helpful staff. Good water pressure in the shower and hot water. Hotel is located in quite a busy street and the soundprofiing is not very good. AC didn't work properly but we did not complain about it since we didn't really need it. When you take a shower the water flows through the floor so the bathroom floor is wet all the time.

Todd-Brown (9/5): Perfect for a short & comfortable stay. - Great location! Comfy beds & hot shower. Staff were amazing & also sorted us a 2am taxi to the airport. Had a few issues with ants that we managed to resolve with bug spray & they did our laundry for free.
Artur (8/5): Good hotel in great location. - Stayed here before few years ago and had better impression but nice hotel overall. Staff was mostly helpful and friendly, good breakfast with multiple options, and great location. Overall feels a little outdated. Bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable.

Karyn (7/5): Good budget hotel - Staff were wonderful. Small hotel, comfortable. Bed was springy, shower water leaked into the bathroom floor because the shower door couldn't close properly. There were ants in the room (2nd flr)
