Gestore molto simpatico La camera che avevo prenotato non era come me l'aspettavo (mansarda bassa, praticamente senza finestre), e il gestore me ne ha proposta un'altra migliore con un maggioramento del prezzo non così esiguo. Diciamo che sono stata attirata a prenotare per la posizione, se avessi saputo prima l'importo totale pagato alla fine probabilmente avrei trovato di meglio. There is not such a good soundproofing in the establishment so when new visitors arrive you can Hear everything. Luckily visitors are respectful of one another so during nighttime there was not any type of noise.

- Marie Pierre (6/5): Séjour un peu décevant au niveau du confort - L’emplacement proche du centre historique L’accueil La possibilité de stocker les bagages dans la chambre le jour du départ, jusqu’à 11 h30 Les toilettes fonctionnaient mal dans une chambre, les douches se vidaient mal dans les 3 salles de bain, une douche fuyait, une autre douche ne coulait pas du tout et à dû être réparée. Le mitigeur d’une douche est tombé : Le wifi se déconnecte plusieurs fois par jour. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, les miettes n’avaient pas été nettoyées sur la table de cuisine. Nos chambres étaient dans une annexe au dernier étage, nous n’avons été prévenus qu il n’y avait pas d’ascenseur, qu’après avoir payé le séjour.

Troppa rigidità negli orari perché la reception chiude in pausa pranzo e la sera presto perciò nell’orario d’arrivo dovevamo essere precisi e nel tenere le valigie il giorno del check out dovevamo per forza tornare entro le 13:00 perché sennò chiudevano. Però il signore che lavora alla reception e’ molto gentile e disponibile, appena siamo arrivati si è prestato per spiegarci cosa vedere a Napoli.

- Krystal (8/5): - Ho soggiornato per una singola notte e devo dire che il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ci hanno accolte fin da subito riservandoci un upgrade della stanza vista la disponibilità di una migliore e ci sono venuti incontro anche con il deposito delle valigie. La posizione ottima vicina a tutte le principali vie della città e vicina anche a due metro che portano sia nel centro città che alla stazione quindi ottimo per spostarsi sia a piedi che con i mezzi. La stanza era abbastanza grande dotata di tutti i comfort e pulita. Per soggiornare qualche notte devo dire che lo consiglierei e sono rimasta soddisfatta. Le uniche cose extra che migliorerei sono i materassi e i cuscini che sono un po’ duri e bassi, e magari aggiungerei anche una coperta in più. Inoltre renderei la struttura più insonorizzata siccome si sente tutto sia da fuori che da dentro quindi c’è manca un pò di privacy. Inoltre renderei il servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito, come spesso accade in molti altri hotel e B&B in quanto ritengo che dovrebbe essere un servizio già incluso nel prezzo del pernottamento. Ma queste cose non ci sono pesate particolarmente e ci siamo comunque godute il soggiorno per una notte.

Il gestore è un pò scortese, il bagno non era pulitissimo, in camera mancavano delle lampadine, nel bagno c'era solo un bagno doccia e sapone mentre venivano promessi anche shampoo, salviette struccanti e altri articoli da bagno.

- ToFeMZ (9/5): - Man ging sehr auf meinen Wunsch, das Zimmer zu wechseln ein und ich habe ein Zimmer mit Ausblick bekommen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Im 1. Zimmer hatte man keinen Internetempfang.

- Asli Aksoy (7/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt, das Zimmer ist bescheiden, ich habe kein Frühstück erhalten Die Check in Zeiten sind außergewöhnlich. Man kann zwischen 13:30 und 16 Uhr nicht einchecken, was man bisschen einschränkt.

- Natalia (10/5): Bardzo fajny przestronny pokój, my trafiliśmy na pokój z dwoma balkonikami. Blisko stacji metra Toledo, więc nie praktyc - Położony w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie przy malowniczym kameralnym placyku z kościółkiem i palemkami. Meble trochę do odświeżenia ale mi to nie przeszkadzało bo było bardzo czysto.

Ci siamo svegliati per due mattine con il naso tappato e mal di testa, come se non passasse aria. Non prendeva il telefono e il WiFi inesistente, praticamente in camera sei irreperibile
