Si bien la habitación era igual que en la foto, el hotel tiene una decoración con muebles muy grandes para el poco espacio que hay, dificultando un poco la mobilidad y comodidad de la habitación.

The hotel itself was super cute and modern, very clean. The room had a window, which was great. It was a perfect location for us. We were right next to lots of shops and the night market. Breakfast was great too.

- Wei Yee (6/5): Probably stay somewhere else. - The receptionist at check out was friendly. When I checked in late at night (1am), the door to the lobby was locked with an umbrella over the door handles. 2 staff were sleeping on stretchers on the floor. I knocked many times and only after 10 minutes did one of the guys wake up to open the door for us. All the lights were turned off. He then woke the other sleeping guy up to send us up with our luggages. He was (obviously) cranky and half asleep. When we arrived our room, the door was unlocked and was slighly ajar (creepy). The room was very worn out and the bedsheets didn't feel clean. All the furniture is old and worn. The worst part is that the room is completely not sound proof. I was woken by loud yelling from outside and door steps stomping down the corridors. Didn't get much sleep at all. The curtains are also not black out curtains so expect to be woken up by sunlight.

The front desk arranged very good day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at very reasonable prices. Very healthy breakfast was also provided.

Kevin and Ella are exceptional people who go out of their way to help and assist the hotel guests. Even though I only stayed one night, they treated me like I had been staying there for weeks and helped me book taxi, bus booking, tour advice, food recommendations, luggage storage and never hesitated to answer any questions. I would loved to stay longer but the hotel was sold out. I wish them the best and hope to stay with them again if I return to Hanoi. Thank you Kevin and Ella :)

Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely designed with comfortable bed. Breakfast is delicious and there are many options. Some of the rooms are small and there is not enough space but it’s not a big deal and everyone can adjust to it.

The bathroom was spotless. Front desk staff Elia and Kevin were happy faces and were always there to help. Both day and night shift security guys Quang1 and Quang2 were always alert and were honest with their work.Housekeeping team was also tremendous in their work ethics Superior Double room or Twin room which we had also booked was too small.no space to open the 25 kg bag as well.

And even though I only had one flight of stairs with a small piece of luggage I could have handled by myself, they helped me with my stuff to the room. It was also very handy that they provide you with toothbrushes and toothpaste, comb, cotton set, and shower cap. This was all perfect for my one night stay. It seemed like the last guests left their airline slippers/loafers in the room and housekeeping didn’t take them out, which made me question the cleanliness of the place a little bit. But it wasn’t a big deal.

We did a couple of two day trips out of Hanoi and the Hotel took care of our excess luggage while away. Very accommodating staff. Shout out to staff: Duc Anh, Ella, Kevin. Don't know if the driver the Hotel provided us for transport to the airport is a reflection on the Hotel, but the driver assigned was a bit of a risk taker (i.e. observed doing 139 Km/hour).

Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel was impressively quiet, which made it easy to relax. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, always willing to help. A special thank you to Kevin, who made us feel especially welcome with his thoughtful and attentive service. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and genuinely great service! Nothing I could think of.

- Jonathan (8/5): Lovely location - good value for money. Wish it was a bit more sound proof. - The location was incredible - staff were lovely and helpful. We stayed in the room closest to the stairs on the second floor and the door/walls were very thin which meant we could hear a lot (breakfast/cutlery being prepared at 5am and people checking out). Got woken up at 5am for 2 out the 3 mornings we were there.

- Lisa (10/5): Convenient, comfortable friendly and helpful. - Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in the heart of the old quarter. The staff were exceptional. They helped us on so many levels - recommending quality local suppliers, tours, stores and restaurants, organising transport, phoning our accommodation at our next destination to check on something for us, walked us to a good location to get a cab. They were friendly, spoke good English and were good humoured. The hotel is really well situated for accessing the old quarter and the lake. We loved our stay here.
