• Brooke (1/5): Horrible and biohazard stay—wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. - Location. Black mold in the bathroom, could hear EVERYTHING other guests were doing, horrible smell, BLACK. MOLD. IN. BATHROOM.

• Jenny (8/5): Overall our experience was good, just needs some deep cleaning for the toilet and staff shouldn’t let their guest wait f - The location of the property was near most tourist spots which was very convenient. Our room was big and very comfortable. I just have a comment regarding the bathroom which was a bit dirty especially the walls inside the shower. Also check in time was supposed to be 14:30 but then the staff was late so we went in the room past 3pm already and we were so tired.

• Cathryn (6/5): - Good location with great coffee shop just few meters away, Forno Conti & co. I found it to be musty smelling, both as you walk in the building and in the bathroom. Online Communication a bit difficult with the owner. Also, note there is no place to store luggage after checkout .

De noche es segura, hay supermercados, bares y restaurantes cerca. En la esquina hay una fuente de agua potable constante para cargar tu botella. el departamento tiene todo!

• Yanel (6/5): Bueno - L’emplacement est excellent a 5min à pied du colosseum, proche des transports,l’hôte est sympa et accueillant. L’appartement contient deux suites avec toutes les commodités, mini bar, bouilloire, fer à repasser.. L’isolation est nulle, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre à côté, chambre humide, odeur d’humidité et d’égout dans la salle de bain, la propreté est de 5/10 et la literie est un peu morte et le lit n’est pas tres ferme.

• Simona (6/5): Carino ma non soddisfacente - La disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario. La posizione rispetto al centro città e ai posti di nostro interesse. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccessivo anche se ci si trova nel pressi del centro città. Penso bisogni offrire un servizio per la colazione in camera più completo e organizzato ( anche solo una piccola macchinetta per il caffè in cialde e fette biscottate con marmellate come si trovano in altre strutture dove non offrono la colazione espressa), trovo superflue certe offerte di kit da stanza. Il wifi non era utilizzabile ma per il nostro breve soggiorno non è stato indispensabile. Il bagno senza finestre purtroppo porta cattivi odori nonostante la ventola di aspirazione e nel momento in cui questa si spegne inevitabilmente si sente la puzza dell'umidità.

• Leontina (10/5): Amazing accommodation - I had a wonderful stay in this hotel room in Rome and would highly recommend it. The room was very clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. It felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent – close to the city center and with the metro just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Despite being so well connected, the area was pleasant and convenient. Communication with the host was smooth and effortless throughout my stay. He was kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely love to come back again in the future!

Although the location is said to be in a "worse" part of the city, for me the accommodation was completely quiet and safe. 10-15 min walk from the Colosseum and a short walk from the subway and the main train station. The accommodation was stylish, nice and tidy. The only thing I would probably criticize is that the owner should leave the heating running a little longer. I was there at the end of November and it was already cold in the evening and the stone walls and tiles on the floor did not have time to warm up so it was quite cold in the room. Otherwise, for me, I was completely satisfied and I can only recommend it for stay. Nothing except the cold in the room.

• Simon (6/5): - The air conditioning and bed were lovely. The location is also extremely convenient as you are close to the colosseum and drinking spots. If you like walking, it is also a good spot to be. There was no hot water for showering at night. Actually, not only was it not hot, but it was so insanely cold that my wife couldnt shower. I was able to because I do cold plunges routinely in the mountains of Colorado, but thats a ridiculous bar to be setting. Even I was cold.

• Christian (7/5): - Limpio y organizado Al llegar al alojamiento no hay quien te reciba, después de 3 horas de haber llegado fue que pudimos comunicarnos con el encargado para que nos entregara la habitación. Deben mejorar esa parte de comunicación con el cliente que tiene reserva antes de que llegue al lugar
• Arkaitz (9/5): Alojamiento acogedor muy bien equipado y ubicado. - La habitación es bonita, está muy bien equipada y la ubicación del alojamiento es muy buena. Al tratarse de un bajo, se escuchan los sonidos de la calle, pero la insonorización es buena. Además la calle es tranquila.

Ample room to enjoy a bedroom and living area, with amenities and fresh air. The location is excellent, close to all the cafes and restaurants+very easy to get to the buses and trains. We walked to the colosseum with ease and found the security of the property comforting! The host was an excellent communicator and so easy to contact if we needed anything. Excellent value for money and very comfortable. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in Rome! Nothing, suggestion to include instant coffee in the room, however, cafes are very close by for a caffeine hit!

O dono deixa café à vontade e permitiu que eu deixasse as minhas malas guardadas na recepção após o checkout :) Só achei ruim que o banheiro não tinha porta, então foi um pouco constrangedor com o meu parceiro que estava deitado na cama dado que eu não tinha privacidade

Simone was very friendly and gave some good advice on checking in. - The property was clean and had everything we needed from hairdryer, iron also tea and coffee facilities and a small fridge. The property is in an ideal location and is only a short walk away from the colloseum (10-15mins) metro station at the end of the street where you can get to any of the sights. When we checked in Simone was very friendly and gave us some good advice on where things was and how to get there. When I go back to Rome I will definitely be returning to this property. • Keng (5/5): Nth very good but up to standard - This is an apartment convert into hotel , located in the city centre , don’t really close to the station, it took 20 mins walk . The room is big and good for a couple . The owner has giving clear instructions to check in . However he won’t reply u any message besides of reminding you pay tax and check out . So it probably is Italian way to treat traveller .
