Milena (7/5): Lovely :) - The location was excellent, 5 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants. Beds were super comfy. Staff very sweet, especially the lady :) The WiFi in my room was awful and kept getting cut out, barely had a connection. Would have liked more selection for breakfast but it was lovely for a short stay!

Was great to get into our room early at 11am, thank you! En-suite door was hard to open & close. Had a big step up into and big step down into the en-suite. Breakfast was served too late for us to have.

The rooms were big and clean and definitely more than we expected for what we paid. The owner was so kind, always smiling and helping us with anything we needed. Best price for value - highly recommend! Brakfast could have had a bit more variety (just toast and tea/coffee). But other than that, everything was great

In other BnBs when I had an early flight, I was provided a breakfast sack- fruit, pastry, water, this place didnt offer this.

David (8/5): A clean, comfortable, convenient and low cost place to stay while visiting an elderly relative. - Simple, but clean, comfortable and great location for Burwood station and shops. Low cost accommodation. Breakfast provides a choice of cereals, toast and apple. Air conditioner was effective. Room was small and rather basic, but no complaints.

Cheryl-Ann (9/5): It was good overall. - I liked the cereal and toast choices. Food was pretty fresh the whole morning. Good range of drinks there, too. Not enough fresh fruit or milk - had to use half a dozen milk pods for my cereal the second morning.
Peter (10/5): Comfortable, convenient B&B. Great for anyone travelling to Sydney to see music in the Enmore area. - Great location, close to the train station. I was able to carch a train to my destination for under $2, in the same time it would have taken to get a $40 Uber ride. Light, airy room with a comfortable bed. Nothing springs to mind.

Uwe (4/5): Nicht nochmal - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Burwood Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit ist Mangelhaft. Das Badezimmer hatte keine richtig schliessende Tür und war so eng das man die Toilette nur im diagonalsitz nutzen konnte. Bei der Matratze konnte man die Sprungfedern fühlen. K Die Zimmertür hat nicht meinem Anspruch an Sichrheit gegen Einbruch genügt. Das Frühstück war knapp unterdurchschnittlich.

The bathroom situation, only one bathroom for way too many rooms. Didn’t seem very sanitary. No aircon and the window wouldn’t stay up. Very hot for summer.

I had a Hyundai Tucson and there were 3 other cars much the same size in the designated parking area. Beds were not very comfortable

Georgia (7/5): Amazing stay with the family - The staff at burwood bed and breakfast were amazing! It is owned by the sweetest family and they come and greet you at breakfast and interact with the kids while you eat, they make the stay so wonderful! The grounds are amazing, and the building is old and full of charm!we stayed with our 3 toddlers and the rooms are well suited to half 5 people in them and not feel crowded or ontop of each other, we all had a great sleep and the bed were super comfy. The building is really close to everything like the train station and tje Westfield is only like 3 blocks away which is super convenient The rooms could be alittle more equipt at the kitchenette, cutlery, cold water ect And the reakfast could have been alittle bit more set up like providing juice for the kids, milk station, more fruit options, yoghurt, still plenty of options avaliable just would have liked to see more continental options for the price paid per night

Having breakfast included, whilst only basic, toast and cereal, was so handy to be able to feed everyone before heading off for the day. The bathroom was slightly small in our suite, however we are tall people, would be suited to shorter than say 170cm.

No air con, fan worked really slow only. Hot box. Very cheap everything - bed frame, little old fridge, bedside. Bed was hard and awful, sqeaky. Random blinds do not stop sunlight at all, so no sleep in. No flyscreen on window.
