• Charlotte (8/5): Generelt et godt hotel med super sødt og hjælpsomt personale. - Ligger lige ved siden af en togstation, så man kan komme ind til centrum. Personalet var super søde og poolen er lækker. Køkkenet er meget mangelfuldt, der var fx ikke saks, skærebrætter, si, fade til ovn eller skåle mv. Temperature og programmerne på ovnen, var slidt af, så man ikke kunne se, hvor varm oven var eller hvilket program man lavede.

Bazen taky veliké plus. Pokoj Vám neuklízí. Za nové ručníky musíte zaplatit 8€ navic. Plus ručníky k bazénu dalších 10€. Trošku nevšední na ostatních hotelech mate ručníky zdarma a úklid též.

• Mwaura (5/5): OK - The neighborhood of the hotel is calm, though on the downside its far away from all the sites. Our room was located in a corner on the top with verrry steep stairs that no one told us about and no help with suitcases getting up. When we complained they said it was the only room available, yet we had checked in online . we had no choice as it was very late.....they got us someone to help get them down on check out. That room is nowhere on their website.

• Jennifer (8/5): Lovely hotel for a great price - The hotel was DIRECTLY at Balduina Station which was very convenient. There was also a VERY good restaurant nearby. The hotel itself was well kept and really nicely designed (loved the lobby design!) staff was mostly really friendly. The rooms were nice (we booked two Studios and one double room), pretty and clean and I was happy about a second provided pillow. The bed was comfortable and the terrace was a nice add-on. We did not swim in the pool but the pool area looked quite nice. I enjoyed breakfast only one time due to my timing and it was good, my family liked it aswell. All in all we really liked our stay and I am impressed for the provided comfort especially at this rate :) - Water in the shower went from warm to cold multiple times while showering. - I think our Double room was situated next to the hotels laundry room? We heard washing mashine noises throughout multiple nights. You could also hear other guests but I also have been in hotels where this was way worse. Maybe bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper. With earbuds I slept really well :) - The standard provided pillows were a little too big and not very nice to sleep on, but there was a thinner pillow provided in the cabinet. I am sure staff would also give you another thinner one if you wanted to change pillows, we did not ask tho :)

• KateMallett2018 (10/5): Friendly helpful staff, clean and spacious apartment - Absolutely brilliant 4 night stay couldn't fault it, staff are super friendly, available 24/7 and able to assist with any questions that you might have. Upon arrival staff provided maps of the local area and of Rome's transport system which was particularly helpful in getting around the city. Apartment was perfect, clean and spacious with a large balcony and great views of the surrounding area with plenty of greenery and beautiful sunsets. The location is slightly further out than other hotels, however it is next door to a train station with regular trains available throughout the day time and taxis available for the evening at a reasonable price. Would definitely stay again thank you so much for a lovely visit.

• njigsaw (10/5): Happily surprised- Efficient and comfortable stay. - Easily accessed from Rome Fiumicino airport using local trains and NOT the Leonardo Express service. Simple train change at Trestevere station. €8 per person. Hotel is 100m from Balduina station. Reception friendly and multiple languages spoken. As expected tourist tax paid at check in. As 3 star hotel its €6 per person per night. A €50 euro deposit taken for potential damage and cleaning. Its all written clearly in booking conditions prior to selecting. Accomodation slightly worn but satisfactory. We'd chosen specifically self catering facilities. Kitchenette well provided for. Two rings, combi microwave/grill, kettle, basic pans and good selection of crockery and cutlery, fridge. Good supermarkets within easy walk or local all night bottle store opposite for emergency beers and wine. Breakfast can be purchased at hotel if required. No restauraunt in hotel but excellent one located next door, which opens till late. Easy access into main city via local train station or busses 500-1000m walk. Never felt threatened on rail network. Overall very pleasantly surprised, based on some previous reviews. Will look to go again as its quiet, easy access and self catering facilities worked for our needs. Thank you.

• Daniela Purgaru (9/5): Great stay - The location is very good, in a quiet area, with a train station (train to the center, 1 euro) and supermarkets nearby. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly. On the day of departure we were able to leave our luggages in the hotel until almost time to leave for the airport. The room I got had a balcony with a screen that prevented me from seeing outside.

• 581ankitam (4/5): Do not expect accor standards or 4 stars - Poor service all in all, didn't expect an accor hotel to be this. We booked one of the superior rooms which looked new, the room itself was okay - not four stars but decent enough. The issues are mostly service related: - Advertised smart TV doesn't work, we spent hours figuring it out only to know it was down. Wish this was communicated at check in. They advertise it everywhere in the room - No room cleaning service, thankfully we were there only two nights. - The kitchen has no basic condiments- oil, salt etc. it's not a big let down but it's possible to have this as it's there in other BnBs. - There is a 50 euro fee they hold, which we got to know at check in. We haven't got it back, but hope that happens soon. - In general, staff needs better training. Sometimes they were nice and other times very rude. We went to ask for sugar packets and met with so much disgust. We had got a agreed late checkout the night before as instructed by the staff, and then got a knock next morning asked to get out in 15 mins. It was a misunderstanding apparently, and the staff apologized at check out - but that really soured our experience anyway. - the entrance concrete driveway is under construction, but no safety or signage. - in general, the floor looked unclean, the toilet has a sewage smell due to plumbing issues, the toiletries are not filled and we had to ask at desk. - small things like microwave was unplugged and you have to take it out to plug it back in as if you are moving into a new apartment yourself. They treat it as a apartment that you have rented and expect you to do everything. I am not sure if it's a hostel, because nowhere did I think they know what a aparthotel is. The location is only good if you want to visit Vatican. Check for train strikes etc as the only reliable public transport was not available to us due to strikes.

I did not care for the breakfast and the lone grumpy lady that manned it. She seemed unhappy. The offering was not good. For 20 euros it was not worth it.

We asked several times to fix the lamp in the room — it was not repaired even after the 5th–7th request. The TV was repaired only partially. The trash was not taken out regularly, and towels were not replaced. The staff was standoffish and unhelpful, with no apology or willingness to assist. Particularly Stefano For this price and brand, the level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

• Flemming (9/5): Anbefalelsesværdigt - Hotellet lå tæt på offentlig transport og gjorde det nemt at komme ind til centrum. Poolen var til fri afbenyttelse og personalet var flinke og imødekommende. Der var rent og rummet var stort, lyst og med stor balkon. Alt i alt et fantastisk ophold. Wifi var svingende og morgenmaden var ok men ikke mere. Heldigvis var der flere butikker tæt på med fint udvalg af brød og pålæg

Ser ut som det var noe mugg eller noe råte ved vinduet på kjøkkenet og noe ved dusjen. Sengene er latterlig harde å man får vondt i ryggen over lenger tid. Du må også gå ut med egen søppel å de kommer ikke å vasker eller noe løpet av den uken vi var her. Frokosten var overprisa å veldig liten buffé. 2 personer var nesten 40€ å vi spiste 4 brødskiver, noe pålegg og jus.

• Irina (10/5): Foarte bine. - Locația este la 5 minute de stația de tren/ metro / autobuz. Se ajunge în centru cam în 40 de minute. Sunt 2 corpuri de clădire, cel înalt are lift și camere spațioase, cu terase generoase. Celălalt corp de clădire are camere cu mobilier mai modern, dar mai mici. Camerele sunt curate, chicineta e dotată , ar fi bun și un ibric de cafea și câteva condimente ( sare, piper, ulei). Hotelul e aproape de restaurant, de magazine. Baile sunt spațioase și dotate cu tot ceea ce trebuie. Garanția de 50 de euro pe cameră mi-a fost restituită în 2 zile pe card, integral. Taxa de oraș e destul de mare. Personalul e amabil. Am avut 2 camere în 2 corpuri diferite, deși rezervasem același tip de cameră. Upgrade-ul a fost în alt corp de clădire.

• Alice (8/5): Great stay with good facilities. - Breakfast was a good variety. Rooms were very large and comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Shower didn’t stay at temperature and went to scalding hot many times with me or my children in with no way of making it cooler. Very noisy room as near a busy road and workmen/bin men/hotel workers around very early in the morning. Pool had to be booked and there seemed to be many rules to be obeyed.

• DIANA CAROLINA (3/5): Terrible - La ubicación. Esta al lado de la estación y también es fácil tomar buses Me ofrecieron una habitación que tenía cocina y utensilios para poder preparar alimentos y al llegar nos dicen que así no está la reserva en su sistema, que era un problema de Booking. Finalmente no entiendo porque si el problema es entre booking y el hotel, sea el cliente al que tienen que afectar. Es un hotel que ya necesita un mantenimiento, la habitación no estaba tan aseada, el secador sucio y viejo, la nevera no funcionaba y en la ducha se salia el agua, terrible. la relación calidad-precio no corresponde

• Tricia (2/5): - I will start with the plus- it’s got a fun vibe in the common spaces and the apartments are roomy if you have a family. Silvia at front desk is wonderful. DOWNSIDE- terrible chemicals odors in the room late morning day 2 or two day quick Rome trip. Went out in morning cane back to bleach/ intense chloride vapors. Both maintenance and manager agreed something very wrong. By the time the matter was settled and they had me pack up ,gave me a new room in another building -almost 4 hours later- I had missed the entire afternoon in Rome. It’s not close to sites, so you need to leave early. They spray for bugs and put the small print in places you don’t see. There are chemical odors and instead of a refund for missing entire day of only 2 days dealing with their chemicals issue, they said ‘ you got a bigger room’’- I didn’t want a bigger room. I wanted to see Rome. Refused to give any refund for chemical inhalation, Waiting 2 hours to determine with staff what’s the issue and another 2 to re- pack and find new room. No refund and missed entire day. COSTLIEST ECONOMY room ever . You are taking your chances.
• Cesar Reinert (8/5): Ótima opção pra quem quer visitar o Vaticano e Roma. Apartamento equipado e espaçoso do lado a estação de trem Roma Bald - Fica ao lado da estação de trem Roma Balduina. Nada, correu tudo bem. Só o ralo do chuveiro que estava com pouca vazão.
