- genc (5/5): - Location No support after 20:00 , We forgot the keys inside a room one evening and it was impossible to reach out to staff as the number they had was not in any chat platforms like whatsapp or telegram, tried calling the number and no answer so we were locked out of the room until 08:00 AM, So if you need asistence from the staff there it needs to be between 08:00-20:00!

- CAMILO (6/5): Buena ubicación, pero alojamiento muy básico - El alojamiento destaca principalmente por su ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de trenes Termini, lo que lo hace muy conveniente para moverse por Roma y para estancias cortas. Cumple con lo necesario para pasar una noche, aunque es bastante básico en cuanto a instalaciones y comodidades. La habitación estaba poco insonorizada y se escuchaba mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones. Las camas eran bastante sencillas, con almohadas pequeñas, y las toallas no resultaban muy confortables. El alojamiento en general es antiguo, con una TV pequeña y equipamiento limitado (por ejemplo, solo había jabón en la ducha). En conjunto, podría mejorar en confort y mantenimiento.
- Marta (2/5): Na tento hotel sa určite už nevrátim. Sklamanie. - Páčila sa mi poloha, a výťah na piate poschodie. Izba, kde boli veľmi stiesnené podmienky. Dostali sme len pre jednu osobu uterák, za čo sa ospravedlnili. Na izbe sme nemali žiadny pohár a chýbal sprchový šampón. Veľmi, ale naozaj veľmi otravoval hrozný zápach ktorý išiel z odtoku v sprche. Už čo sme vkročili do tejto izby sme to cítili. Určite vedeli o tomto probléme. Takúto izbu by nemali vôbec ponúkať, a mali sme žiadať o výmenu izby ak by to naozaj šlo. Vedela som o malej izbe, ale na fotografiách som videla balkón. Tak som pristúpila k tejto voľbe.

Il bagno era inaccettabile: peli anche sui muri, tavoletta del WC ingiallita (gialla) e doccia con muffa evidente. Le lenzuola erano macchiate e mancavano i coprimaterassi. Il pavimento non sembrava nemmeno essere stato pulito. Il terrazzo era inutilizzabile a causa dello sporco. Mancavano anche alcuni servizi base come bollitore e ferro da stiro, ma il problema principale resta la scarsa igiene generale. Mi dispiace non poter allegare le foto, che mostrerebbero chiaramente le condizioni della stanza. Esperienza molto negativa, non conforme agli standard minimi di pulizia.

Персонал не оказывает услугу по вызову такси

- RAUL (9/5): Excelente ubicación y personal muy atento - La habitación en fotografía se percibe más pequeña de lo que realmente es. Es un lugar cómodo para pasar un par de días en la ciudad. En cuanto a la ubicación, a nosotros nos pareció muy buena, dado que estabamos a 5 minutos caminando del metro Termini, por lo que desde ahí recorrimos a los principales atractivos de Roma. Nunca vimos algo raro en Termini, además en la noche siempre había policías. El hotel tiene una terraza para poder comer y tomar un buen vino, para relajarse después de las largas caminatas por la ciudad. El personal muy amable, incluso nos prestaron un paraguas en un día de lluvia en la ciudad.

- Adam (10/5): Staff went above and beyond to resolve an issue to not disrupt our visit to Rome. - Unfortunately the hot water was not working for our arrival but the staff were amazing. They explained to us on arrival what the issue was, they organised a new property for us to stay at and even covered the cost of taxi to get to the different property. When we arrived everything was seamlessly organised. Staff were so helpful apologetic but turned a nightmare situation into such an easy experience.

Nonostante avessimo avvisato immediatamente della mancanza di acqua calda, il receptionist ci ha detto che la mattina seguente sarebbe venuto il tecnico. Il problema non è stato risolto fino alla fine del nostro soggiorno creando quindi notevole disagio. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non è ammissibile che una struttura non risolva nell'immediato situazioni del genere
- Dirk (3/5): Nonostante il ragazzo bravo alla reception che ha fatto tutto quello che poteva, mai più. - Il ragazzo alla reception era molto simpatico ed accogliente e ci ha tratto con molto rispetto e simpatia. Assolutamente da consigliare. Non c'era acqua calda per entrambe le notti e non è stato comunicato in modo trasparente quando poteva essere risolto. In camera c'era freddo e l'aria calda non andava. Le coperte non erano adeguate per la stagione.

Fui de dia e a noite caminhando e olhando a cidade. Tem cafeterias e restaurantes na rua da hospedagem praticamente. Acomodação confortável. Super atendeu minhas expectativas. Banheiro funciona bem, chuveiro, aquecedores, cama ok, rouoa de cama ok. Retornaria com certeza.

- Inmaculada (9/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, el personal muy amable nos indico que autobús coger antes de nuestra llegada. Rodeado de cafeterías, tiendas y restaurantes. Hotel muy sencillo y muy limpio. La ducha , bueno más bien la alcachofa de la ducha. Deberían cambiarla.

- Nermin (9/5): - Staff was very friendly, everthing from their side pefect. That there wasn't fridge in the room. We have one at reception which is OK but inconvenient.
- Maria (5/5): The stay wasn’t bad for its price. The staff was helpful if needed. It was clean. - It was right next to the main station in Rome. The room has been cleaned every day. There was no real bed duvet - just a blanket and a bedsheet and it was one for two people. The towels were not real towel. No utilities in the room like cups or cutlery. Scary old elevator but it worked. Far from all the tourists attractions (20-40 min walk to most of them).

- grzegorz (6/5): dobre miejsce na to żeby się wygodnie przespać i umyć. - lokalizacja bardzo dobra. łóżka bardzo wygodne. pierwsze wrażenie było słabe ale potem było całkiem dobrze. winda jest naprawdę stara i na początku baliśmy się do niej wejść ale potem traktowaliśmy ją jako ciekawy obiekt muzealny. nie chce się źle wypowiadać ale jakiś konserwator powinien zaglądnąć od czasu do czasu sprawdzić czy wszystko działa tak jak trzeba. wygłuszenie między pokojami nie istnieje.

Siamo arrivati ieri sera in questa struttura pessima devo dire, entriamo erano quasi le 23:00 stavamo per andare su con l’ascensore ma ci siamo fermati perché abbiamo visto che era leggermente vecchio e magari insicuro , volevamo salire le scale ma abbiamo trovato 3 BARBONI accasciati sulle scale che dormivano e non mi sembrava il caso perché potevano farci anche del male non si sa mai. allora abbiamo preso e ce ne siamo andati in un altro HOTEL PIÙ ACCOGLIENTE!!!!.

- Till (1/5): - Die Lage Nähe Bahnhof. Sehr neue Betten. Schimmel an den Badfliesen, Schimmel an der abgehängten Bad-Decke. Sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Beim Lüften kam durchs Fenster ein Lösungsmittel-Gestank. Dies wirkte sich negativ auf die Atemwege aus. Ich persönlich hätte sogar Hautausschläge. Wir haben nur zwei der drei Übernachtungen in Anspruch genommen und sind bereits am Freitag früh wieder abgereist. Eine Erstattung gab es nicht. Ich hätte Mindeststandards bei über Booking.com gebuchten Hotels erwartet. Dies war erstmals definitiv nicht der Fall.

- leonardo (9/5): Posizione ottima per visitare la Capitale - Struttura a due passi dalla Stazione Termini e quindi comodissima per gli spostamenti con i mezzi pubblici. L'addetto alla reception è stato gentilissimo e professionale. Camera accogliete e con un magnifico balcone. Tutto molto funzionale e pulitissimo.
- Mirosław (9/5): Easy access from Termini, good accomodation. - Easy access from Termini. Easy check-in even in the middle of night. Good contact with reception, instructions given by them step by step. Clean, comfortable, while the room slightly outdated. The loft using is recommended due to the possibility of night guests on the stairs. Ideal place for 1 night. Don’t expect too much, you will be satisfied.
- Jacques (5/5): Chambre au confort spartiate mais bien placée dans Rome - L’emplacement au cœur de Rome à proximité de la gare Termini, quartier sympa Le manque d’insonorisation et le ménage de la chambre parfois insuffisant. Odeur un peu désagréable dans la chambre et la salle de bain (remontée égout)
