• Marie-Madeleine (8/5): - Emplacement au top, a proximité du pont de galata dans un environnement calme. En arrivant le premier soir on a vraiment l'impression que c'est un quartier mal famé, mais au quotidien, tout est facile Dans le bâtiment annexe : chambre est spacieuse et la literie très confortable N'ayant pas fait attention, nous avions l'hébergement annexe qui est moins "beau" que l'hotel. Le lavabo de la chambre était ridiculement petit, et le mobilier (hormis les lits) était usagé. Très peu de rangements pour les habits ou de criochets pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain Globalement, la salle de bain est très petite alors que la chambre est spacieuse, l'espace gagnerait à être réorganisé

• Elodie (5/5): Bon séjour pour le prix. - Nous avons passé un séjour globalement correct, avec quelques points positifs à souligner : Un grand merci à Tamer pour son professionnalisme : il a su écouter nos problèmes dans la chambre et nous trouver une solution pour une nuit en attendant la réparation, contrairement à la personne présente à l’accueil auparavant qui n’avait pas pris en compte nos réclamations. Nous avons apprécié la présence d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain, la bonne qualité de la literie ainsi que les serviettes propres changées quotidiennement. La vue de l'hôtel est également très agréable. Cependant, plusieurs points négatifs méritent d’être mentionnés : Le personnel n’a pas vérifié la chambre avant notre arrivée, puisque la chasse d’eau fuyait déjà en continu dès notre installation. La robinetterie de la douche présentait également des dysfonctionnements. Le petit déjeuner ne nous a pas convaincus. A titre d'information : certaines chambres sont situées en contrebas de l’hôtel principal, nécessitant de monter une pente très raide pour accéder à la réception ou au petit déjeuner, avec un accès compliqué pour les taxis. Il est préférable d’être en bonne condition physique avant de réserver ce type de chambre, même si cela ne nous a pas posé de problème personnellement.

• Haticegul (8/5): hat uns sehr gut gefallen - Das Hotel war sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, aber es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Tagsüber kann man gemütlich auf der Terrasse sitzen und bei einem Getränk die wunderschöne Aussicht geniessen. Das Zimmer war sauber, jedoch eher klein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da das Hotel aus Holz gebaut ist, ist es etwas hellhörig. Zudem fährt in der Nähe ein Zug vorbei, was teilweise ziemlich laut sein kann.

• Червоняк Таня (10/5): - Зупинялася в цьому готелі в свій перший візит до Стамбулу, і цього разу зупинила свій вибір на ньому , дуже привітний персонал,в кімнаті прибирали щодня , рушники міняли теж щодня ( що мене здивувало приємно) смачні сніданки, вид з тераси просто на мільйон,до речі з кімнати був такий же вид. Нічого поганого сказати не можу ,все було супер. Рекомендую готель HHK Hotel ❤️

• Luisa (10/5): Super Hotel für Istanbul Kurztrip! - Sehr gefallen hat uns, das die Unterkunft sehr zentral liegt. Man ist sehr schnell bei vielen Touristen Attraktionen. Das Frühstück war klasse und auch Pool mit dem Ausblick - Traumhaft! Es könnte etwas sauberer in den Zimmern sein, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Wir wussten, dass das Hotel schon älter ist.

• Elalia Wafa (10/5): Top! Ik raad het iedereen aan! - Het personeel, de ligging van het hotel en het service was top! Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer is ook prachtig! Het ontbijt is een buffet ,er is dus redelijk veel keuze! Het personeel in de lobby Tamer,Nadir, Emrah en Emre stonden ons altijd te woord. Niets is hun te veel gevraagd. Het volledige personeel ben ik enorm enorm tevreden over en ze komen ook met alternatieven, wij hadden normaal gezien het appartement geboekt, maar vonden het hotel zelf aangenamer. Het was voor hun geen probleem en Tamer zorgde ervoor dat het geregeld werd. Ze zijn echt behulpzaam en vriendelijk! De dames van de onderhoud zijn ook top! Als we aangeven van vandaag willen wij met rust gelaten worden dan respecteren ze dat! Raad iedereen dit hotel aan! Mama, tante en ik hebben zich echt goed geamuseerd! Bedankt en Gűrűzurus! Er is geen lift aanwezig in het gebouw. Men die het moeilijk heeft met trappen zou dan het best een kamer beneden nemen.
• Siham (3/5): Le séjour assez médiocre, heureusement que le personnel et la vue sont là pour rattraper - Le personnel était très chaleureux et disponible. La vue était fabuleuse. Vous avez une personne à l'accueil 24h/24h La chambre d'hôtel n'était pas en très bon état. Le lit n'était pas confortable, la moquette était sale. Avis aux personnes souffrant d'allergies : attention. J'ai passé un séjour très éprouvant. À partir de 21h, vous êtes exposé à des odeurs nauséabondes dues aux déchets brûlés par un centre de tri situé non loin de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon, ils ne font aucun effort.
• Nigar (10/5): Otel çalışanları hepsi çok kibar, ismini unuttum otel müdirine çok teşekkür ederim, ilk gün oda ile ilgiri küçük bir sor - Otelin konumu ve manzarası muhteşem. 3-4 dakikalık mesafede metro, otobüs, tren durağı var. Otelin çalışanları çok ilgili, çok nazik, hepsine teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Otelin yolu yokuş, ama çok uzun tırmanmıyorsun kısa bir mesafe. Ama otelin kendisi ve manzarası o kadar güzel ki, çıktığın o yolu unutuyorsun.

• Elizaveta (3/5): The hotel should be renovated, disinfected and cleaned well. More food options should be offered at the breakfast - The view was beautiful. Housekeeping was coming everyday. It would be better if scrambled eggs would be offered at breakfast every day. The location is very close to the historic center! There were BED BUGGS!!!!!!! We detected them immediately and we got a better room. Bedbugs live in the building which is placed the closest to the Bosporus. The area was not beautiful and looked scary. The hotel is placed on the hill, so it’s hard to go upstairs. The common areas were unpleasant (dirty pool, broken furniture), the hotel is old. Furniture was decrepit.

• Patrick (10/5): Très beau konak bien restauré, avec vue. - Notre chambre étant un peu bruyante nous avons ete surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre avec vue sur la Corne d'Or et Galata. Superbe petit déjeuner.. Terrasse avec vue sur le Bosphore. Personnel très accueiilant particulièrement Batu, Tamer et Firat. Rien, tout est parfait et simple à notre goût. C'est pour cela que nous y revenons.

• Sandra (10/5): 100% recommend - Very spacious and clean room. The location was superb, and the huge advantage was a terrace with a beautiful view. Our separate building had its own terrace, too. The staff is kind and friendly. We could leave our backpacks before and after check-in/check-out. The breakfast is big and delicious. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

• JUNRYO (1/5): キレイな写真で即決したが、大失敗。今後は慎重に選ぶことに。 - グランバザール等へは歩いていけて、アクセスは良かった カビ臭い部屋。蚊に悩まされた。ベッドサイドライト、椅子さえもなく、くつろげない。目の前には窓に洗濯物を下げているアパートがあり、ブラインドを上げることもできない。臭いがひどいが、換気扇も無かったので虫がはいってくるのを覚悟して窓を開けてなければならなかった。

• Emily (8/5): Incredible view, Beautiful Old Home, Great Breakfast - The location is amazing! Right by the metro and within reasonable waking distance to all the big sights in Fatih. The hotel is in a beautiful old historic home. The view from the hotel is incredible! The (included) breakfast was abundant and delicious. There is a rooftop pool! We stayed in February, and our room was a little cold. But to be fair we didn’t talk to the staff about it. I’m sure if we had talked to them they would have fixed it for us.

Although there's sound of the train at night, we knew that would happen. View wise, great. Toilet lock didn't work. The staff should confirm us about cleaning time.

• stuart (3/5): Disappointed and sleep deprived - We booked the family room in advance. It had been given away. The alternative was not acceptable: 2 double rooms (not a twin for teenage kids) on opposite sides of hotel over railway station with midnight drilling (booked family room was on back). Hot water did not work for entire stay and air con faulty, either jammed on so we were freezing or switched on with no air so hot. We were therefore all severely sleep deprived for the entirety of our stay. We reported all of this verbally and on email to reception. Staff not bothered. Location up very steep windy streets. Failure to provide what was booked. Furnishings old. No hot water. Faulty air con. Location.
• Raziye (10/5): - A beautiful and charming hotel with an authentic atmosphere and comfortable rooms. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The view from both the room and the terrace was absolutely stunning – a perfect way to enjoy Istanbul. What truly made my stay special was the service from Umut – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful. He made me feel truly seen and appreciated. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely come back!

• Marie-Antide (9/5): - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour: la situation de l'hôtel, proche des lieux touristiques sans y être au coeur, l'accueil du personnel, aimable et à l'écoute, la terrase avec une vue magnifique, de jour comme de nuit, et la piscine pour se rafraîchir après une bonne journée de promenade ... L'hôtel est aussi une ancienne demeure ottamane rénovée, avec beaucoup de charme. Nous y reviendrons !

• Anastasia (8/5): Un charme historique à Istanbul - Le cadre magnifique : L'hôtel se situe dans un superbe bâtiment du XIXe siècle, plein de charme et de caractère. Le petit-déjeuner : Très copieux et délicieux, un vrai régal pour commencer la journée. Le personnel : Un grand merci à l'équipe ! Ils sont extrêmement accueillants et chaleureux. L’emplacement : L'hôtel est proche du centre-ville avec un accès facile aux transports (métro, bus et tramway juste à côté). On peut aussi tout faire à pied très facilement. La vue : La terrasse offre une vue absolument époustouflante sur la ville. Équipement de la chambre : Il n'y a malheureusement pas de bouilloire en chambre. Même si j'avais mes propres sachets de thé, je devais en acheter à chaque fois. Isolation phonique : Le point noir du séjour reste le bruit. On entend tout : les voisins du dessus, les arrivées tardives dans le couloir et le trafic dans la rue. L'isolation est très faible. Conseils : Prévoyez absolument des boules Quies et un masque de sommeil. À savoir avant de réserver: Attention pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de santé : l'hôtel est situé sur une colline. Le chemin pour y accéder est assez raide et pavé. Monter à l'hôtel et redescendre vers le centre demande un certain effort physique.

Chambre exiguë et bruyante (le métro passe sous l’hôtel) Chambre qui prend l’air de tous les côtés très mal isolée, trous aux fenêtres, lit tout juste convenable et confortable et de petite taille Idéal serait un king size Vue de la chambre sur détritus Pas de chauffage dans la sdb (pourtant demandé mais sans réponse) en décembre il fait froid voir très froid (nous avons eu entre -2 et +5 max du séjour normal à cette époque) alors moins de 15 dans la SDB c’est vraiment trop juste, serviettes défraîchies SdB hors d'âge, besoin d'un rafraîchissement urgent, portes de douche ne fonctionne pas Quartier alentour délabré, pour autant pas d’insécurité apparente Petit déjeuner plus que limite, certes gratuit mais très peu voir pas de choix à l’occidentale Perso ça a été parce que je ne suis pas difficile et j’ai passé un superbe séjour à Istanbul en dehors de l'hôtel, mais je pense qu’il est important de signaler les manques qui pourrait en faire un très bon hôtel rapport qualité prix Si vous voulez prendre un taxi pour l’aller et retour aéroport hôtel, obligation de payer en espèces directement à l’hôtel ! Franchement le classement de l’hôtel est à revoir

The value is also low… I have been there a few times and it looks older and older. Nice to have breakfast but it could be so easy and not so expensive to have good fresh products!

• Luciano (8/5): Localização é tudo. Vista incrível! - A localização é excelente, perto de metrô, bonde, ônibus, balsas e comércio. Dá pra acessar as principais atrações em Istanbul a pé. A vista da cidade e dos canais é fantástica. O hotel fica no alto de uma ladeira íngrime, então não é bom para pessoas com pouca mobilidade. O café da manhã não é reposto na mesma velocidade em que é consumido, então quem chega no final encontra pouco para comer.
