• Ihab (5/5): This is not a 4 star hotel, if you are a budget traveler and this is the cheapest hotel, go for it. - The location is good, however the hotel itself is very outdated. The rooms need major renovation, the furniture is worn out, the wood is old, and the humidity in the rooms is very uncomfortable. The breakfast is also below the standard expected from a 4-star hotel and requires significant improvement. To be honest, my expectations from a 4-star hotel were much higher than what I experienced. The lobby is outdated, there are barely any facilities, and even basic amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste need to be requested separately. While that is acceptable in some cases, it still does not reflect the standard of a 4-star hotel. I travel frequently, and I would honestly say this has been one of my worst experiences in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is very limited and not worth adding to the booking. The breakfast area is also very small and always overcrowded.

• Francesca (8/5): Mediocre, posizione ottimale! - Struttura in una posizione comodissima, super centrale e in realtà il fattore sicurezza ha superato le mie aspettative. Infatti, la zona è molto più controllata rispetto al Born. Approvato anche per la comodità di avere tutti i locali e mini market sotto l’hotel. La pulizia è molto superficiale anche se viene fatta una volta al giorno alcune cose come lenzuola e tende erano già macchiate prima del nostro arrivo. Inoltre la nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone che si affacciava su un muro e una evidente tana di piccioni con annessi escrementi.

Absence de tout présents d'usage en terme de bien-être, de toilettes ou hygiène (chaussons, peignoirs, bonnet, coffre...).

• Teodora (9/5): Pleasant and comfortable stay - Location on La Rambla is excellent, close to the port. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi could be better and I didn’t like that the bathroom didn’t have proper door.

Odličan ukusan dorucak, vise vrsta kafe i dobar cedjen sok. Sprema ica štedi na samponu . Ne funkcioniše istiskivanje šampona.Nedostaje četka za toalet.

• Vivien (8/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, és segítőkész, a szoba tiszta volt. Nagyon jó helyen van a hotel, könnyű eljutni bármerre a városban. Nagyon szuper, hogy a böröndöt a szálláson lehet hagyni megörzésre. A szobánk a szemben lévő épületre nézett, ami miatt sötét volt, illetve a szoba mellett jöttek ki a mélygarázsból, nagyon hangos volt éjszaka. A wifi a szobában nem működött. Pár dologra ráférne egy kis felújítás, pl. Lift. Nem volt wc kefe.

• Sandra (6/5): Für 3 Nächte konnte man es aushalten - Es hat sehr unangenehm gerochen im Hotel, Nacht haben wir die WC Spülung in unser Bad gehört. Baustelle vor dem Hotel, kein Schrank wo man Kleidung reinlegen konnte.
