The entire experience felt completely misleading and poorly managed from the moment I arrived. The bed was constantly making noise, making it impossible to relax or sleep comfortably. The hotel entrance and exit were extremely crowded and chaotic, creating unnecessary stress and frustration every single time. The noise from the bars inside the hotel continued for hours and completely ruined any sense of comfort or peace. To make matters worse, parking was not even included, and I was forced to pay extra fees despite the already expensive stay. The check-in process was an absolute disaster — disorganized, stressful, and handled very unprofessionally. Overall, this hotel failed badly in basic hospitality, comfort, and customer experience. I deeply regret staying here and would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful or quality stay.

- Ahmed (1/5): One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had - This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had despite traveling frequently around the world. From the moment I arrived, everything was stressful and poorly managed. The hotel advertises parking, but when I arrived, I was told the regular parking was full and only paid parking was available. The bigger problem was that there was absolutely no parking anywhere around the hotel area. I had to leave my expensive car far away, then take a taxi back to the hotel, and the next day another taxi with my luggage back to my car. This alone completely ruined the stay. When I checked in, there were no towels in the room. I called multiple times and waited nearly an hour after already showering, forcing me to dry myself with tissues. I also requested slippers, ice, and an iron several times, but most items never arrived at all. The internet connection was also very poor and unreliable during the stay. To make things worse, the TV in the room was not working. Maintenance came around 1 AM, replaced it with another very old TV with terrible picture quality, and even the HDMI cable was not functioning properly. The staff during both day and night shifts were unhelpful and unprofessional, and even after contacting Booking.com requesting cancellation because of all these issues, the hotel refused without even properly addressing the situation. Overall, this stay was exhausting, stressful, and far below what was advertised. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

- mahmoud (7/5): Room was great facilities was very bad - There is the receptionist Tizita she was nice and did her best to fix my problem No internet and when I complain they said no one available from IT and not possible to fix before next day which totally not acceptable Also TV was not working and no towels on the room but they send to me after I complain to reception No parking without payment this also totally not acceptable

- Denis (10/5): Enjoyed my stay. - I really liked and appreciate the hospitality of the staffs (More so female reception from Ethiopia) was so welcoming and had customer care. Also the environment was very much condussive. The Bed 🛏️ was two in one instead of one king bed.

Bed is hard, parking for guest is limited you need to pay from outside parking only few parking is for guest for a big hotel. Other staff doesn’t know what they are doing, one of our colleague room got another guest while he was occupying the room.

Sengen var veldig hard , putene var harde , jeg spurte om jeg kunne låne bestikk fordi jeg hadde bestilt meg mat (utenfra ) og det måtte jeg betale for. De i resepsjonen sier ikke hei nesten når du kommer.

Also, they didn't replenish the food no one is checking if there's still food on the tray. Parking is not free.
