• azreez2025 (2/5): 2nd visit truly my last visit - Didnt apologies at all after my wife standing almost 5 minutes in front of the reception counter..No greeting .. 1st impression also feel not welcome… conversation between colleague & suddenly need to stress & say loudly Dog words are so annoyed & double meaning… The lady with blacksuit been asking my wife .. Rm20 pun xde.(deposit) Really.. . myself ask for a key due to super exhausted with court issue Stressful is different level.. and i told them nicely mayb i can get a room key 1st and pay the deposit after rest for a while.. your Front office strictly show sign no deposit no check in.. and told me bank rakyat just a walking distance for withdraw cash.. but u given me no tv at room..& u supposed To share no Tv in room.. right. Deposit rm50 .. do u think im going to hammer this room.. 14years in hospitality industry., i did so many unnecessary thing.. but Make a fun of my guest .. ZERO ! • glen (8/5): - Two day stay. The pool is great. Make sure you get the "new" part of the hotel. There was no wi-fi in the old section and it was in poor condition. The new section was much better.
• Arianna_walker05 (4/5): Worst Place to stay - I stayed here for 4 days. During CNY and I found this place worst. Staff - the front desk manager seems to be rude when you talking with manager. No eye contact and he just answer you in short. but all the staff are okay. Room - beyond the inspectations. Its not pretty as the website pictures. The room looks old. They just gave you 2 pillows. if you requested pillow they will charged you RM5.00 per pillow. Housekeeping - there's no "Make up Room Sign". You need to inform the front desk if you want to make up room. They wont refill your soap and shampoo after a day. Unless you are staying there more than 2 days. No mini towel provided. No laundry plastic provided. Grab - it's not easy to order the grab. you need to wait for 2 hours or less (If you are lucky) to get grab, unless you go to the airport, Grab will accept your order immediately. Swimming pool - no towel provided. Bring from your own room.
• JAMILEYJAAFAR (8/5): "Clean, Beautiful & Affordable" - I stayed here in August 2020. Overall the hotel is clean and beautiful but. Only for Muslims do not take the Standard room because it is too small and there is not enough space for Prayer. I myself had to change rooms & add money. Before We book a hotel online, it is better to call & ask first. Free parking but limited place (first come first serve) Friendly and nice staff.

• rizzwayne (2/5): Worst Experience Ever - I am currently staying here (Level 7 of Block A). This is nothing like they have shown in the photos. Do not go by the appearance in the pics they have. This place is the worst of all the hotels I've been ever. I am on my honeymoon and it's been a disaster already. Firstly, I booked this hotel on Make My Trip and I paid the full amount of the price displayed. When I reached here, they ask me to pay 50 MYR for tourism tax (God knows what is it) and they tell me that 50 MYR is the refundable security deposit (Which I am okay with). I did not have local currency and when I offered Indian Rupees of the same value, they said they don't accept that currency. I had to keep 100 USD as the "mortgage" until I am able to pay them the required 100 MYR. Then I can take my 100 USD back. Secondly, when we went up to the room, the room is super smelly and looks exactly like a brothel. The water dripping from the AC. AC not cooling even when on the lowest temperature. Not enough lights too. It's super dark and gives a very unpleasant vibe. When I asked them to take a look at the dripping water or change the room, they simply denied it. We are on a short budget, so we have to swallow our anger and live with whatever we've got. But never book this hotel guys. It's a complete disaster.

• dineshchef (6/5): Dinesh mhatre - its OK! not so great hotel , need to do maintains of the room , we have 3 rooms, on 5/6/7 November 2019, one of the room window handle were missing, also its risky window as once open there is no safety grills, other room where inter connected room, other side some other guest staying, same reason we got lots of disturbance while sleeping, we call desk but no proper solutions, they said will see tomorrow, we didn't use that room, on arrival we asked for extra bath towel for kids, someone from HK told that its chargeable, BF was not up to mark, they stop refilling buffet from 9.45am , food was not up to mark,
• A8439DFkarthiks (8/5): Good place to stay - Hotel is located in good place with ample restaurants nearby. Batu caves can be reached by train from Putra KTM nearby. Petronas is nearby around 2.5 kms. Hotel old wing aircon is not so good. Stinky smell around lift areas, otherwise everything else is good.
• elly_haily (4/5): Room not as per photos online - I booked the room for my parents, believing that it looks exactly like the photos online. I was really dissapointed with the actual condition of the room. It looks nothing like the picture. The room was smaller than the ones in the photos, there was no extra chairs in the room like in the photos, the bedding was also different. The bathroom floor was clogged so that was quite uncomfortable too.
• cherylyeo26 (6/5): Don’t expect too much - I would say the place was acceptable & decent with the amount paid for the room. I went there with low expectations so i was not too disappointed. The blanket, bed sheet and bed frame was dirty. I made a complaint and it was solved in less than 45mins. I would say it is acceptable. However, very near by to the lrt. So if you’re a light sleeper, don’t stay there but i find it convenient cause it makes traveling in kl easier.
• abo1973 (10/5): Love the nicely located hotel - Staff very helpful and polite. Room was well managed. Swimming pool was nice. You will see KL from the pool. The depth of pool is 4 feet only. So many food outlets within the hotel buildings. Car park will be scarce at night due too many food outlets customers around. Definitely will visit again.
• johnduncan1711 (2/5): Staff very rude and unprofessional - I stayed at this hotel for a couple of months only because I got a good rate. The reception were very rude to me and although I made complaints, nothing was done about it. I had to always ask for towels in my room and was asked to leave the hotel if I got annoyed. The hotel is for sure not a 3 star and please do not be fooled by the pool and the looks as it’s not a nice hotel.
• Waspodo (10/5): Nice hotel with nice swimming pool - Leo palace hotel, at Kuala Lumpur. Nive place... good view... good location... not crowded much... Firts time to stay at Leo Palace Hotel. Room was nice.. clean... large... and good staff. Water of swimming pool was clean. Please move your lobby and reception in front of the building Nice to meet in malaysia

• Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible hotel - This is a worst hotel I ever stayed for vacations. The hotel room is very run down. Aircon was very noisy throughout our stay that we could not sleep. Wall was not sound proof and could hear people from the food outlet below talking till early morning even we were staying at level 7. We booked for 3 people in a room but was provided with only 1 bath towel which was very smelly. Fortunately we stayed one night. Will not stay or recommend this hotel to friends.
• davve123 (6/5): Okey hotel - The hotel is not a 5 star, but for pay almost 35$ it's si worth it! Room is okey, bed was really good. The best of the hotel was friendly and nice staff and great pool! I didn't booked breakfast and feel happy for it. It doesn't looked so great but i never tasted it! Over all it's a good hotel if you don't want to stay in your room all day :)

• jenjalankami (6/5): Great Location - Just Beside PWTC! - We came to Leo Palace Hotel as a family of three and stayed in the Executive Suite. There was an extra large double bed which suits just nice for the three of us. They also have study table in the room, which is perfect for anyone having some work to do during the stay (or a place to put your laptop for online yoga session workout, since your toddler keep trying to push every single button of your laptop if you put it on the floor 😂). Location wise, it is perfect for anyone planning to attend any fairs at PWTC - it is located just beside the building! But we personally love that it was located very near to Suria KLCC - it's just 2.63km away! Our favourite part of the hotel? Rooftop swimming pool! Loving the view!
• NurainKamal (8/5): Newly renovated room - It was a clean and spacious room. Strong water pressure. Not much allocated parking, very darkly lit street to park car, we feel a bit unsafe. A lot of food stalls nearby. Comfortable beds. Clean toilet. Good breakfast spread.

Thank for FO department for fulfill my request for higher floor room and queen bed. For breakfast really noob for 3star hotel. Not much variety and FNB staff also not attentive. Food really poor taste for nasi goreng and nasi lemak.

BREAKFAST IS FREE for all who stays in this hotel.room service is good. staff is humble .only problem i faced is vegetarian food they serve mostly non veg items so its difficult for vegetarians to choose. otherwise nomimal rates and services making this pklace more popular..

• June (8/5): A hotel situated next to PWTC Tun Razak - The staff were friendly and you don't have to worry about food as there are quite a few choices of Malay foods and they were all delicious. I think they do have nasi kandar but I did not try it. It is next to PWTC Tun Razak but it is a little further from the main PWTC but you can always hail a cab or grab your way there. Overall, the hotel atmosphere and conditions are good but it could be improved by having toilet that does not give odour smell and to monitor on the condition of the room door. We faced it when our room 408 could not be opened easily. Hopefully the staff will give the room 408 a required maintenance. Breakfast was alright. Overall, thumbs up!!
• Philip (6/5): Low budget, no frills hotel - You get what you pay for - a low budget, no frills hotel, OK if you need to be in that area. We were on business at the PWTC, a short walk away. Not near to major tourist areas; Monorail is about 10-15min walk, best to use Grab as its difficult to get taxis on the street. A few good restaurants in the street, but no international choice if you don't like local food. Rooms are OK, kept clean. Staff are friendly, but it can be a bit noisy depending on the tour parties. Free Internet with good speed.
• Nazri (8/5): Convenient! - My stay was amazing there. There were plenty of restaurants around the area. It is also only a walking distance to the sunway putra mall which is nice. The area also seems secured and safe. The front hotelier helped me to print out my train tickets also. The room is a bit dusty but its not too bad. Will definitely come again!
• Loshy (10/5): Comfortable Room Ever. - Wow. We had a wonderful experience. it has been so long that I visit Leo Hotel and they have upgraded the room now. I got stay in an executive room which so comfyyy.

After few hours we cannot stand the environment and request for a change of the rooms. The receptionist manage to change our room to Building B which is more appropriate. We are glad that we moved to the better environmental room Thank you.

My toilet floor is wet when I check in, feels like is just done cleaning, it could be better if they can wipe the remaining water to make it look more presentable. Breakfast was good they do provide variety of food which is a good effort, with the reasonable room price it still consider a good choice.

I booked for queen bed room but when reach there, they said no more queen bed and give us twin bed instead. If there's no more queen bed, you should state that there's no more. Simple!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Poorly maintained hotel though cheap - We stayed in a family room with 2 queen size beds. However, when we go in, the floor looked very untidy as the carpet was not thoroughly cleaned. The utensils were also stained and sofa sink when sat upon. The bathroom was too small and the shower head face the toilet bowl. There was no place to put your clothings inside the bathroom or hang anything. However, the hotel staff were polite and gladly assist us to provide extra key to keep our room air con and lighting on when we went out as it smell must when we came in.

Receptionist told me she ready two room of 1 queen size bed for me and my friend, but there was 2 single bed room !! water supply for bath was good.

Very hot in the room, very small washroom (not the one shown online), TV not the flat screen type and very old, many mosquitoes. The only one good is free buffet breakfast (lucky me).

• Couple Voyagers (6/5): Convenient Hotel - The location was ok but really noisy if your window gives to the food street since they were working until 5 am. The breakfast buffet was ok but only coffee available with orange juice as drinks either hot or cold.
• shaun (4/5): a week long stay - Firstly when I booked the hotel on line via expidia, it said it had swimming pool and gym to my disappointment found none of them. there is no guest parking available so ended up paying parking fine. Staff do not communicate in English so very difficult to communicate. bed spreads never chaged for a week, ran out of toilet paper few times. no soap supplied by hotel.
• M (8/5): The hotel was close to the places to visit. - The hotel had friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was served good as compare to the value. Very convenient to catch public transport, especially bus stop less than a minute walk and light rail about five minutes walk.
