• Eldin Saiti (10/5): - The older gentleman at the reception was extremely kind. The hotel also has an elevator, air conditioning and its own private parking. Everything was really clean and comfortable. The hotel is worth every penny.

• Sally (6/5): Het was voldoende. - Voor de prijs was het een goed hotel. We waren blij dat we net buiten Tirana zelf lagen, alleen jammer dat achter het hotel een containerpark lag. De eigenaar van het hotel probeerde zo goed mogelijk zijn best te doen om ons te begrijpen maar sprak heel erg slecht engels. Er mocht iets meer hygiëne zijn in het hotel zelf. Zeer ruime kamers maar kon wel een likje verf gebruiken. De TV op onze kamer deed het niet, dit waren we gaan melden en ze hadden binnen de 10 minuten een nieuwe tv opgehangen.

• Giovanna (6/5): - Lo staff è stato molto gentile, in particolare il signore della reception che c’era la mattina: parlava italiano e ci ha aiutato a orientarci e organizzare gli spostamenti. Davvero disponibile e cordiale! Sapevamo già che la struttura fosse un po’ fuori mano, quindi non è stato un grosso problema. La stanza però non era pulitissima e la vista dal balconcino si affacciava su uno sfasciacarrozze, dettaglio non proprio piacevole.
• Idowu (9/5): Memorable Family Stay at Hotel Green - The atmosphere was great and clean. Rooms were large and modern. WiFi and english TV channels. Hotel was a little out of town. But accessible by public transport, which is frequent. Taxi is also at hand to take you everywhere.
• Morten (8/5): Reasonable priced. Great service - Very serviceminded staff. We booked late and they helped us getting rooms suitable for four adults. The first room we got had obviously been used by smokers but they helped us find another room which had not been used for smoking and set up the Aircon Helped us getting taxis for centre of Tirana. Close to the road and windows where not sufficiently isolated Breakfast is better taken elsewhere

On a demandé à imprimer nos billets d’avion mais il a refusé. La chambre est grande et aux normes 4 étoiles mais vue sur une décharge / casse auto et très mal insonorisé, on entendait les rapports intimes des voisins. Au delà de ça c’est un rapport qualité/prix correcte. Mais je ne resterais pas plus d’une nuit

The breakfast buffet pictured in the hotel's web page in low season (February) was replaced by a per-item order slip. So I guess the quietness of the location was a seasonal thing with resultant diminishes food options.

• Eyazici (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel rooms were considered nice, above average in terms of cleanliness, and the bathroom was quite large and useful. When we arrived at the hotel, we could not make the payment because there was no POS device at the hotel reception at that time. Thereupon, the person at the reception (he did not say his name when I asked) illegally wanted to keep our passports overnight. I told him that I could not give my passport as collateral, but he could take a photocopy or photo of it if he wanted. Then he said that the photocopier was not working (how about mobile phone?) and became rude and started arguing with me. He said that if we did not agree, we were free to not stay in the hotel. Since it was late, we reluctantly had to stay at the hotel, leaving my driver's license hostage, despite this unpleasant argument. The TV was not working in the room we stayed in. When we opened the battery cover of the remote control, we saw that the batteries were unusable because they had expired for a long time (maybe years). The fact that no hotel staff noticed this for so long gave us the feeling that the rooms were not taken care of very much. In the early hours of the morning, there was a large amount of machinery and other construction noise coming from the construction site behind the hotel. Hotel windows are not adequate to reduce this noise. If you hope to be able to sleep after 08 AM in the morning, this seems impossible. When we left the hotel in the morning and went to the reception to pay, there was a different person from the previous night. This person, unlike the receptionist the night before, was very positive, polite and friendly. To sum up, the unpleasant argument we had with the hotel staff over pawning the passport was very unpleasant. As a tourist visitor to Tirana, this made me very uncomfortable and disappointed. Dear Tirana hotel staff: Tourists and travelers are there to visit and see the beauties of your country and to promote it in different parts of the world, especially in their own countrie.
